• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de jeu pour répondre à ses besoins quotidiens en matière de données
• Fournir les informations nécessaires pour optimiser les fonctionnalités existantes et créer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de jeu
• Partager vos résultats avec les équipes jeux et l’ensemble de la communauté de Product Madness
• Créer des rapports pour nous aider à atteindre tous nos indicateurs clés de performance quotidiens dans des domaines tels que l’engagement des joueurs ou la monétisation
• Surveiller le comportement en constante évolution des joueurs exposés aux événements de GameOps et aux tests A/B
• Enquêter sur les problèmes et les anomalies de données qui surviennent pendant le jeu
• Mettre en place des suivis de données dans les jeux et produire des pipelines de données de bout en bout qui profiteront aux utilisateurs finaux et serviront à l’équipe d’ingénierie des données

Ce que nous recherchons

• Au moins 4 ans d’expérience à un poste d’analyste de produits ou de données
• Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail avec d’autres jeux gratuits, jeux de casino social ou jeux d’argent réel, ou connaissance générale de l’industrie des jeux mobiles ou d’entreprises numériques de pointe semblables
• Solides compétences en SQL et Excel
• Expérience avec des outils de visualisation des données et de création de rapport tels que Looker/QlikView/Tableau/etc.
• Expérience pratique de la mise en place et de l’analyse de tests A/B

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Workday Senior Developer to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Aristocrat. The incumbent will participate in project engagements and should have the ability to demonstrate solid approaches on integration development for Workday implementations. They will provide domain expertise to establish world-class integration in support of the cloud-based Workday products.

The Workday Senior Developer will participate in high intensity workshops for problem definition, as-is and to-be process modeling, problem solving, and opportunity analysis, while providing the necessary integration components, to include systems interfaces and data migration elements. Where required, the Workday Integration Consultant will participate in system test, benchmarking, and process simulation services.

Roles and Responsibilities-:

• Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners using Workday tools.
• Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday Studio and PECI.
• Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.
• Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications.
• Create technical design specs , perform unit & system Integration test, deploy and support of all Workday integrations.
• Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors..
• Must have worked in projects involving multiple systems playing a cross system role solving functional/architectural/technical issues.

We’re looking for a talented artist to join as a UI Art Lead on one of our main titles, Cashman Casino, at Product Madness. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.

You will join us as our new Senior Associate Product Manager here at Product Madness. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and optimization of an existing mobile game, where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top Product Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and help deliver features that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization. • Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.

The Manager, Enterprise Risk will play a key role in driving enterprise risk management and resilience activities across Aristocrat. Key objectives of the role are to:

We are looking for an experienced Player Support Team Lead to lead and direct the Contact Center team within our iGaming and business unit. The Player Support Team Lead will oversee Mobile on-Premise Player Support Representatives, ensuring exceptional support for our players. This role involves managing daily activities, handling escalated issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring that service levels and quality objectives are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

What You'll Do

​

• Monitor and manage real-time queues, ensuring staff availability to meet service level targets.
• Assist staff with escalated calls, customer concerns, and technology issues.
• Handle escalated player issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the processing of customer documents, cash outs, and other tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Motivate and engage staff to meet individual and team goals.
• Provide management direction in the absence of the Player Support Supervisor.
• Deliver training to team members, contribute to performance evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Foster a team environment that promotes growth and a desire to help others.
• Identify system and process gaps to drive improvements.
• Assist in meeting monthly key Contact Center performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report system, customer, or operational issues impacting service quality.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all company areas to facilitate problem-solving.
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance for team members and coach staff on needed improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis.
• Make recommendations for procedural changes to increase efficiency.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age – 5+years of Customer Service experience and 3+ years Leading a contact center or customer support team.
• Must be able to obtain licensing in each jurisdiction

$48,423 - $89,930 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This position, onsite in Miami, will be responsible for delivering highly technical Services while building positive customer advocacy and value of the Oasis 360 suite of products. You will be part of the team responsible for providing onsite/remote installations, upgrades and conversions, learning services, consultative approaches and support. You will play a key role in both performing and implementing Services to drive product utilization, reinvestment and improve overall customer loyalty and satisfaction. Individual is highly motivated, constantly collaborating with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management and the Gaming Systems Teams to advance our Product portfolio position in our customer base.

What You'll Do

​

• Assist with customer onboarding, product implementation, and training.
• Primary point of contact for customers, providing regularly scheduled visits (onsite and virtual), responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and providing guidance on product features and capabilities, as well as other needs that may be identified while promoting Aristocrat through all customer touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption and customer success
• Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer relationship and expectations as well as  identify opportunities  to drive customer expansion and retention
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and UpToDate customer information in our system
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to inform product roadmaps and prioritize feature enhancements
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform customer success strategies and tactics
• Work with the Aristocrat Support Center on solutions as the subject matter expert
• Must be able to travel up to 70%. Must be able to travel with little or no notice, obtain a Passport, and travel to other countries for an extend periods. Must have high productivity remotely with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years customer success experience in the gaming/gaming systems industry with a strong ability to guide onboarding, training, and long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both virtual and in-person interactions
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and explain complex software systems (e.g., Oasis 360 suite)
• Analytical skills to monitor customer usage data and identify trends, opportunities, or areas of concern
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and resolve issues under minimal supervision
• Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams
• Experience with CRM systems for managing accounts and maintaining accurate customer data
