In this position, you will work as a member of an agile software product development team that takes raw accounting data, performs data analysis, and delivers insights and recommendations which are invaluable to accounting firms throughout the US. You will be a key member of the team working closely with other engineers to create new features and functionality, participate in scoping and design sessions, and solve bugs.

- Code software components as designed by development team lead and product management
- Work closely with senior level engineers to understand and help architect complex features
- Work with support team and other developers to debug, diagnose, and develop solutions to bugs and issues
- Interact with other software companies/customers to help understand our solutions and best practices for implementing

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1.5-5 years software development experience

The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for safeguarding an organization's computer networks and systems. This role involves planning and implementing security measures, analyzing security breaches, and developing solutions to prevent future breaches. A Senior Security Engineer is expected to be proactive, always staying a step ahead of potential security threats. The role demands continuous learning, as the threat landscape is always evolving.

Responsibilities
- Implement and management security measures to protect systems, networks, and data.
- Conduct regular security risk and vulnerability assessments.
- Serve as the escalation point for cybersecurity incidents and events, coordinating rapid and effective incident response.
- Conduct forensic collections and analysis to investigate security incidents and breaches, providing in-depth insights to guide mitigation efforts.
- Oversee log administration, ensuring the collection, analysis, and retention of security logs for compliance and investigation purposes.
- Review threat reporting and intelligence to proactively identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, taking corrective actions to enhance the organization's security posture.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
- Strong experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), endpoint protection, etc.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience administering cloud SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and other security solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure security management, Azure AD (Active Directory), Azure Security Center, Azure Monitor, and other Azure security services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Azure security certifications, such as Azure Security Engineer Expert, preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automating security tasks and analysis is preferred.
- Experience with implementing Zero Trust Security in an Azure environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Google Cloud is preferred.

Job Overview
Right Networks is looking for a Senior IT Services Technician that will be responsible for providing IT services to all Right Networks staff. Under supervision of the Manager of IT Services, the technician will respond to IT support requests, configure system accounts, assist in solving IT problems, and will aid all team members for any related IT Services supporting Right Networks staff. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac systems, proven IT application knowledge, excellent communications skills, must manage time effectively and have strong collaboration skills.
This is a hybrid work position in our Hudson, NH office, with the ability to work remotely 2-3 days a week and from the office 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Leads and contributes to projects of varying scale.
- Recommends solutions to IT support related issues.
- New account configuration and setup across multiple internal and external SaaS applications.
- Develop and document user processes and procedures.
- Maintains and repairs laptops, surfaces, iPad, desktops, Macs, mobile devices, and other computer peripherals.
- Documents, upgrades, and replaces PC hardware and software systems.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of technical issues through Service Desk ticketing system.
- Provides user support for all applications.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, and messaging channels for technical support.
- Provides level 3 support to Right Networks staff.
