This position will be responsible for delivering highly technical Services while building positive customer advocacy and value of the Oasis 360 suite of products. You will be part of the team responsible for providing onsite/remote installations, upgrades and conversions, learning services, consultative approaches and support. You will play a key role in both performing and implementing Services to drive product utilization, reinvestment and improve overall customer loyalty and satisfaction. Individual is highly motivated, constantly collaborating with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management and the Gaming Systems Teams to advance our Product portfolio position in our customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with customer onboarding, product implementation, and training.  

• Primary point of contact for customers, providing regularly scheduled visits (onsite and virtual), responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and providing guidance on product features and capabilities, as well as other needs that may be identified while promoting Aristocrat through all customer touchpoints.  

• Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption and customer success  

• Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products  

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer relationship and expectations as well as  identify opportunities  to drive customer expansion and retention  

• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and UpToDate customer information in our system  

• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to inform product roadmaps and prioritize feature enhancements  

• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform customer success strategies and tactics  

• Work with the Aristocrat Support Center on solutions as the subject matter expert  

• Must be able to travel up to 70%. Must be able to travel with little or no notice, obtain a Passport, and travel to other countries for an extend periods. Must have high productivity remotely with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years customer success experience in the gaming/gaming systems industry with a strong ability to guide onboarding, training, and long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both virtual and in-person interactions
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and explain complex software systems (e.g., Oasis 360 suite)
  • Analytical skills to monitor customer usage data and identify trends, opportunities, or areas of concern
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and resolve issues under minimal supervision
  • Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing accounts and maintaining accurate customer data
  • Ability to interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development
  • Industry awareness, with knowledge of gaming systems or a willingness to learn quickly

The Material Handler operates within and supports receiving, shipping, warehousing, reverse logistics, and manufacturing replenishment operations.   • Performs 100% inspection and verification on all RMAs.
  • Performs reconciliation on EGM serial numbers upon receipt.
  • Performs 1st level research on discrepancies.
  • Corrects problems where possible; escalates others.
  • Performs 1st level research on all incoming discrepant RMAs utilizing information contained in case management and ERP systems. Research receiving data, parts numbers, and related items on the computer, when an inventory discrepancy is discovered
  • Escalates 2nd-level discrepant RMAs to Service Support Representative – Parts personnel for resolution.
  • Works with Order Planning, Tech. Services and Business Operations to resolve 1st-level discrepant RMA issues.
  • This position requires the employee to perform 100% incoming inspection on all RMA materials, basic RMA discrepancy troubleshooting, scrapping, and final disposition of materials following established workflows.
  • All other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Requires a minimum of one to two years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry, warehouse environment, or its equivalent
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
  • Must have basic mathematics, literacy, and data processing equipment, software/application skills

Skills

  • Must be able to use standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the Wonder Hits Studio SIT Team. In this role you will be an integral part of the Wonder Hits Studio SIT Team, demonstrating technical leadership and delivering great results to the Wonder Hits Studio product portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality product to meet Integrity, Compliance, and Integration requirements. The Senior Test Engineer is an important member of the project team, working closely with the development team to build a solid understanding of the product architecture. You will work as and/or with the Test Lead to define the test strategy for the product family, and create, allocate and execute test plans that align to the test strategy and the overarching testing framework.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Work collaboratively with the SIT Manager and Project team to ensure the testing processes are followed, test artefacts are generated in alignment with SIT guidelines to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Analyze and understand the product architecture and commercial requirements and build Integrity test plans with clear objectives and test scenarios that will validate that the needs of the player and operator have been met.
  • Drive your learning journey to build a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to the products you are testing.
  • Build Compliance test plans that will ensure that the design and implementation of new game mechanics and features does not breach applicable regulations.

The Manager, Service Operations - People and Culture (P&C) will lead a Service Operations team based in EMEA.You'll be responsible for managing, and reviewing performance, assigning work, and coordinating all aspects of our service operations function to ensure the team meets or exceeds all service levels. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will report to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for the management of the Cyber and Technology audit plan, including leading and executing Cyber and Technology-related audits across the organisation to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and technology resilience. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will also partner with the Enterprise Technology, Global Information Security, and Product Technology (A-Labs) teams to provide advice on key risk and controls matters and deliver ad hoc advisory reviews.

The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will manage the co-sourced provider to execute relevant reviews. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit is expected to interact with the executive and senior management and advise upon and provide an opinion on critical business matters and priorities, including policy, processes, and controls. The ability to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, and complex and abstract situations/problems to identify issues and required solutions in partnership with management is key.

A primary focus of the role is to also support continuous improvement of the Internal Audit program, by pursuing contemporary methods and techniques including the adoption of enabling technology, reviewing the Cyber and Technology scope of coverage, and reviewing our ways of auditing. What We're Looking For

What You'll Do

  • Strategic cash and balance sheet management, across multiple jurisdictions, supporting Aristocrat’s strategic objectives. Includes partnering with key executive stakeholders, including leadership in Group Tax, Group Financial Control and Group Legal, in designing effective strategies and implementation plans for cross-border internal funding arrangements

  • Manage/develop global cash flow forecasting and management to meet both internal and external targets
  • Lead debt financings and manage banking and debt investor relationships, as required, ensuring funding risk is adequately addressed. Monitor and report compliance with credit agreements
  • Manage all domestic and global banking relationships, streamlining the number of banking partners as needed
  • Lead interaction with and maintain relationships with rating agencies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of global debt, equity and foreign exchange markets
  • Delivers monthly treasury reporting to the SVP Group Finance and CFO
  • M&A funding analysis and support, as required
  • Execute cash management strategies to optimise returns balanced against appropriate liquidity and risk management

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred
  • CA/CPA/CFA preferred
  • 15+ years of corporate finance, banking, accounting and/or corporate treasury
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills, including advanced financial modeling skills
  • Proficient knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting rules and Australian and global tax regulations
  • Experienced in working in cross-border, large global organisation
