As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a Salesforce Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team and help design, build, and scale a robust Salesforce ecosystem that supports our sales, partner, and revenue operations. This role is hands-on and strategic—ideal for someone who thrives with a high degree of autonomy, takes clear ownership of end-to-end business processes, and enjoys solving complex business problems through a mix of Apex development, declarative configuration, and integration architecture.

You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, independently lead key initiatives, own critical business processes within Salesforce and integrated systems, enforce platform best practices, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and connected platforms.

If this sounds like you, read on. You could be the next “Nozomier”!

In this role you will:

  • Own end-to-end business processes in Salesforce, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that scale
  • Define automation strategies and integration patterns aligned to enterprise standards, using sound judgment and a high level of autonomy
  • Serve as a technical leader and reviewer for Salesforce designs and implementations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce solutions with GTM and enterprise data strategies, while acting as the primary owner for key business process design and continuous improvement
  • Participate in release planning, code reviews, and architectural decision-making
  • Build and maintain Apex code, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing
  • Design solutions using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, formula fields, approvals) with a clicks-before-code mindset
  • Balance custom development and configuration to optimize performance and long-term supportability
  • Enforce Salesforce best practices around limits, testing, and deployment
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms
  • Define integration patterns (event-based, API-driven, batch, near-real-time)
  • Partner with middleware and backend teams to troubleshoot data flow, sync errors, and performance issues
  • Ensure integrations support data governance, error handling, and monitoring standards

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including solution or technical architecture
  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy, prioritize effectively, and assume ownership of cross-functional business processes from design through optimization
  • Experience working in complex, integrated environments, with the ability to independently drive decisions, communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of business-critical processes
  • Strong Apex development skills (classes, triggers, async processing, test coverage)
  • Deep experience with Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, automation, security model)
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using middleware or APIs (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform developer, integration architecture, or system architecture)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management for Salesforce

AI Integrations Engineer

We protect the toughest operational environments — from energy and healthcare to manufacturing and beyond.

lMcU

Nozomi Networks is looking for an AI Integrations Engineer to build the connective tissue that lets our business users get the most out of our AI tool stack. You will partner with users across a variety of business functions to build cutting-edge agentic solutions. Your job will be to make sure those agents have everything they need to be useful: secure connections to our systems, clean data from our warehouse, well-designed APIs, and a robust Google Cloud–based architecture that scales.

This is a high-leverage role. Every integration you build may be reused across dozens of agents and hundreds of users. You'll work closely with data, security, and platform teams, and you'll be the go-to expert when business users hit the limits of what their no-code agents can do on their own.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that expose internal systems, data, and tools to our AI platforms in a secure, governed way
  • Develop and document APIs that AI agents can call to read from and write to our CRM, ERP, and other systems of record
  • Design and implement the backend AI architecture on Google Cloud, including Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Apigee, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Workflows, and related services
  • Build and optimize data pipelines that feed our data warehouse with the clean, structured, AI-ready data that agents depend on
  • Partner with business users building agents — help them scope what's possible, unblock them when integrations are needed, and turn their prototypes into production-grade workflows
  • Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and observability across all integrations so we have a clear picture of how AI is being used and what it's accessing
  • Establish patterns, reusable connectors, and internal documentation so each new integration is faster than the last
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure AI access to sensitive data follows the right controls

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 5+ years of professional software or data engineering experience
  • Strong data engineering skills: SQL, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift)
  • Hands-on integration experience with at least one major CRM and at least one major ERP— including their APIs, data models, and quirks
  • Proficiency with Google Cloud services for application and data workloads — Cloud Run or Cloud Functions, Apigee or API Gateway, Secret Manager, Cloud IAM, and one of BigQuery, Dataflow, or Cloud Data Fusion
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience designing and shipping REST APIs that other teams or systems consume
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, service accounts, Workload Identity Federation)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience building MCP servers or other AI tool/function-calling integrations
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns — including Vertex AI Vector Search or AlloyDB / BigQuery vector capabilities
  • Background supporting business or "citizen developer" users — comfort translating non-technical asks into technical design
  • Knowledge of data governance, PII handling, and AI safety/compliance frameworks

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Finance and Accounting department is hiring a FP&A Analyst to support Nozomi Networks’ financial planning, forecasting, and decision‑making through strong financial modeling and hands‑on business partnering. This role will focus primarily on GTM finance, financial modeling and cross-functional business partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to provide insight into bookings, ARR, pipeline, and operating efficiency.

