About The Role

· Design and implement high-quality, reusable, and scalable features in React Native for both SDK and Mobile Application layers.

· Help facilitate the complete lifecycle of the mobile application, utilizing React Native for both iOS and Android platforms

· Develop and maintain a React Native-based SDK and Mobile Applications to be used by external teams, with an emphasis on stability, usability, and performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including native platform engineers (iOS/Android), product managers, and designers, to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

· Write and maintain robust documentation for both internal and external audiences, integration guides.

· Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in codebase.

· Fine-tune application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and guarantee responsiveness across diverse devices and screen sizes

· Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high-quality engineering culture.

What We're Looking For

About You

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

· Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in software development.

· Demonstrated track record of 4 years of creating and deploying mobile apps using React Native, primarily for iOS and Android.

· Good knowledge of architecture and implementation of native Android or/and iOS apps, experience with full mobile development life cycle.

· Profound expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks and libraries.

· Familiarity with Git for version control and experience working in agile development environments.

· Adept problem solver with a history of delivering quality code and solutions.

· Prior experience in working in cross-functional teams is advantageous.

Currently we are looking for Games QA Automation Engineer to join our Games Team. The department is working on 3rd party Games of Pariplay’s products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and maintain automation-testing framework in Python.  

Create automated test cases.  

Write front-end (Python with Selenium and behavex BDD, Pytest) test cases.  

  

Write backend test cases for APIs and backend services, Postman tool including.  

Manage Jenkins and maintain SCM, knowledge on Jira and Agile methodology.  

Build different types of automated test suits - regression, sanity, smoke etc.

What We're Looking For

At least 3+ years’ experience of QA Automation Testing.

Experience with continues integration and Jenkins.

Experience with any performance testing tool, knowledge with JMeter and Gatling.

Experience with Python and Java program languages.

Very good understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.

Knowledge in automation testing of front end and back end parts of web applications.

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a People & Culture Employee Relations Specialist within the MyP&C Global Operations team for a full-time role performing employee relations scope of services work.  The successful candidate  will own the employee relations tasks and actions, provide employee relations direction and guidance within an assigned region, serve as a contact for employee relations related initiatives, help navigate and resolve employee relations matters, provide policy interpretation and partner with internal stakeholders such as P&C business partners, P&C center of expertise, legal and compliance teams to ensure employee relations compliance with company policies and practices.  The candidate will have a high level of accountability for achieving operational results within the employee relations team and will act as a subject matter expert across employee relations processes & practices and will work to optimize our employee relations scope of services and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations regarding but not limited to workplace issues, whistleblower, disciplinary, complaints and grievances.
  • Respond to requests, assist employees and managers, document findings, make recommendations and drive appropriate actions to resolve complex employee related matters in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the P&C business partners and assist managers to help assess, perform employee relations work, determine appropriate corrective actions, provide guidance and solutions, and mitigate risk across all employee relations scope of services and employee relation matters.
  • Ensure corrective actions are fair, consistent and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, company employee standards and expectations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, produce metrics and create reports with recommended actions regarding employee relations initiatives.
  • Capture and maintain comprehensive and detailed records within a case tool (ServiceNow) while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, develop documentation in response to an employment-related matters and liaise with legal/BP to prepare required documentation for employee, third party or governmental agencies.
  • Represent Aristocrat in front of regulatory and governmental agencies regarding unemployment filings, hearings, appeals, works councils and other employee relations matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews, surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify, create, maintain and obtain approval for all necessary employee/labor relations policies, practices, handbooks and procedures across Aristocrat.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee and labor relations or as a P&C business partner supporting employee relations activities.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of labor laws, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively navigate sensitive matters and deliver clear messages
  • Working under minimal supervision, provide effective service, support, consultation and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues through the informed application of company policies, programs, procedures, and federal/state laws.

The Manager, Service Operations - People and Culture (P&C) will lead a Service Operations team based in EMEA.You'll be responsible for managing, and reviewing performance, assigning work, and coordinating all aspects of our service operations function to ensure the team meets or exceeds all service levels. What You'll Do

  • Manage a  high-performing HR Service Operations team that drives operational performance and service excellence. Monitor the performance of the team against optimal service levels, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Leverage and analyze reports and case management tools to manage service levels and facilitate performance coaching discussions with the team members, assessing the preventive and corrective actions.
  • Provides overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Contact Center/Service Desk/Service Operations environment supporting high-volume customer inquiries and transactions across multiple HR disciplines, including benefits, employee data maintenance, Payroll & Employee Relations
  • 2+ years of leadership / team management
  • Experience in employee and labor relations or as a P&C business partner supporting employee relations activities.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of labor laws, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.
  • Working under minimal supervision, provide effective service, support, consultation and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues through the informed application of company policies, programs, procedures, and federal/state laws. You will conduct functional and technical product training using various delivery methods (Face to face, Zoom, Telephone & via Remote desktop). The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will report to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for the management of the Cyber and Technology audit plan, including leading and executing Cyber and Technology-related audits across the organisation to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and technology resilience. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will also partner with the Enterprise Technology, Global Information Security, and Product Technology (A-Labs) teams to provide advice on key risk and controls matters and deliver ad hoc advisory reviews.

