Quality Assurance and Engineering Lead

Champion Quality. Drive Excellence.

Are you a hands-on quality leader who thrives on building scalable testing frameworks and delivering polished, reliable products? Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of software quality in a dynamic environment where you can lead and innovate? MGMA is looking for a QE/QA Lead to elevate our software quality strategy—guiding everything from test automation pipelines to best-in-class QA processes.

This isn’t just about finding bugs. It’s about setting a gold standard for quality across the organization. You'll lead both strategy and execution, mentor a growing team, and collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to ensure everything we release is rock solid. If you love creating order from complexity, advocating for quality from day one, and pushing continuous improvement in every sprint—we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set the Standard: Develop and drive the QA and QE strategy, ensuring alignment with development goals and business priorities.
  • Test Hands-On: Write and execute test cases, contribute directly to testing efforts, and lead by example.
  • Measure What Matters: Define and track quality metrics that highlight what’s working—and what needs improvement.
  • Lead with Impact: Build, refine, and own automated testing pipelines within our CI/CD lifecycle.
  • Own the Process: Create and document clear, consistent QA methodologies and ensure adoption across teams.
  • Foster Growth: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to define test strategies, interpret results, and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A desire to constantly improve how quality is delivered, measured, and celebrated.
  • A blend of technical skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance.
  • A deep understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies—across functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
  • A mix of strong technical skills paired with great communication—you can explain testing insights to both devs and execs.
  • An ability to lead and mentor team members and contract professionals.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five (5) + years of experience in QE/QA, with demonstrated leadership in managing quality across agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, CI/CD tooling, and modern cloud platforms
  • Advanced QA/QE certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester) are a plus.

Why Join MGMA?

You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a dedicated, collaborative team. Plus, you'll enjoy a culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and career growth. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive—personally and professionally. Here's what makes working with us truly rewarding:

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Access medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and both short- and long-term disability plans.
  • Future-Focused Support: Benefit from a 401(k) plan with company match, profit-sharing opportunities, and robust professional development programs to help you grow.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a hybrid work schedule, generous time off (including 3 weeks of vacation, 80 hours of sick time, and 11 paid holidays), and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Well-Rounded Perks: Take advantage of tuition assistance, a flexible spending account, and our on-site fitness center. Plus, give back through volunteer opportunities that align with your values.

When you join MGMA, you’re joining a mission-driven organization where passion meets purpose.

Ready to Lead the Next Era of Quality?

Dusty Robotics Full Stack Developer

Dusty Robotics is an autonomous robotics company that’s transforming the construction industry with its flagship product, the FieldPrinter™ — a groundbreaking solution that automates layout on construction sites. Our robots bring digital precision to physical spaces, printing CAD designs directly onto jobsite floors with 1/16” accuracy. With a fleet deployed across North America, our technology is reshaping how buildings are constructed by enhancing speed, accuracy, and coordination.

Dusty has raised over $69M from leading venture firms including Scale Venture Partners, Baseline Ventures, Canaan, NextGen Venture Partners, and Root Ventures. Our customers include some of the biggest names in construction, such as DPR, JE Dunn, and Skanska.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our world-class engineering team. You’ll work at the intersection of robotics and real-world construction, building the web interface that connects jobsite crews with our robots. From uploading CAD files to generating robot-ready layouts, your code will have a direct, physical impact on the built environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based at Dusty’s headquarters in Mountain View, where we thrive on the collaboration and momentum of in-person work.

Responsibilities:

  • Join a small, sharp team that owns the web portal used by customers to control Dusty’s field robots - this is the interface between high-tech robotics and boots-on-the-ground construction crews.
  • Build and ship features that let users upload, visualize, and prep CAD files for real-world layout - your code will literally shape what gets built on-site.
  • Design powerful tools that help users prepare layouts and generate robot-ready print files - WYSIWYG for the construction site.
  • Own your code from idea to deployment, shipping clean, well-tested features in tight feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with PMs and customers to break big goals into smart, actionable engineering tasks.
  • Shape the architecture of our web stack, write clear docs, and lead design and code reviews that level up the whole team.
  • Raise the bar on code quality and test coverage - you’ll help make every release feel boring (in a good way).
  • Respond to real-world feedback - fix bugs, improve UX, and help our robots help our customers.

