The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

We have a variety of Senior UX Designer roles within our Enterprise UX team that put you at the forefront of Target’s evolving enterprise tools and experiences. Our designers support a wide range of domains, including supply chain, merchandising, store technologies, and team member workflows--partnering closely with product, tech, and business teams to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions that help our team members deliver joy to our guests every day.

You’ll use tried and true design methodologies such as human centered design thinking to understand team member needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to advancing the broader practice of UX at Target through influence, impact, and craft, while also educating cross-functional teams when needed. We are an engaged, supportive, and increasingly diverse team focused on elevating the impact of our discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing asset delivery and production with engineers 
  • Lead and contribute craft-specific work to large, complex projects with cross-team impact 
  • Leverage insights, data and quantitative/qualitative research to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space 
  • Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase – such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes 
  • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design 
  • Contribute to a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams 
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity delivering impact for guests and the business  

About you:  

  • You’re an experienced product designer with 4+ years of relevant product design work 
  • Intermediate skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process 
  • Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma) 
  • Demonstrate strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills 
  • You lean into complex problems, challenge the status quo, and seek to understand the ‘why’ behind human behavior and their mindsets 
  • Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach 
  • You value outcomes and strive toward design that is welcoming, inspiring, and clear

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development of B2B SaaS applications for retail store users. Qualifications

○ Proven track record in managing product development from concept to launch in a cross-functional environment in a leadership capacity.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation

The expected range for this position is $140,000-164,000 per year. This range reflects typical earning potential in this role. Job Description

We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join the Base Account team. In this role, you will help deliver the world's best universal account SDK, enabling builders to connect to our thousands of users and empowering them to quickly build delightful experiences.

What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Articulate and execute the product strategy for growing the Base Account ecosystem to 1 million+ builders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions
  • Own the quarterly desired outcome, product backlog, and week-to-week execution on a focused set of prioritized opportunities
  • Refine a metrics framework to guide our decision-making in a data-informed manner
  • Report on progress, surface strategic blockers, and refine strategy with Base Leadership
  • Work with ecosystem builders to uncover unmet needs and the most impactful product opportunities for growing the ecosystem

Sustainability & Compliance

Al ser uno de los ingenieros de QA que forme inicialmente el equipo de Automatización e IA, desde el principio contribuirás en gran medida a dar forma y garantizar la calidad de nuestras soluciones innovadoras. Lo que harás

Control de calidad de un gráfico de conocimientos (KB) de IA:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prueba para el gráfico de conocimientos de IA, validando su estructura, la ingesta de datos (incorporación de contenido, telemetría), la precisión de los enlaces (características, casos de prueba, errores, configuraciones) y la funcionalidad (p. ej., búsqueda semántica).
  • Probar los puntos de integración y los feedback loops entre el KB y las herramientas de IA (el KB alimentando los patrones o estrategias de prueba en la IA, la IA generando casos de prueba o conclusiones en el KB).

  • Participar de forma activa en la implementación de metodologías MBT.
  • Colaborar en el diseño del modelo MBT, garantizando la precisión y la cobertura de los sistemas sometidos a pruebas.
  • Validar la exactitud y la eficacia de los casos de prueba generados automáticamente que se derivan de los modelos MBT.
  • Probar la integración de la ejecución de MBT y la generación de informes en la canalización de CI/CD.

Automatización impulsada con IA y validación de las herramientas:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de prueba para herramientas personalizadas de automatización, características de IA (incluidos aspectos de IA explicable), servicios de back-end y extensiones del editor de Unity desarrolladas por el equipo.
  • Validar la integración de la telemetría, garantizando una recopilación precisa de análisis de uso y registros de errores para obtener información de las pruebas impulsadas con IA.
  • Contribuir a la definición de estrategias para supervisar y probar la deriva del modelo de IA a lo largo del tiempo.

  • Contribuir de forma activa a transformar los procesos de QA en pruebas basadas en riesgos, priorización de pruebas impulsadas con IA y la posible predicción de errores, utilizando la información del KB y la telemetría.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia en QA demostrada: de 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en QA del software, con especial énfasis en pruebas de sistemas complejos, integraciones y canalizaciones de datos.
  • Especialización en automatización de pruebas: experiencia demostrable en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de frameworks y scripts de pruebas automatizadas (p. ej., con C#, Python, Java o similar).
  • Capacidad técnica: amplios conocimientos de SDLC, metodologías de QA, pruebas de API (RESTful), conceptos de bases de datos (SQL/NoSQL) y prácticas de CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Aptitudes analíticas y de resolución de problemas: excelente capacidad para analizar requisitos complejos, identificar riesgos y casos extremos, solucionar problemas y pensar de forma crítica sobre sistemas novedosos de pruebas.
  • Actitud de adaptabilidad y aprendizaje: ganas de aprender y aplicar nuevos conceptos, sobre todo en lo relacionado con las pruebas de IA/ML, gráficos de conocimientos y técnicas avanzadas de automatización.
  • Excelente comunicación y trabajo en equipo: capacidad para colaborar de forma eficaz en un equipo ágil y multidisciplinario y para comunicar conceptos técnicos con claridad.