This is a highly analytical, execution‑oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building models from the ground up, and can translate complex data into clear insights that influence business outcomes. • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from senior leadership with speed and accuracy.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or related fields.
  • Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and models, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and payback period.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, or RevOps.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — this role regularly contributes to Board and executive-level materials.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging AI technologies and their application within FP&A to drive operational efficiency and support scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Experience in a VC or PE-backed, post-acquisition or similarly high-accountability environment is preferred.
  • SaaS + hardware or SaaS + professional services revenue model experience an advantage.
  • Familiarity with OT/ICS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology industries desirable.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI advantageous.
  • CRM familiarity, particularly Salesforce, in a RevOps or GTM finance context preferred.
  • Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Pigment is ideal.

Senior Software Engineer

 •
Seminar
101-250

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to unite a national charter community through shared knowledge so that we collectively realize our vision of providing the best education possible for students nationwide. Seminar offers a dynamic experience that responds to leaders’ immediate needs.

vr2v
i0Mf,mwJB
p1w8

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer builds the platform that education leaders across the country rely on, working hands-on across the full stack to ship features, integrate AI, and shape technical direction from the ground up.

Working directly alongside the Co-Founder and CTPO, this engineer brings real ownership and influence to both what we build and how we build it.

Your charge: build the infrastructure for how leaders learn and lead.

Our Mission

Seminar exists to unleash collective genius and accelerate the future of education. We design learning experiences that meet leaders where they are, strengthen day-to-day leadership practice, and create the conditions for innovation to take root and scale.

Role Overview

You’ll be getting in at the ground level, working directly alongside the founders to build out the next generation of products supporting our vibrant nationwide community of school leaders. This is a senior, hands-on role with high ownership and real influence into how we build what we build - both in the technology and the engineering culture we create as we grow.

You will report directly to the CTPO and Co-Founder, who leads product and technical strategy and builds hands-on alongside you! You’ll have real autonomy and the expectation that you’ll bring and share your own perspective on architecture, tooling, and technical direction.

Our goal is to build a platform that education leaders across the country rely on - and that powers Seminar’s growth. You will have a real impact on this from day one!

What You’ll Work On

Product Engineering

  • Build, ship, and support user-facing features across the full stack - frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Our growing product suite includes a web app, browser extension, and AI tools, and you should be comfortable touching them all.
  • Make pragmatic technical decisions about architecture, tooling, and third-party services at a pace that matches early-stage reality.
  • Contribute to product thinking - while not your primary responsibility, you should be comfortable occasionally speaking to users and helping translate ideas into product specs that support both customer and business needs.

AI & Platform

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered workflows: things like integrating LLM APIs, building RAG pipelines, virtual context-driven assistants, and agentic systems.
  • Work in close partnership with the Program team to ensure tight alignment between platform capabilities and the learning experiences leaders depend on.
  • Help improve how we evaluate and iterate on our customer-facing AI tools, always with an eye towards enhancing - not replacing - human thinking.

Engineering Culture & Operations

  • Influence the developer experience end-to-end - from local dev to testing to CI/CD to production monitoring.
  • Help establish engineering practices, documentation, and standards that will scale as the team grows.

Who You Are

  • A well-rounded engineer with 5+ years of experience building and shipping production applications across the full stack in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems. Our stack is JS-focused front and back, and while we are likely to fold in some Python with our expanding AI capabilities, JS will always have a place!
  • Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM APIs - whether that’s integrating models into products, building retrieval systems, or designing agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with the AWS cloud ecosystem.
  • Product-minded. You think about the person on the other end of what we build, not just the thing itself.
  • A clear communicator and collaborative partner across multiple business functions.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to quality, and operational discipline.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership.
  • Motivated by building things that make a difference.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with our current stack: Vue.js (v3, Composition API), Node.js, Hono, Postgres (on RDS) with Drizzle, Voiceflow.
  • Background in edtech, education, or similar mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience working closely with product or founding teams in a startup or high-growth environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $125K-$175K base salary, based on experience and competencies
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Learning and development stipend (plus company-paid AI-assisted development tools)
  • Generous PTO
  • Fully remote (US-based)

Our Commitment to an Inclusive Team

Seminar serves school leaders in every kind of community - urban, rural, and suburban; well-resourced and under-resourced. Building a product worthy of that mission requires a team that reflects the diversity of the people we serve.

