Parental Leave and Caretaking

mabl offers generous paid parental leave to all mablers, regardless of gender. Parental leave applies to adoption, birth and placement of a child.

Birth parents also receive paid time to recover from birth.

Health and Medical

Mabl covers 90%+ of the premiums across our health, vision and dental insurance plans for individuals and families, including domestic partners.

In addition, mabl offers short- and long-term disability, group life and AD&D, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for free to all employees.

Commitment to DEI

mabl builds out company-wide OKRs each year, including measuring our commitment and efforts in DEI. Our dedicated DEI team meets once a month and has 1-3 task forces each year. Recent task forces include: DEI training and education, Hiring, and Community Building.

How We Work

We work remote, hybrid, and in office. Some mablers will come in once or twice a week to work on their teams in person while others will work from home. Since we are so hybrid in nature, we plan both in-person and virtual activities to encourage mablers to get to know each other. We also strive to get together as a full company once a year!

Our work-life perk sets out to assist mablers with striking a balance between their work and home lives by reimbursing them for work and life expenses. This includes commuting, parking, gym/wellness, pet care, and more.

Our Collaboration Perk encourages mablers to get to know each other. We reimburse mablers to do non-work-related activities together during work hours! This perk is often used for coworker lunches, coffees, sporting or other live events, etc.