The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will manage the co-sourced provider to execute relevant reviews. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit is expected to interact with the executive and senior management and advise upon and provide an opinion on critical business matters and priorities, including policy, processes, and controls. The ability to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, and complex and abstract situations/problems to identify issues and required solutions in partnership with management is key.

A primary focus of the role is to also support continuous improvement of the Internal Audit program, by pursuing contemporary methods and techniques including the adoption of enabling technology, reviewing the Cyber and Technology scope of coverage, and reviewing our ways of auditing. The role may require some international travel.

  • Partner with management to shape and execute the annual Internal Audit Plan, with a strong focus on cyber and technology, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Risk Profile, strategic objectives, and key business priorities.
  • Maintain a robust audit universe centered on cyber and technology risks.
  • Manage cyber and technology audits delivered by co-sourced partners, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong business engagement, and seamless collaboration on hybrid audits.
  • Manage all aspects of internally led cyber and technology audits, leveraging internal and/or external resources as needed.
  • Deliver clear, impactful audit reports with balanced, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of agreed management actions.

  • Contribute to the Group Risk and Audit strategy and roadmap, identifying ways to improve relationships, service levels, insights, delivery methods, and the skillsets of the function.
  • Promote a data-driven, continuous auditing culture using automation and analytics tools.
  • Lead and mentor staff and support their career development.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with management, learning and understanding the business to better provide value-added services, and establish credibility as a key advisor.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Technology, Global Information Security, Product, and Product Technology (A-Labs) teams to implement control enhancements and remediation plans
  • Prepare reports for and present to the Board Audit Committee and Executive Steering Committee (ESC).

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in internal audit, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a global, multi-regional organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, IT project management, or data privacy) are highly valued.
  • Deep knowledge of technology and cybersecurity governance, controls, and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001), with the ability to stay current on evolving threats, regulations, and industry risks, particularly in gaming.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, and the ability to assess associated risks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex audit portfolios, stakeholders, and deadlines, including co-sourced engagements.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for all levels, including executive leadership.

Role Overview

As VP of Engineering, you’ll guide the strategic and operational direction of Medium’s engineering organization. You’ll work closely with the CEO, and senior leaders across design, content, and analytics to align the technical roadmap with our product vision and business goals.

You will directly manage our senior-most engineering leaders—across product engineering, infrastructure, data, and QA—while shaping the conditions for them and their teams to thrive. You will be the steward of engineering excellence at Medium: raising the bar on quality, scaling systems and teams with intention, and building the connective tissue between engineering and the rest of the business.

You’ll also lead Medium’s engineering transformation—bringing modern AI tooling into our internal stack and integrating meaningful AI capabilities into our products, in a way that enhances creativity and trust for both writers and readers.

This role requires strong product and strategic thinking, high EQ, technical depth, and a passion for thoughtful, high-ownership culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the engineering team. That is 40 people, including four managers as direct reports (those four people lead product engineering, platform, data science, and QA). We think adding experience does more for capacity than headcount, so expect that scaling headcount isn’t the primary concern. We anticipate going from 40 to 60 over the next two years.
  • Grow a product-oriented engineering org. Medium gives senior engineers deep responsibility for product and platform systems design. To do that, we need to build supporting systems for infrastructure, development tools, testing and monitoring, and also recruit within our target engineer type. We’re looking for senior, product-oriented engineers who want to skip big company overhead and focus on building, but without the risk of a startup. We prioritize building an inclusive team with strong mentorship and experienced leaders.
  • Navigate the transition to an AI-first engineering org (tools, expectations, staffing, hiring). AI will create opportunities for engineers to rethink best practices, for example, adopting faster prototyping processes to facilitate faster, deeper product insights.
  • Architecture. Must be able to weigh in and advise on direction for architectural decisions for both old and new code bases. We do have legacy systems and issues like duplicated features living on different tech stacks. We also have new code bases and zero to one projects that we expect to launch.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Australian driver's licence

  • Document development and operational procedures to promote clarity and consistency
  • Stay curious and lead technical research and experimentation with new tools and technologies
  • Collaborate closely with team leads, QA, support, and product owners in day-to-day communication and project planning

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level web applications
  • Strong experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technologies like XML, SOAP, and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JSON, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and AJAX
  • Solid experience with MS SQL Server; knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Dapper ORM and data caching techniques
  • Experience in designing scalable, secure architectures based on SOLID principles, ideally in an AWS environment
  • Working knowledge of microservices architecture, message brokers, and Docker containerization
  • A collaborative spirit with a track record of mentoring and sharing knowledge with peers
  • Confidence in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in real time
  • Comfortable working in agile teams, using test-driven development and continuous integration workflows
  • Experience with Git and modern source code management systems
  • An appreciation for readable, well-documented code and clear communication
