What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical development of a React Native–based SDK and companion application, coordinating the design, implementation, quality, performance, and long-term maintainability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and project leader, providing mentorship on architecture, standard methodologies, complex problem solving, and cross-platform mobile development.
  • Architect and evolve the React Native SDK to support scalability, extensibility, and high performance, setting standards for API build, integration patterns, and developer experience.
  • Create reusable, high-quality React Native components and native bridges (iOS and Android) that adhere to strict performance, reliability, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with product, build, QA, platform, and native engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
  • Establish engineering guidelines, coding standards, and architectural patterns, ensuring consistency and long-term maintainability across the codebase.
  • Identify and resolve systemic performance issues, bringing to bear deep technical expertise to improve reliability, scalability, and mobile runtime efficiency across platforms.
  • Drive documentation quality at scale, defining standards and ensuring the SDK, architecture, and complex integrations are well understood across teams.
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge, strengthening mobile expertise within the team, and helping elevate engineering efficiency.
  • Advise collaborators on technical trade-offs, risks, and opportunities, communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Are Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience crafting and launching mobile apps using React Native, primarily for iOS and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture and implementation of native Android or/and iOS apps, with experience in the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Profound expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and experience working in agile development environments.
  • Adept problem solver with a history of delivering quality code and solutions.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to advise peers and collaborators on complex technical topics, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Exercise full responsibility for the planning, organization, and development of complex proposal responses, bid preparations, and presentations.
  • Build compelling sales presentations and collateral to improve sales turnover.
  • Coordinate proposal response efforts (RFP, RFI, RPQ) to ensure timely and compliant development, production, and delivery.
  • Lead and participate in writing, editing, organizing, and formatting Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAMs) and End of Life (EOL) notices.
  • Identify areas for improving customer happiness and repeat business, communicating issues and solutions to upper management.
  • Optimize complex workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or product management.
  • Knowledge or experience in casino operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in both formal and informal presentations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and manage time independently.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language.
  • This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

$73,500 - $136,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for customer satisfaction while performing installation, support, and ongoing technical service in the field for various types of slot machines and related products. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction while performing installation, support, and ongoing technical service in the field for various types of slot machines and related products.

What you'll do

  • Install, convert, issue resolution, repair and / or de – install as vital Gaming Machines, Signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all installations and visitation schedules in conjunction with the Dept Head. Pre-plan, schedule and perform services activities assigned to geographic territory.
  • Provide direct customer support for training, parts purchasing advice and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Provide assistance to customers by telephone or in person regarding technical challenges and reports on trends, needs and service challenges to keep management advised.
  • Liaison with customer representatives and management regarding product performance, service or installation scheduling, training, and operational issues.
  • Lead service activities and service cases to ensure timely and successful resolution of customer concern(s).
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties that may occur on an ad hoc basis and/or requested by management.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy workplace at customer sites as well as monthly reporting on field issues and installations
  • Monitor System related issues on one link, vertex bingo etc to ensure actions are taken to resolve the customer problem(s).
  • Other duties as assigned. Include software burning as ongoing job.

What we're looking for

  • Electronics qualifications preferred.
  • Industry related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate problem resolution skills and ability to learn.
  • Successfully completed professional training courses or industry certification, if applicable.
  • Understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications and customer service skills.
  • In depth understanding of Digital Electronics.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies and issue resolutions.
  • Must be organised, detailed, goal and results driven.

  • Must be willing to work extended hours, on call for dispatch and variable work shifts.
  • Should be capable of performing a 2-person lift of a 110kg game onto stands, with a minimum 23kg lift alone.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Must acquire gaming licenses in approved jurisdictions like Nevada Gaming Control Board and hold a valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding the company, product, and employee information.

As a Product Operations Specialist,you will independently manages key operational workflows across bug triage, operational requests, documentation, localization, and release coordination. You will advise stakeholders on product usage, identify recurring issues, and improve processes that reduce operational friction. This role requires autonomy, ownership, and deepening domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning daily bug triage across the Home domain, assessing severity and routing issues.
  • Owning and reporting on key operational metrics (e.g. TTFR, SLA adherence, backlog health).
  • Identifying trends in recurring defects and propose improvements or fixes.
  • Managing operational requests intake and enforce SLA expectations across stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, documentation, templates, and FAQs.
  • Coordinating localization workflows across markets, vendors, and engineering teams.
  • Supporting mobile release management by maintaining calendars, tracking progress, and flagging risks.
  • Reporting recurring issues to Product and Engineering and supporting upstream improvements.
  • Supporting dependency management in the Home domain by clarifying missing details and flagging obvious timing or ownership conflicts in planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience:Around 4-6 years in Product Operations, Program Coordination, or Technical Support.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate - Logistics Performance. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of Rider Pay and Incentives, and logistics operations across our foodora markets. You will assist with operational tasks, monitoring key metrics and reporting related to rider compensation, incentives and staffing, working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
  • Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
  • Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Able to acquire a gaming license as required (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location). Upon hire, Aristocrat will assist with application, payment, and renewal.
  • Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory. Regional and national travel may be up to 30%.

The Partner Growth Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for vendor growth, focusing primarily on growth in advertising revenue. This role will play a key role in software development by creating robust platforms and innovative gaming products. The Senior Architect has a high-level of proficiency in software design producing high quality, robust, and maintainable products. This role requires strong experience in the Software Creation Process using .Net and C#. The candidate can mentor developers at all levels. They are encouraged to develop design direction with little or no supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Deep experience building large-scale, reliable client-side platforms and multi-threaded desktop apps.
  • Advanced understanding of design patterns/anti-patterns, threading, IPC, and client–server architectures.
  • UI frameworks: WPF, Blazor, or other XAML/XML-based paradigms; strong grasp of UI event handling.
  • Architecture & modeling: UML and formal technical design documentation.
  • CI/CD and quality: continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices.
  • Systems: Windows (strong), Linux/embedded (strong); cross-platform experience preferred.

  • Advanced object-oriented design and implementation experience in C#/.NET.

  • Strong background in multithreading, UI eventing, and inter-process communication.
  • Proven analytical skills applied to system design and implementation.
  • Ability to stay ahead of technologies, patterns, and tools—and lead team adoption.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with continuous integration and automated testing practices.
  • Mentor peers: Support junior engineers by sharing compose insights, code review feedback, and software development guidelines.
  • Contribute to system architecture and design: Set architectural direction and produce clear technical design documents and diagrams.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct quality inspections on ECOs to guarantee their completeness and accuracy. Reject ECOs when vital to maintain the integrity of the information provided.
  • Schedule and direct effective dates for material introduction related to ECOs, lessening material liability within the supply chain and production schedule impacts.
  • Perform cost impact assessments for ECOs and material effects within the Supply Chain.
  • Prepare Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for the Procurement and Planning Team when necessary.
  • Act as the representative for the Procurement and Planning Team during Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings.
  • Monitor and communicate ECO status for the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) Team.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for ECO-related questions within the Procurement and Planning Team.
  • Advance delays or concerns related to ECO implementation.
  • Coordinate ECO activities with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, and internal Material Management collaborators.
  • Support our New Product Introduction (NPI) and Refurbish Production Introduction (RPI) roles.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in supply chain, product lifecycle management, or engineering change control.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize multiple priorities.
  • Diligent with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.

$76,901 - $142,816 per year