Back-end Development Skills:

This role is for a mid-level developer with 5+ years of experience developing web applications with similar languages and environments.

  • Languages & Frameworks: Golang, Python, Typescript/Javascript, React, Material Design with an understanding of server-side logic and APIs.
  • Databases: Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, Databricks)
  • Web Architecture: communication protocols (HTTP, REST, WEBSOCKET), and API design (RESTful, GraphQL)
  • DevOps:
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Other:
  • Security: Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
  • Testing: Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, Postman
  • Development tools: Jira, Confluence, github

Why You Should Join:

In joining our team, you’ll become an important part of a small and fast-growing company. We are daring to accomplish something big, do you want to be a critical part of Dusty's success? We are deeply committed to our mission, and we believe in removing roadblocks that distract us from reaching our goals.

To that end, we offer an unlimited vacation policy, a 401k with employer match, reasonable work hours, and flexible schedules. We know that our best work happens when we feel well-rested and capable of focusing all of our energy on making Dusty successful!

Strong, effective teams are composed of people with a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences who bring a variety of perspectives to their work. We actively encourage applications from a diverse pool, including those from historically under-represented groups such as women, people of color, people who identify LGBTQ, people with disabilities, and immigrants.

At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so that small businesses everywhere can compete with these big box and e-commerce giants.

About This Role

Faire is a company invested in good design—as a Product Designer, you’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team of designers who care deeply about creating beautiful and intuitive experiences. Our team is at the center of product work at Faire, designing experiences for the thousands of small retailers and maker brands growing their businesses in our marketplace.

In this role, you’ll help shape Faire’s product, working with team members across research, engineering, product, and customer service. You'll embed in a product team and focus on designing features and experiences for a strategic pillar of our product. As a design lead, you'll strive to understand our customers’ challenges and craft flows that help people move through our products with confidence.

We’re looking for team members that excel across the entire product development lifecycle, come with a growth mindset, and bring a genuine desire to learn about our customers.

We're looking for candidates open to working in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with partners across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features.
  • Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation.
  • Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Faire’s brand and design system standards.
  • Participate in and/or lead user interviews and research to better understand customer needs.
  • Write UX content that helps customers accomplish their goals on Faire
  • Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap.
  • Work with other designers to mentor and improve the quality of their craft
  • Contribute to and positively shape the design team’s culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products and systems. Your previous work demonstrates an attention to detail and high quality visual, UX, systems design, and content design.
  • Great communication skills. You present design decisions and processes clearly and confidently, regardless of audience.
  • A collaborative approach. You’re a great partner to other designers and your cross-functional teammates.
  • A growth-mindset. You’re open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A sense of humor. We spend a lot of time together—sharing gifs and laughing over zoom keeps us energized and inspired throughout the day.

We value candidates that bring a range of experience from different industries and a variety of creative influences. If you’re a maker or retailer yourself and can bring first-hand experience and empathy for the small business and entrepreneurial journey, tell us your story!

Salary Range

San Francisco, CA: the pay range for this role is $180,000 - $247,500 per year.

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Effective January 2025, Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.

Applications for this position will be accepted for a minimum of 30 days from the posting date.

  • We are using technology and data to level the playing field: We are leveraging the power of product innovation and machine learning to connect brands and boutiques from all over the world, building a growing community of more than 350,000 small business owners.

Paperless Post Product Designer

Papleress Post is seeking a product designer to help solve our most complex user experience and design issues. You will partner with our Principal Product Designer to create impactful experiences for our users from concept to execution. You will also work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, data specialists, and customer operations to find the best solutions for our users and our business and iteratively refine those solutions based on performance and insights.

This role is hybrid, working twice a week in our NYC office, so we are looking for a local candidate.