We are female-founded and strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including communities historically underrepresented in the technology industry, not limited to people of color, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and veterans. If you’re excited about this role but unsure whether you meet every qualification, we’d still love to hear from you.

We evaluate candidates based on demonstrated ability and potential - not pedigree or proxies for privilege. We don’t require computer science degrees, don’t ask brainteaser or leetcode questions, and design our process to let you show us how you think and work.

Why Seminar

This is a rare opportunity to help define how AI transforms leadership learning across the education sector. You’ll work side by side with the founders to build a platform that leaders rely on - one that improves real practice, strengthens communities, and scales impact thoughtfully.

Software Engineer

 •
Lorikeet
New York City
101-250

Lorikeet is a platform that complex and regulated businesses use to provide their customers with a universal concierge. Lorikeet does this with AI agents that work across voice, chat and email. The agents are built on a unique architecture that focuses on flexibility and the ability to take actions to solve customers’ problems (not just tell them to self serve) in the most challenging circumstances.

Our customers include global FinTech, HealthTechs, crypto marketplaces, and other complex businesses.

They chose Lorikeet because scaling customer support while maintaining response quality is exceptionally hard. For companies with complex support needs and a focus on customer experience, continuing to throw people at the problem doesn't work, nor does implementing low-quality "help center summary" chatbots.

Lorikeet leverages best-in-class AI and a powerful workflow engine to deliver high-quality and scalable support automation at a fraction of the cost of manual solutions. We can solve tickets that involve looking up data, taking actions in your systems, and making complex decisions.

lMcU
zx3F
quaO
hsU7,S5XP,uapy
K4X3

Lorikeet is redefining what customer support looks like — and we're just getting started.

We build AI that handles complex, high-volume support for fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services. Not chatbot-tier AI. The kind that actually resolves tickets, gives support teams their time back, and raises the bar for what software can do.

We're backed by over $50M USD from QED, Blackbird, and Square Peg, with backing from operators like Claire Hughes Johnson (ex-Stripe COO) and Cristina Cordova (Linear COO), plus founders of Canva, Atlassian, and Airwallex. We're the first company since Canva to be funded at early stage by all three of Australia's top VC funds — which tells you something about the calibre of people who've looked closely at what we're building and said yes.

Our customers include some of the largest telehealth, fintech, and marketplace companies in the US and Australia — many handling over a million support tickets a year. The problems are real, the scale is real, and the work matters.

If you want to build something that genuinely changes how businesses and customers interact — this is the place.

About the role

You'll be building something that's genuinely innovating the world of customer support. Together we'll be defining what AI-first product development looks like in practice — the UI/UX, the capabilities, the data models. It's a wide open problem space.

Day to day, you'll take ownership of hard problems from idea to production. That means working closely with coding agents as a core part of your workflow, building the tooling and feedback systems that make them effective, and bringing the engineering judgment to know when the output is ready to ship — and when it isn't. Senior engineers will own features end-to-end; staff-level candidates will have the opportunity to shape technical direction for the team.

Our stack is TypeScript, React/Remix, PrismaORM, NestJS, and some Python. Knowledge of the stack is nice; we know good engineers pick things up fast.

We'd love to talk if you

  • Have meaningful experience shipping code at a startup or company with high engineering standards

  • Are excited to work with a top-calibre team on genuinely novel AI problems

  • Are comfortable working with coding agents as a core part of how you build — not just as autocomplete, but as a real development workflow

  • Are looking for a career-defining opportunity: real scope, real ownership, and real upside at a fast-moving company

If you're from an underrepresented background and don't tick every box, please reach out anyway! We value user obsession and eagerness to learn over traditional credentials.

What's unique about this opportunity?

A culture that's genuinely different. Low ego, high trust, no tolerance for talented jerks. We work efficiently, keep hours flexible, and actually mean it — because life outside work matters. We're committed to building a diverse team and actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds. We care far more about user obsession and eagerness to learn than traditional credentials.

A front-row seat to building something meaningful. We're Series A and moving fast. You'll have real scope to shape the product and the company — not just execute someone else's vision.

Performance recognized in real time, not on a calendar. Promotions happen when you're ready — leadership meets every six weeks specifically to identify and recognize strong performers, so you're never waiting for an arbitrary review window to move up.

