As a B2B Product Owner, you'll work in a diverse environment with brand new gaming tech to develop outstanding products.

What You'll Do

  • System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, etc.

  • Writing features, stories and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy

  • Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs

  • Working inbound within technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)

  • Working outbound with customers, to gather and understand business requirements and needs. Presenting and discussing solutions with customers.

  • Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization

  • Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and its performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience

  • 3 years of Proven experience as a System Analyst / Product Owner

  • Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed design documents

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and needs from customers

  • Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies

  • Previous B2B customer facing experience

  • Excellent English

  • Strong communication skills needed to engage with collaborators at all levels of seniority

  • Planificar, construir y mantener servicios front-end (Unity) y back-end (APIs, microservicios, bases de datos) para mejorar herramientas y flujos de trabajo.
  • Implementar características seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento que se integren con las bases de código e infraestructuras de juegos existentes.
  • Crear y mantener herramientas personalizadas del editor de Unity para automatizar tareas repetitivas, como flujos de trabajo de creación de contenido, pipelines de construcción y verificaciones de rendimiento.
  • Aprovechar las APIs de scripting de Unity para integrar servicios de IA y automatizar pasos manuales en los procesos de desarrollo y liveops.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones del lado del servidor y microservicios que impulsen funciones de IA, procesamiento de datos y análisis en tiempo real.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de DevOps en pipelines de CI/CD para la automatización de pruebas, despliegue y monitoreo de soluciones.

Your typical day in the role will involve triaging bugs with your morning coffee then providing technical support accordingly. By lunch time you’re preparing a report to help Product Managers prioritize their backlog and meeting an Engineer to identify the root cause of a user issue. After replying to some questions coming in via Slack, your last meeting of the day is with a Designer to discuss UX limitations you’ve observed from user behavior.

  • Be the first point of contact for our global commercial and operational teams to solve their issues and support inquiries related to our Product Stack
  • Troubleshoot bugs and work closely with Engineers to investigate and solve user issues, assessing the importance of the different issues based on their business impact and organizing your work around them
  • Become an expert in our internal tools and processes, instructing others and creating documentation for internal teams as well as our end users
  • Develop frameworks to generate actionable data-driven insights from bug reports and user feedback, which you will present to various stakeholders
  • Identify and craft solutions to address user pain points and optimize processes while leveraging AI, Automation and other innovative tools
  • Handle multiple topics at once while keeping clear, calm, and friendly communication to all stakeholders, even in the most stressful times

You will become an integral part of the Experimentation squad. We own an ecosystem used by algorithm engineers and operations to simulate real-life behaviour of food delivery fleets. We run dozens of city-scale simulations per day to provide insights about new hypotheses and features performances, to let only the best of them reach the AB testing stage in real life. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded Chief of Staff to support the CSOO and help drive the execution of CIFAR’s strategy. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with other Game Designers on new ideas and game concepts tailored to various global markets.
  • Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as appropriate.
  • Develop code that implements the functionality of game concepts in order to verify and/or develop mathematical calculations and obtain important data and statistics to validate that the underlying mathematics meet all game design requirements.
  • Produce technical documentation to aid in the development and testing of new games.
  • Produce regulatory documentation required by all applicable markets.
  • Develop tools to aid in the construction of mathematical calculations, documentation and specifications.
  • Collaborate with artists, software, and test engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver games to market.
  • Peer review of fellow Game Designers’ calculations, code and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a game designer / developer working primarily on slots.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or higher) with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience developing game concepts, prototype game math and simulating game software.

Skills and Ability:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to drive projects from concept through to completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an area with similar study focus, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of technical develop documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.).
  • Experience developing and refining standard methodologies for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets.
  • Command of sound software build principles and patterns.
  • Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Pay Range

$110,049 - $204,376 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
