What You’ll Do:

• Set the Standard: Develop and drive the QA and QE strategy, ensuring alignment with development goals and business priorities.
• Test Hands-On: Write and execute test cases, contribute directly to testing efforts, and lead by example.
• Measure What Matters: Define and track quality metrics that highlight what’s working—and what needs improvement.
• Lead with Impact: Build, refine, and own automated testing pipelines within our CI/CD lifecycle.
• Own the Process: Create and document clear, consistent QA methodologies and ensure adoption across teams.
• Foster Growth: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to define test strategies, interpret results, and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Need to Have:

• Five (5) + years of experience in QE/QA, with demonstrated leadership in managing quality across agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, CI/CD tooling, and modern cloud platforms
• Advanced QA/QE certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester) are a plus.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the long-term strategy, roadmap and successful execution of the search and product discovery experience across our eProcurement sites, our public B2C LakeshoreLearning.com site and our mobile app. This includes spearheading key initiatives such as internal search engine algorithm and relevancy tuning, guided navigation and faceted search enhancements. You will also own key entry and journey pages—including PDP, PLP and SRP—tailored to different segment users. Additionally, you’ll help make our products more discoverable through AI/ML, recommendations and personalization. Applicants should have experience in digital product management within an e-commerce environment, ideally in B2C retail. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of leading large, complex e-commerce projects.

A day on the job looks like this:

• Leading complex search and product discovery initiatives across the digital product portfolio—balancing quick wins with long-term improvements and managing resources effectively to deliver results
• Analyzing search behavior, patterns and customer journey data to identify optimization and testing opportunities, and building compelling business cases for product improvements
• Partnering with developers and engineers to optimize search infrastructure, indexing, query performance and relevancy
• Driving innovation through insights—leveraging customer feedback, data analysis, emerging technologies and market trends
• Helping to govern the introduction of new technologies and products, particularly in search, AI and natural language processing
• Developing and maintaining roadmaps within your Agile teams’ scope
• Defining and prioritizing features that enhance relevance, ranking, personalization and the overall search experience, and incorporating them into release planning
• Identifying pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features and enhancements, and driving updates to closure
• Collaborating closely with the PDM/UX and Ecom teams, as well as Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, IT and others to deliver a unified, cohesive, high-performing digital experience
• Communicating direction and product priorities to the Development team, cross-functional teams and third parties, and fostering collaboration to drive value and accountability at a fast pace
• Developing product strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning product release cycles
• Participating in daily standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos and retrospectives
• Presenting data-supported product solutions, objectives and KPIs to internal teams and stakeholders, including the Executive team

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For employees residing outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, pay is based on national market.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $102,500 - $165,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

​

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.

• A growth-mindset. You’re open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

​

San Francisco, CA: the pay range for this role is $180,000 - $247,500 per year.

​

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

​

Effective January 2025, Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.

Papleress Post is seeking a product designer to help solve our most complex user experience and design issues. You will partner with our Principal Product Designer to create impactful experiences for our users from concept to execution. You will also work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, data specialists, and customer operations to find the best solutions for our users and our business and iteratively refine those solutions based on performance and insights.

We're seeking a seasoned, self-driven UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for internal business tools and applications. You'll be part of a small, high-impact internal team that functions like a startup-rapidly developing solutions that streamline workflows, surface insights, and empower teams across the organization.

With an MVP mindset, we prioritize speed and iteration while building toward a long-term product vision. In this role, you'll own the full design process-from concept to developer handoff-ensuring usability, clarity, and visual polish at every step.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design ownership - From wireframes to prototypes to dev-ready assets.

Your Team

You’ll be joining our small, fast-paced Engineering/Product/Design org as our first dedicated Product Designer – helping to shape not just what we build, but how we build it. Today, we’re fewer than 20 people, with a tight-knit group of technical teammates distributed between New York and Seattle.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define experiences that make working with AI feel intuitive, powerful, and even delightful. Your Role

As a Product Designer at Evertune, you’ll define how complex AI insights are translated into clear, actionable experiences for marketers. You’ll take on end-to-end ownership of product design – from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation. You’ll work side-by-side with product, engineering, and data teams to bring clarity to data-rich workflows and craft elegant, intuitive interfaces across our enterprise AI platform.

This is a highly cross-functional role where your design thinking will influence product strategy just as much as execution. You’ll help evolve our design system, champion user-centered design across the org, and play a key role in shaping a product that’s defining a new category. If you’re passionate about turning ambiguity into structure – and structure into beautiful, usable software – this is your chance to have a foundational impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives – from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, to final implementation.
• Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces that help marketers interpret complex AI outputs and take confident action.
• Translate abstract concepts and messy data into structured, elegant user experiences with clear hierarchies and thoughtful interaction design.
• Build and evolve our design system in Figma – establishing reusable components, patterns, and style guidelines that scale with the platform.
• Collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to scope features, refine user stories, and ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered with polish.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Actively participate in design critiques, share candid feedback, and help raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the product.
• Serve as the voice of design on a fast-moving team – bringing clarity to ambiguity, advocating for users, and creating structure.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product design, preferably in martech or B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy interface design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a solid grasp of component-based design systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and user needs into clear, intuitive workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to advocate for users and articulate design rationale.
• Ability to balance speed and craft – comfortable designing in low- and high-fidelity depending on the stage of the project.
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, benefits, and development opportunities at Evertune AI. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Evertune AI employees. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Evertune AI will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $170,000 + stock options.

​
