As part of our Tech and Data Engineering talent strategy, we are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to modernize our enterprise platform & products in alignment with Anywhere’s Product Engineering strategy. This position requires experience in developing significant projects through Product/Platform Engineering, Agile/DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Responsibilities

  • Participate in all agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration, and team retrospectives.
  • Code and modify user-facing and backend features for web/microservice applications.
  • Conduct code reviews with peers and managers to ensure adherence to the original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate.
  • Build modern REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot code/implementation issues during performance testing cycles.
  • Remediate security flaws identified in code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications.
  • Collaborate with product partners to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  • Work closely with UX and design resources to ensure the technical feasibility of designs while maintaining a user-centric focus.
  • Assist the product manager in managing the product backlog, assigning points to backlog items to accurately establish velocity, and establishing sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture on developing product/platform vision and roadmap.
  • Work with FTE and outsourced engineering resources to get results.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place.
  • Stay ahead of new emerging technologies and immerse into our environment where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical IT role, developing, configuring, and implementing business-critical and consumer-facing applications required.
  • Experience with capabilities of major Cloud providers (Azure required, AWS will be a bonus).
  • Understanding of various AI models (e.g., neural networks, decision trees, clustering algorithms) and their applications. Ability to integrate basic AI functionalities into full stack applications.
  • Container experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, REST, SQL Server, Windows, etc.) is a must.
  • Proven experience with Node.js, Angular, React, and APIs.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Git version control, Azure DevOps, Atlassian tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

During your first three months, you’ll go through a rigorous training program learning VDF/Visual DataFlex (desktop application) programming and completing assignments to demonstrate a command of languages, libraries, and other programming tools. You must be able to learn quickly and take the initiative to utilize resources outside of what is provided in order to succeed. We keep our class sizes small (3-4 people) so you have more 1:1 attention with the instructor. You must be able to work full-time from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

After 3 months, your schedule will be more flexible, and you’ll join a development team of 3-8 people to work on one of our industry-leading products!

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $86,000 and $132,500 per year at the commencement of employment. Team domény nezajištěných úvěrů je zodpovědný za úvěrový pilíř banky. Je nás 40 lidí v IT části domény, pracujeme v 4 streamech bok po boku s business lidmi – díky tomu v rámci celé domény máme poměrně velkou autonomii vymýšlet podobu produktů, procesů a systémů pro uspokojení potřeb našich zákazníků. Do teamu hledáme juniorního softwarového inženýra, který bude mít odpovídající technologický základ, ale zároveň bude umět komunikovat s kolegy a udělat si technickou analýzu svěřeného požadavku. Je pro nás důležitá schopnost při vývoji pracovat napříč jednotlivými vrstvami jak front-endu tak backendu, ale samozřejmě chápeme, že každý má svoji specializaci, ve které se cítí nejsilnější – proto pracujeme v cross - funkčním teamu. Začali jsme s transformací back-endu na (micro)services a investujeme do automatizace testů. Pracujeme na kompletním předělání našich frontendů s cílem maximalizovat digitální prodej, včetně Google Analytics nebo řešení pro finančně ohrožené klienty s možností např. rozdělit si roční lítačku na splátky.

S jakými technologiemi se u nás můžete setkat:

  • Naším cílem je vyvíjet aplikace v .NET (.NET Core) a Reactu.
  • Máme také starší aplikace v .NET Frameworku, které postupně přepisujeme.
  • Zdrojové kódy ukládáme do GitHubu se vším, co k tomu patří (GitHub Actions, Pull requesty).
  • Aplikace ukládají data do SQL databází - nejčastěji Oracle nebo PostgreSQL.
  • Jednotlivé služby a systémy mezi sebou komunikují přes RESTová a SOAPová rozhraní nebo přes Apache Kafka.
  • Automatické testy píšeme v Jest, Cypress (funkční testy) a Robot Framework (end-to-end testy), případně SpecFlow a NUnit na backendu.
  • Na cestě do cloudu potkáte Kubernetes (Openshift).