A little about us

With our unique and beautiful designs, Paperless Post helps connect friends and family for some of their most important life moments. We have a dedicated and growing user base (175 million and counting!) that knows and loves our product. Because we aren't supported by ad revenue, we get to spend our days focused on creating and improving the ideal version of our platform, product, content, and partnerships for our users.

Our Product Designers are generalists but each of us has our own strengths that we bring to the table to help each other to become better designers. We are a close-knit team where we share our work twice a week (one for current projects, one for working on Paperless Post’s design system).

What you’ll do here

  • Make complicated concepts and tasks easy for a user through your product solutions, design improvements, and UX and UI optimizations.
  • Produce high-quality design solutions aimed at achieving measurable impacts on target KPIs — from concept to execution using diagrams, wires, animations, specs, user research, and any tools to help communicate and/or evolve your ideas.
  • Develop multiple design solutions thoughtfully scoped to match the project's level of investment, demonstrating discernment in knowing when to dive deeper and when to pivot to alternative approaches.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements that align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement that align with company objectives and quarterly goals by analyzing user behavior, feedback, performance data and technical constraints.
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from diverse sources—including user tests, NPS insights, Custops reports, site analytics, competitive research, surveys, internal feedback and performance data —to inform and enhance your designs.
  • Take ownership of the performance of your designs, iterating and optimizing features by integrating insights and feedback from your team, stakeholders, user research, and post-release data to continually enhance the user experience and product outcomes.
  • Present your design solutions, in some cases prototypes or basic markup, to your teammates, manager, and stakeholders and walk your audience through your decisions and how you arrived at them with an understanding of the user goals, business goals, and feasibility.
  • Become proficient in our end to end user funnel with a deep expertise in the Creation-Editor experience, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its features, functionality, and edge cases.
  • Stay informed about emerging design trends, usability standards, and the latest native UX/UI patterns for both Android and iOS, ensuring alignment with evolving user expectations.
  • Regularly review and analyze competitors and adjacent industries to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Participate in internal talks, hack days, and learning sessions to share knowledge and drive innovation.
  • Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the design system and UI components within Figma.

What you bring to the table

  • 8-15 years experience designing web software/applications, preferably consumer-facing, with a passion for building things that are both beautiful and functional.
  • Expertise in user flows, interaction and visual design with experience shipping and designing for multiple platforms; bonus skills include CSS/JS/HTML, motion design, and prototyping skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, resourceful and accountable, leveraging strong critical thinking and sound judgment to make effective decisions and drive progress with minimal oversight.
  • A strong understanding of systems design, usability and user experience principles.
  • A basic understanding of the engineering complexity required to build product solutions.
  • A mindset of humility and a willingness to learn, valuing collaboration, the perspective of others, and deep empathy for our users
  • Expert knowledge of building reusable components with design tokens in Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to influence peers and stakeholders.

Company-wide, we enjoy an amazing ecosystem of an even gender split and a balance of engineers and designers. Because Paperless Post isn't supported by ad revenue, we can focus our efforts on creating and improving on the ideal version of our platform, product, content, and partnerships for our users.

We are proud that Paperless Post has helped over 175 million people globally connect in the real world since our inception. Paperless Post exists to help all people celebrate all the moments that matter to them. We believe that having a team reflective of the diverse world around us empowers us to create a product that serves everyone. Women, people of color, trans/genderqueer individuals, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are especially encouraged to apply.

The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - 180,000 USD.

At Paperless Post, compensation is based on a number of factors, including geographic location, job-related skills, years of experience, and internal team banding. All full-time offer packages come with a base salary, equity component, and options for fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits. The range posted here is based on the NYC market and may vary based on candidate location.

The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.

