We’re looking for a talented artist to join as a UI Art Lead on one of our main titles, Cashman Casino, at Product Madness. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.

You will lead and manage a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist's goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals.  

You will also work alongside UX designers, technical artists, developers and product managers to ensure the UI supports the game experience. You will partner with production to develop high level execution plans and own the execution strategy. 

As UI Art Lead, you are expected to develop the overall look and feel of the game, balancing visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing experiences. You will push art quality where players see it and know when to pull back on quality where they won’t, being hands-on sometimes and contributing to the artwork benchmark.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Expert and flexible in using leading UI development tools, from Photoshop to Figma
  • Expert in hands-off processes: creating documentation, exporting assets, and presenting work
  • Strong in task refinement, prioritization, and building work plans and timelines
  • Experienced in mentoring other UI designers and supporting their professional growth
  • Skilled in working on Unity projects—from hand-off to asset integration
  • Capable of studying existing interfaces and suggesting improvements
  • Able to create working prototypes
  • Good understanding of the modern casual gaming market and current UI trends
  • Solid awareness of UX principles
  • Basic knowledge of illustration, including proportion, composition, and color
  • Professional level of English

It will be considered an advantage to have:

  • Previous experience working on mobile games

Your portfolio should demonstrate:

  • Very high-quality UI work for mobile games, showcasing interface elements, logos, icons, and typography

The IT Support Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring the proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment, providing remote and desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues, performing installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks. The Finance Director – Aristocrat Interactive Product Development & Technology (London based) will support the Chief Operating Officer for Aristocrat Interactive and her team of four senior leaders, partnering with them and the business in decision support, financial planning and analysis and optimizing the global Aristocrat Interactive Product and Technology spend.  Additionally, there will be high interaction with the Interactive commercial leaders on deals, business cases and other projects.

The role will report into the CFO, Aristocrat Interactive (London based) and participate in a community of practice established by the SVP Finance for Product Development and Technology (US based).  Holds a pivotal role within the Interactive FP&A team in London, partnering with both to meet the needs of the D&D function and Interactive’s business objectives. This role will also work with other global Product and Technology teams and their respective finance partners in decision support and optimizing the global D&D portfolio spend as it relates to Interactive.

Job Requirements

  • Business partners with the COO Aristocrat Interactive and her technology leadership team providing data-led insights and profitability projections linked to capital allocation decisions. Owns the financial planning and analysis for these teams and provides creative solutions to enable them to prioritize resources and investments against the highest areas of return. Provides input into and approvals around short term decisions as well as more strategic ones such as location strategy and team structure.
  • Facilitates and supports the processes and analysis required for investment decision making across global Aristocrat Interactive D&D spend including developing business cases to support investment choices in line with Aristocrat investment frameworks. This will initially require embedding global standard processes. Works cross functionally to determine when key assumptions have changed, and further leadership dialogue is needed.
  • With the support of the broader teams, prepares the Aristocrat Interactive global annual budget, 5-year long range plan, reforecasts during the year and monitoring spend vs expectations, with analysis across multiple business units and currencies. Special attention is paid to headcount decisions, tracking and reporting in collaboration with P&C as people are our largest investment.
  • Together with the extended D&D finance team, facilitates various projects including the design of processes to where allocation of existing spend is attributed to specific programs of work.  Annually gain an understanding of where time is spent through collaboration with Technology leaders.  Develop a taxonomy and develop simple allocations of cost.
  • Clarifies and aligns the Aristocrat Interactive D&D investments and projects with the Corporate Policy for Capitalization of Intangible R&D and Aristocrat D&D definitions, working with accounting teams to plan and book appropriately.
  • Produces regular executive level analysis on return on investments. Monitoring on the evolution of spend over time as teams are brought into the group.
  • Collaborates with the business and Indirect Procurement on consultant, software and hardware contracts.
  • Provides thought-leadership to drive and challenge decisions.
  • Partners with the Finance enterprise reporting center of excellence to enable financial reporting to meet the needs of the D&D function.  Simplifies and standardizes.
  • Actively participate in the leadership of the broader function supporting our Finance culture vision and transformation journey.
  • This role may require commercial business support for M&A activity and strategic projects as it related to Product & Technology spend.

  • 10+ years of large, multi-layered corporate finance environments. Technology industry and / or technology led companies a requirement.

The Manager, Enterprise Risk will play a key role in driving enterprise risk management and resilience activities across Aristocrat. As part of their role, the Manager, Enterprise Risk will have a primary focus on the Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness business units, but will also support the broader business globally to promote and embed the enterprise risk management and business resilience programs within Aristocrat. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to support the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of risks, ensuring the continued success and sustainability of our operations. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise and Third Party Risk.

Key objectives of the role are to:

  • Partner with the business to assess risks, both current and emerging, to drive insight, challenge and help deliver on the business’s commitments and strategy
  • Improve the effectiveness of risk management across the business
  • Support the business to conduct business impact analyses and build business continuity plans
  • Drive continuous improvement in the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience programs
  • Assist the development and delivery of risk education plan to improve the risk culture across the organization.

The role may require some travel to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a diverse set of global risks, multiple competing priorities, and stakeholders from all levels of the organization. In particular, the Manager, Enterprise Risk will:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness stakeholders for risk management and business resilience related needs or inquiries

What We're Looking For

You will have a strong background in end-to-end integration management, management consulting, investment banking, business planning, or equivalent experience, preferably within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in M&A integration or large-scale business transformation programs

Summary-:

As a CXS Call Center Operative, you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role focuses on efficient case handling, proactive customer outreach, and accurate call and email logging using Salesforce. The position requires consistent collaboration across teams (primary weekends including weekends), active participation in training programs, and strict adherence to performance metrics such as response time, abandon call rates, and case resolution follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional service to all incoming calls and emails with a maximum average wait time of less than 2 minutes.
  • Maintain an abandoned call rate of less than 3%, ensuring 100% follow-up on all abandoned calls with cases logged in Salesforce.
  • Action all voicemails as soon as possible and create corresponding cases in Salesforce.
  • Respond to inbox emails within 15 minutes of receipt and create relevant cases.
  • Monitor all open cases in Field Service Lightning, flagging and escalating exceptions and delays as needed.
  • Perform approximately 25 proactive callback engagements per week, focusing on customers inactive for over 3 months or as directed by the Services & Support Manager.
  • Follow up on all calls within 60 minutes of case creation and update case notes accordingly in Salesforce.
  • Support technician roster management by updating schedules as instructed by team leaders or managers.

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer who is passionate about testing and delivering high-impact casino games to our global customers. You will be part of a Studio with a talented team of Artists, Game Designers, Game Developers, and Test engineers.   • Experience requiring executive-level presentations/communications in a casino sales environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time

Pay Range

$113,995 - $211,705 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