V jakém režimu funguje home office?

Nejčastěji mají kolegové v IT nastavený poměr 2 : 3 ve prospěch home officu. Ale máme i týmy, které chodí do kanceláře jenom 1 týdně. Vždycky je to na domluvě se šéfem. Většina z nich chápe, že když si například koupíte malé štěně, potřebujete s ním být doma, a povolí vám třeba 3 měsíce na HO full.

Jaká je pracovní doba?

Pracovní doba má taky svůj standard, a to být od 9 do 15 hodin na příjmu. Ale některé týmy mají zároveň kolegy, kteří přicházejí v 7 hodin, a další, kteří pracují od 9:30 hodin.

Opět je to na domluvě. Dost možná budete mít manažera, který vás v klidu a rád pustí na měsíc učit se angličtinu do Ameriky.

Jakou techniku budu mít k dispozici?

Dodržujeme určitý standardní postup a pravidla, ale manažeři vědí, co jejich lidi potřebují, a když je na to prostor a peníze, tak neváhají objednat, co je třeba.

Jaký bude průběh výběrového řízení?

Před prvním kolem vám krátce zavolá recruiter a pobavíte se o základních požadavcích. Při prvním kole se potkáte nejčastěji s recuiterem a se šéfem týmu/product ownerem.

Druhé kolo je dobrým zvykem uspořádat s týmem a nejpozději tady dojde i na nějakou techničtější část. Čím dál tím častěji výběrko doprovází “technická kalibrace” v podobě znalostních testů, abychom si vaše znalosti potvrdili jinak než intuitivně.

První kola realizujeme nejčastěji online, druhá pak osobně. Vždy se minimálně jednou snažíme potkat fyzicky.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our platform services in the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Payments business. The Senior Product Manager I will own multiple product features within this complex payments platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a payment facilitator and will possess a strong understanding of platform architecture, technical requirements, and user needs. You should be able to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. He/she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. He/she will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas. They collaborate with Sales, Transformation and other key stakeholders to fuel the adoption of a portfolio of solutions including live in-person and on demand educational products and digital solutions leveraging a highly engaged community of HCPs. The Director of Product will have a demonstrated ability to structure strategic plans in service of a greater vision. They will be a strong collaborator with the ability to inspire and motivate key partners and stakeholders for consistent results outpacing expectations.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Strategic Product Leadership team, lead the Aesthetics product portfolio on behalf of the business with P&L accountability
  • Ensure executional excellence with existing and new products
  • Ensure data enrichment is an integral part of go-to-market plans for existing and new products
  • Play a critical role in helping shape a new growth strategy transforming business trajectory over the strategic plan horizon

  • 5+ years of experience in market research
  • Prior experience in healthcare/pharma/agency market research

About The Role

This role reports to the Product Design Director of Growth as a member of the Design team, the instrumental creative partner in most projects at Duolingo—from our mobile apps and website to the brand voice and email newsletters, and even community events. At Duolingo, we take pride in and agonize over crafting a user-friendly (and fun) experience for everyone.

The Growth area makes it enjoyable for users to build a regular learning habit through features like the streak, leaderboards, friendship mechanics, achievements, notifications, animations and more. The work we do is a combination of strategic iterations mixed with thrilling big bets.

You will...

  • Work on the user experience across Growth within the Duolingo app
  • Play a leadership role on the Growth design team
  • Work collaboratively with designers and artists to build upon and expand the Duolingo design language
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products
  • Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical features
  • Work in a highly energetic fashion with the design and product teams
  • Consider all parts when crafting the experience: from copy to animation to business impact

You have...

  • An online portfolio with mobile app or web design samples
  • Design experience in a consumer application, product, or software role
  • A desire to strive for excellence in your work until all details are attended to
  • The ability to explain your work, process, and decisions and seek feedback to help you produce your best work