We're AI-native, and we'll make you AI-native too. Every person at Lorikeet uses AI in their day-to-day work (current favourite: Claude Code), with unrestricted access and no usage limits. You'll leave with skills that matter for the next decade of work.

Twice a year, the whole company flies to Hawaii. Headquartered in Sydney, with teams spanning the US and UK — which means getting everyone in the same place is something we invest in seriously. We spend the time hacking on ideas, building things together that wouldn't otherwise exist, and making memories that remind you why you joined a startup in the first place.

A recruitment process built on respect, not hoops. We keep it simple: a couple of informal chats to share our story and hear yours, followed by a paid ~two-day work trial. The work trial is genuinely the best part — you'll work on real problems alongside the actual team, get a true feel for how we operate, and we'll both come out of it knowing whether this is the right fit. No trick questions, no take-homes that disappear into a void. Just real work, done together.

If you're from an underrepresented background and don't tick every box, please reach out anyway. We know firsthand that diverse teams perform better, and we're proud that our team reflects a broad spectrum of identities and lived experiences.

Software Engineer

 •
Ease Health
New York
101-250

A transformational behavioral health EHR

lMcU,v5Fm
aK2O
quaO
Zyij
p1w8

Ease Health is building the AI-native operating system for behavioral health. Today, providers rely on fragmented systems across EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and documentation. This creates operational drag, staff burnout, and lost revenue. Ease consolidates these into a single platform powered by AI.

We’ve raised $41M led by Andreessen Horowitz. We are growing extremely fast, partnering with leading behavioral health organizations across the country, and rapidly expanding both our product and team.

The Role

We’re hiring software engineers to build the product. You’ll own real parts of it end-to-end, work directly with the people using it, and ship fast.

This is a product engineering role. We want engineers with good product instincts, people who care about what gets built, not just how it gets built. Behavioral health workflows are dense and specific, and we expect you to come up to speed on them quickly and become a real expert. That part matters as much as the code.

We move fast. We work hard. We don’t trade off quality to do it.

And the work matters. What you build gets used every day by clinicians treating people who are sick and need care. Behavioral health is one of the hardest, most under-served corners of medicine, and the software available to providers today is bad. Fixing that has real consequences for real patients.

What you’ll do

  • Own meaningful surface area of the product end-to-end
  • Talk to behavioral health providers and turn what they need into software
  • Make product decisions, not just execute against tickets
  • Build with AI throughout the stack: LLMs, agents, automation across clinical workflows, intake, billing, and documentation
  • Ship in days, not quarters
  • Help shape how we hire, how we build, and where the product goes

Who you are

  • Strong engineer with sharp product instincts
  • Fast learner. We want someone who jumps in, picks up the domain quickly, and becomes an expert in behavioral health workflows. That’s a big part of the job.
  • Bias toward shipping. You’d rather have something in front of users this week than spend a month designing it
  • Hungry for ownership. You want big scope and the autonomy that comes with it
  • Willing to work hard. We’re building something that matters and we move accordingly
  • Comfortable in ambiguity. The right path usually isn’t written down anywhere
  • Candidates of all backgrounds welcome. No CS degree required, no minimum years of experience, no brand-name résumé needed. We care about what you can build.

Why this role

  • Work on software that actually matters to patients and providers
  • Big scope and equity from day one
  • Fast-growing, well-capitalized company, led by a16z
  • Build AI-native software in a category that’s never had it
  • Get in early enough that what you ship defines the product

Head of Operations & Automation

Application Period: June 12 - July 10, 2026

Location: Remote; North American time zones preferred

Company: Lime Technology, Inc., creators of Unraid OS. Headquartered in San Diego, CA.

Reports to: CEO

Works closely with: Director of Product, VP of Quality & Support, Director of Marketing, and cross-functional department leads

Role type: Hands-on, cross-functional builder role

Office Hours: 9AM - 5PM local time UTC -5 to UTC -8.

Salary: The pay range for this role is $130k - $180k per year (United States), in addition to a generous benefits package. Compensation is determined using our internal career growth tracker, with salaries aligned to experience level, our industry and company size, and your location.

The Role

Lime Technology is looking for a hands-on Head of Operations & Automation to help us strengthen the systems, workflows, and automations that support our next stage of growth.