Recomendable tener:

  • Experiencia probando sistemas impulsados con IA/ML, conocimiento de conceptos como la validación de modelos, la detección de sesgo o las pruebas de explicabilidad.
  • Experiencia en herramientas o metodologías de pruebas basadas en modelos (MBT).
  • Experiencia en pruebas en el entorno del motor de Unity o pruebas de herramientas de desarrollo de juegos.
  • Conocer bien los sistemas de gestión de conocimientos (KM), las bases de datos de gráficos (como Neo4j) o las pruebas de la funcionalidad de búsqueda semántica.

What We're Looking For

  • Epic customer service skills

$84,000 - $156,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un artiste UI talentueux, créatif et enthousiaste qui se joindra à notre équipe artistique de plus de 10 personnes à Montréal. Dans ce rôle, tu contribueras à façonner la vision créative de notre jeu NFL SUPERBOWL SLOTS qui est actuellement en production.

En tant qu’artiste UI, tu seras responsable de la conception et de la maintenance des systèmes d’UI pour les jeux mobiles grand public développés dans Unity. Tu relèveras de l’artiste UI en chef et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de l’expérience utilisateur, les artistes techniques, l’équipe des effets visuels et la direction artistique, tout en communiquant avec d’autres services dans un environnement novateur et hautement collaboratif.

Les candidats doivent posséder des compétences exceptionnelles en art et conception dans Photoshop, une bonne compréhension du pipeline Unity et des pipelines d’intégration des actifs de l’interface utilisateur, ainsi qu’une compréhension des jeux mobiles. Dans ce rôle, nous nous attendons à ce que tu repousses les limites de l’art, du rendu artistique et de la convivialité de notre jeu tout en respectant la PI définie de la marque et les limites techniques d’un jeu mobile.

Ce que tu feras

  • Comprendre le flux des fonctionnalités des jeux et créer des maquettes très fidèles à la réalité qui soutiennent la conception de l’expérience utilisateur.
  • Créer et mettre en œuvre des actifs d’interface utilisateur de grande qualité à l’aide de Photoshop, en fonction de l’apparence et de la convivialité définis.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer la documentation et les guides de style de l’interface utilisateur.
  • Collaborer avec les artistes techniques et l’équipe de l’ingénierie pour transmettre et soutenir les bonnes pratiques d’intégration de l’interface utilisateur.
  • Participer de façon proactive à l’élaboration continue de fonctionnalités grâce à une communication constante avec les responsables des disciplines et les intervenants.
  • Améliorer continuellement les conceptions existantes et nouvelles.

  • Connaissance approfondie de Photoshop

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in art development, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Holding an Adobe Certified Professional credential is advantageous.

What You Will Do:

  • Will be a member of the online Digital Gaming team, which is responsible for testing iGaming.
  • You will be required to write test planning documentation from requirement specifications.
  • Establish a test strategy for manual and automated test suites.
  • Analyze and verify best manual test approaches and execute functional, compliance, acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing.
  • Run functional and non-functional tests.
  • Provide estimates for test activities.
  • Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.
  • Collaborate with the team across the globe.
  • Exposure to JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML5, web technologies to identify bugs and its resolution process
  • Supporting the training and mentoring of junior members in the team
  • Answer technical issues to resolve and follow up.
  • Handle performance testing and present results for validation and analysis to Project Teams.
  • Should follow good testing practices in line with AW4 ST guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-10 years of extensive experience in Manual Black-box testing.
  • Works as a member of the iGaming team that will be involved in testing various games development for a variety of different online and handheld markets.
  • Works with the QA Manager and the QA team lead in preparing and executing test plans.
  • Designs and executes test cases and conducts product requirements analysis.
  • Troubleshoots and debugs the code to find the root cause of the issues and provides detailed information to the development team.
  • Modifies game code to trigger features as required by testing objectives to achieve the desired test coverage.
  • Modifies game code to collect memory metrics, core dumps, etc., using the tools and frameworks provided by Platform and/or game development teams.
  • Good experience in HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, C# OOPS, and has worked deeply in design and development using the same. One who is passionate about testing highly robust, high-performing applications in time time-constrained environment with a product conforming to strong compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Mobile devices and Web applications
  • Candidates with "Gaming Domain" Knowledge will be highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and a test management tool
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and Coach team members whenever required

We’re looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic UI Artist to join our 10+ people Art Team in Montreal. In this role you will help shape the creative vision for our game NFL SUPERBOWL SLOTS that is currently in production.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining UI systems for casual mobile games developed in Unity. You will report to the Lead UI Artist and will work closely with UX, Tech Art, FX, and Art Direction, while also communicating with other departments in an innovative and highly collaborative environment.

Candidates should possess exceptional Art/Design skills in Photoshop, adept understanding of Unity pipeline and user interface asset integration pipelines, as well as an understanding of Mobile Games. In this role you are expected to push the art, polish and usability of our game while working within the IP-d brand and the technical limitations of a live mobile title.