We are looking for an experienced senior product manager to join our team. You’re a product leader who has the basics of PMing down and can take on difficult, ambiguous problems where the strategy and/or solution may not be clear from the outset. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, product leadership, and the rest of our amazing PM team.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Define and deliver a compelling roadmap that delivers value for enterprise-level customers
  • Partner closely with Product Design to create an enterprise software experience that’s intuitive and dead simple
  • Create a product strategy to balance multiple priorities and use cases across customers, product teams, and enterprise-level compliance
  • Maximize clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting concrete goals and milestones
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other functions to execute on roadmaps with high velocity

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management. Background in building for complex data models and visualizations, human-centric UX, and B2B platform or enterprise experience preferred.
  • Systems thinker: You feel just as comfortable modeling data relationships in a technical diagram, just as well as you can partner with Design to walk stakeholders through a holistic UX flow.
  • Strategic: You inspire the company by creating bold, intuitive work connections within the platform and scoping them to solve the most critical customer problems.
  • Get Stuff Done: You create, flex, and evangelize a roadmap; thoughtfully break down projects to MVPs and iterative projects to ship with high velocity and business impact.
  • Customer-centric: You analyze our top customer personas; dig into the roots of customer needs; synthesize research to gain a deep understanding and narrow definition of a problem.
  • Communication and collaboration: You partner with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality results. You speak with clarity and write sharp product specs. You are highly comfortable getting into deep technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches, and you pair with design on complex user flows.
  • Grow Team Asana: You are a mentor for others; create great team morale among other functions and PMs; and share PM best practices you’ve cultivated to date.
  • Growth Mindset: You lead with curiosity and are open to feedback in order to learn.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What We’ll Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value based on a pay equity audit we conduct yearly.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $171,000 - $258,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your Talent Acquisition Partner to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role.

  • Career coaching & support
  • Inclusive family building benefits
  • Long-term savings or retirement plans
  • In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences

Backed by top-tier VC investors and trusted by forward-thinking brands, we move fast, think boldly, and believe the best ideas win – regardless of title. If you're excited about shaping the future of how brands grow in the age of AI, you’ll thrive here.

Your Team

You’ll be joining our small, fast-paced Engineering/Product/Design org as our first dedicated Product Designer – helping to shape not just what we build, but how we build it. Today, we’re fewer than 20 people, with a tight-knit group of technical teammates distributed between New York and Seattle.

This is a true zero-to-one moment: your work will influence our design culture, systems, and approach from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define experiences that make working with AI feel intuitive, powerful, and even delightful. If you're excited by high ownership and early-stage momentum, you'll be right at home here.

Your Role

As a Product Designer at Evertune, you’ll define how complex AI insights are translated into clear, actionable experiences for marketers. You’ll take on end-to-end ownership of product design – from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation. You’ll work side-by-side with product, engineering, and data teams to bring clarity to data-rich workflows and craft elegant, intuitive interfaces across our enterprise AI platform.

This is a highly cross-functional role where your design thinking will influence product strategy just as much as execution. You’ll help evolve our design system, champion user-centered design across the org, and play a key role in shaping a product that’s defining a new category. If you’re passionate about turning ambiguity into structure – and structure into beautiful, usable software – this is your chance to have a foundational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives – from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, to final implementation.
  • Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces that help marketers interpret complex AI outputs and take confident action.
  • Translate abstract concepts and messy data into structured, elegant user experiences with clear hierarchies and thoughtful interaction design.
  • Build and evolve our design system in Figma – establishing reusable components, patterns, and style guidelines that scale with the platform.
  • Collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to scope features, refine user stories, and ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered with polish.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively participate in design critiques, share candid feedback, and help raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the product.
  • Serve as the voice of design on a fast-moving team – bringing clarity to ambiguity, advocating for users, and creating structure.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in product design, preferably in martech or B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy interface design and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a solid grasp of component-based design systems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and user needs into clear, intuitive workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to advocate for users and articulate design rationale.
  • Ability to balance speed and craft – comfortable designing in low- and high-fidelity depending on the stage of the project.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs to gather and incorporate user feedback quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SEO, Brand Analytics or Digital Advertising
  • Familiarity with analytics, AI/ML tools, or data visualization platforms.
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system at scale.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), especially experience with Vue.js.
  • Background in user research or UX writing.