Lime Technology is the company behind Unraid OS, a powerful and flexible operating system used by a deeply engaged global community since 2005. As our product, partnerships, infrastructure, and internal operations continue to evolve, we are looking for someone who can help design the operational systems that keep work moving clearly across teams.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, product and engineering coordination, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional communication. You’ll help us build practical systems that create clarity, predictable deterministic outcomes, reduce manual coordination, and allow department leaders to stay focused on their highest-value work.

This is a builder role for someone who leads with understanding. Before designing anything, you need to see the full picture: how our team works together, the history behind our current systems, the relationships between departments, and the small details that only surface when you take the time to listen. From the big picture down to the nuances. We're a tight, long-tenured, high-performing team, and we're not looking for someone who shows up with a playbook and expects the team to conform. We need someone who respects what's been built while designing what comes next.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will look like:

  • Cross-functional projects have clear visibility on: owners, next steps, blockers, and status
  • Releases are coordinated smoothly across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation
  • Department heads spend less time chasing updates and more time leading their areas of expertise
  • Product and engineering operations are easier to understand and maintain
  • AI agents and automations reduce manual coordination work
  • Internal documentation stays useful, current, and actionable
  • New hires and contractors ramp more efficiently, with less institutional knowledge transfer required due to strategically designed operational systems
  • The team has fewer “where does this stand?” moments because the systems already provide that visibility

What You’ll Do

Cross-Functional Operations

You will help design and improve the operating rhythms that connect Product, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Support, Partnerships, and IT/DevOps. This includes:

  • Designing clear intake processes for requests, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Creating repeatable handoff systems between departments
  • Improving release readiness and launch coordination
  • Helping define ownership, next steps, blockers, and communication pathways for active projects
  • Supporting retrospectives and follow-through after major releases, projects, or operational changes
  • Creating documentation that helps a remote team operate with less reliance on verbal handoff

Product & Engineering Operations

Your early focus will be heavily weighted toward Product and Engineering operations. In the first 90 days, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Product to strengthen how product and engineering work is tracked, connected, and communicated across the company. This includes:

  • Improving the way our internal communication and work systems connect
  • Creating clearer visibility into project status, blockers, and release readiness
  • Supporting product and engineering operating cadences
  • Helping ensure Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation have the information they need before launches
  • Building systems that allow technical work to translate into clear cross-functional updates

The goal is not simply to add more processes. The goal is to create lightweight, useful systems that make work easier to understand, easier to move forward, and easier to communicate.

AI Automation & Internal Tools

A key part of this role is identifying and implementing AI agents and automations that reduce manual coordination work. This includes:

  • Evaluating and implementing AI tools that can automate routine tasks
  • Designing systems that integrate AI into our existing workflows
  • Ensuring that AI implementations are reliable, well-governed, and easy to use

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of product and engineering workflows
  • Experience with AI tools and automation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement systems that improve cross-functional operations

How to Apply

To apply for this position, please visit our careers page and submit your application by July 10, 2026.

We look forward to hearing from you!

About Startpage:

Startpage is System1’s flagship privacy technology brand, delivering high-quality private search, browsing, and AI experiences to millions worldwide. Founded in the Netherlands and built on privacy-by-design, Startpage operates the world’s second-largest private search engine for users who demand a safer, better web.

Startpage is a profitable, scaled global business generating significant revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA, with a loyal and growing international user base.

Search is undergoing its most significant transformation in decades. AI is redefining how users discover information, how platforms monetize attention, and how digital businesses are built and operated. We are seeking a General Manager to lead Startpage’s AI transformation — rearchitecting product, growth, monetization, and operations to build the leading AI-native, privacy-first search platform globally.

Role Overview:

The General Manager is the full P&L owner of Startpage.  You will own and drive the operating plan and financial performance of a profitable business while aggressively evolving its strategy to compete in the AI-driven future of search.

This role requires balancing bold transformation with financial discipline — driving innovation while protecting profitability, brand trust, and capital efficiency.

The GM must view AI not as a feature layer, but as core infrastructure shaping product, growth systems, monetization, and operating workflows.  You will operate with an owner mentality — running Startpage as a standalone business with founder-level accountability, supported by the scale and resources of System1.

Core Mandate:

·   Transform Startpage into an AI-native search and discovery platform

·   Redefine privacy-first search experiences beyond traditional query-response models

·   Reinvent monetization models for AI-enhanced search

·   Embed AI into core operating workflows across product, marketing, analytics, and operations

·   Deliver sustained user and query growth while maintaining disciplined profitability

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

Growth & Distribution Acceleration:- Drive global user and query growth through product expansion, performance marketing, lifecycle initiatives, and content/community strategies.

  • Expand distribution via browsers, OEMs, privacy platforms, and publishers.
  • Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships.
  • Increase experimentation velocity through AI-assisted insights and automation.

AI-Native Product Reinvention:- Define and execute the long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-enhanced, privacy-first search and browsing experiences.

  • Develop differentiated AI-powered user experiences within privacy-by-design principles.
  • Evaluate build, partner, and acquisition strategies for AI capabilities.
  • Ensure AI innovation enhances trust, transparency, and user control.

Monetization & Financial Discipline:- Reimagine monetization models for AI-enhanced search experiences.

  • Optimize yield with search, advertising, and feed partners while maintaining privacy alignment.
  • Drive disciplined forecasting, capital allocation, and margin management.
  • Improve unit economics and long-term scalability.
  • Deliver transformation while protecting EBITDA and financial resilience.

AI-Augmented Operating Model:- Redesign internal workflows to be AI-first across product, growth, analytics, and operations.

  • Shorten build-test-scale cycles through automation and intelligent tooling.

Leadership & Cultural Transformation:- Build and lead an AI-fluent, high-performance leadership team.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, accountability, and intelligent risk-taking.
  • Recruit and develop talent that thrives in AI-native environments.
  • Serve as a credible spokesperson for Startpage with users, partners, media, and the global privacy community.

What Success Looks Like (24–36 Months):- Meaningful acceleration in global DAU/MAU and query growth

  • Clear AI-differentiated product experiences
  • Faster product iteration cycles and experimentation velocity
  • Expanded global distribution partnerships
  • Improved monetization yield and scalable unit economics
  • AI embedded across core operating workflows
  • Strengthened market position as the leading scaled privacy-first alternative

What You’ll Bring:- 5+ years of experience in consumer internet, search, AI products, private search, or high-growth digital platforms.

  • 2+ years in a GM, Business Unit, or comparable P&L leadership role or as an entrepreneur.
  • Demonstrated experience within the past 12-18 months leading AI-driven product innovation or business transformation.
  • Proven ability to redesign operating models using AI and automation.
  • Strong understanding of growth systems, monetization mechanics, and partnership economics.
  • Financial acumen — able to build models, manage forecasts, and make capital-efficient decisions.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Analytical, experimentation-driven mindset.
  • High bias for action — you test and learn rather than overanalyze.
  • Entrepreneurial operator who moves quickly and embraces calculated risk.
  • Mission alignment with privacy as a strategic competitive advantage.

Why This Role Is Unique:- A Profitable Platform at Scale - Startpage is not an early-stage startup. It is a profitable, global business with meaningful revenue, EBITDA, and a loyal user base.

  • True Transformation Mandate - This is not a caretaker role. You will define and execute the next chapter of private search in the AI era.
  • AI at the Core of Search - As search and AI converge, Startpage sits at the center of this evolution — offering the opportunity to shape the privacy-first alternative at global scale.
  • Founder-Level Autonomy - System1 operates its divisions as standalone businesses. As GM, you will run Startpage with founder-level autonomy, supported by the capital and infrastructure of a larger organization.

System1 is looking for a senior engineering leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and provide strong, opinionated technical leadership across multiple businesses and shared platforms. This role will shape technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and ensure engineering execution aligns tightly with business priorities in an environment with real scale, real tradeoffs, and meaningful complexity.

The ideal candidate is deeply technical, comfortable operating at executive altitude, and energized by making high‑quality decisions in complex, ambiguous environments where data is incomplete and tradeoffs are real. You will work closely with senior engineering leaders, product, data, and business stakeholders to drive clarity, direction, and accountability.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

The Role You Will Have:

  • Provide strong, opinionated technical leadership across multiple engineering organizations and businesses
  • Own and evolve System1’s technical strategy and architectural principles
  • Act as the final decision-maker for cross‑business and cross‑org architectural initiatives
  • Partner closely with the CTO as a trusted thought partner on technical, organizational, and execution decisions
  • Represent engineering leadership in executive forums, reviews, and cross‑functional discussions
  • Lead and influence senior engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers
  • Set clear standards and expectations that balance speed, quality, scalability, cost, and long‑term optionality
  • Drive clarity around decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability
  • Partner deeply with Product, Data, and Business leadership to translate strategy into technical execution
  • Push back constructively when scope, timelines, or approaches are unrealistic
  • Remove ambiguity, unblock execution, and raise the quality of technical decision‑making across the organization

What Success Looks Like Within The First 6 - 12 Months:

  • Engineering leaders have clear technical direction and architectural principles
  • Cross‑business technical decisions are faster, more consistent, and higher quality
  • The business experiences stronger technical opinions and clearer tradeoffs
  • Engineering execution remains stable and predictable as the company scales
  • The CTO can delegate with confidence and maintain continuity when unavailable

What You Will Bring - Technical Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale, distributed systems
  • Deep architectural expertise across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and application systems
  • Strong judgment evaluating tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, and complexity
  • A hands‑on technical background; while this is not a day‑to‑day coding role, you are expected to lead by example, stay close to the code and architecture, and dive deep when decisions warrant it
  • Curiosity and willingness to stay current with modern development practices, including emerging approaches such as agentic and AI‑assisted coding

What You Will Bring - Leadership & Influence:

  • Proven experience leading senior engineers, managers, and technical leaders
  • Track record of making and defending difficult technical decisions
  • High emotional intelligence and strong executive presence
  • Ability to influence outcomes through clarity, credibility, and trust

What You Will Bring - Business & Product Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of how technology decisions impact revenue, margins, and risk
  • Experience partnering with product, finance, and business leaders
  • Comfortable saying no, explaining tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders

What You Will Bring - Personal Attributes:

  • Opinionated but pragmatic; decisive without being dogmatic
  • Calm under pressure and credible in high‑stakes situations
  • Low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information

What We Have To Offer:

  • Competitive salary + bonus + equity
  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Open sick time
  • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employees
  • 401k with match
  • Health & Dependent Care Flex Spending Account
  • Paid professional development
  • Leadership & growth opportunities
  • Virtual company and team building events

We are seeking a high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growth team as a dedicated individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and management of our digital marketing ecosystem.

Unlike a traditional management role, this position focuses on the "hands-on-keyboard" execution of our performance marketing and retention strategies. You will be the primary operator across our core platforms, ensuring that every dollar spent is optimized for high-quality customer acquisition and long-term subscription retention.

Subscription Lifecycle Focus: Managing a subscription brand requires a nuanced understanding of the customer journey beyond the initial conversion. You will be responsible for managing the following lifecycle stages.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA  90066.

  1. Channel Execution & Optimization- Media Buying: Manage the daily operations of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and search (Google) accounts. This includes setting up campaigns, managing bids, and monitoring performance against CAC and ROAS targets.
  • A/B Testing Implementation: Execute rigorous split-testing protocols for ad copy, creative assets, and landing page elements to incrementally improve conversion rates.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Analysis- Data Integrity: Ensure all tracking (UTMs, pixels, and server-side events) is functioning correctly to maintain data accuracy across Shopify and GA4.
  • Weekly Reporting: Aggregate data from multiple sources to create performance snapshots. You will be responsible for identifying trends and surfacing opportunities for optimization to the leadership team.
  • Cohort Analysis: Monitor subscription cohort health, specifically looking for drop-off points in the first 90 days of the subscriber journey.
  1. Creative & Content Coordination- Creative Briefing: Translate performance data into actionable briefs for the creative team. You will identify which hooks and visual styles are winning and request iterations based on evidence.
  • Copywriting: Draft compelling, brand-aligned copy for ads, email subject lines, and SMS alerts that drive action while maintaining our unique brand voice.

Professional Qualifications:- Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing for a D2C/consumer brand. A track record of working within a subscription-based business model is essential.

  • Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Tiktok. Familiarity with subscription apps like Recharge, Skio, or Stay is highly advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data. You should be comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
  • Execution-Minded: You are someone who enjoys the technical details of campaign setup and the "craft" of digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Maintaining efficiency across paid channels.

  • Churn Rate: Improving retention through optimized lifecycle messaging.
  • LTV (6-Month & 12-Month): Increasing the projected value of acquired customers.
  • Conversion Rate (CR): Optimizing the path to purchase for first-time subscribers.

What We Have To Offer:- Competitive salary + bonus + equity
