Job Description

*Candidates based out of the greater Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), and the greater Philadelphia, PA (US) area are strongly preferred*

As a Senior Customer Marketing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement, driving adoption, and generating cross/up-selling opportunities within our installed base of customers. Leveraging your extensive experience in marketing, you will design data-driven targeted campaigns, create compelling content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer programs with overall company strategies. Your role will be critical in accelerating funnel performance, optimizing lead flow, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Build marketing programs to define and align with customer journey, increase customer engagement, adoption, cross/up sell and lead generation for installed base of customers
  • Personalize global content and drive net new customer content (when necessary)  for  customer programs that drive demand digitally and in person.  Content may include customer focused e:books, infographics, webinars and events
  • Develop and execute customer  go-to-market programs for installed base of customers to include nurture,  lead passing, qualification for commercial and enterprise accounts
  • Align customer marketing programs to leverage overall Boomi campaigns and events strategy
  • Work with Marketing Ops to build customer account dashboards to drive marketing activities and programs to accelerate funnel performance and lead flow as aligned with target account persona
  • Provide the sales team with marketing roadmaps and training on key initiatives, industry trends and partner solutions
  • Determine the most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize sales productivity
  • Drive  communications of customer programs across Boomi to ensure alignment on goals, available resources and timelines

 

The experience you bring:

  • 5+  years of experience in marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing roles
  • 5+ years experience building data driven targeted marketing campaigns spanning content development, digital, customer journey definition aligned to sales priority and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent presentation skills/experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong management and relationship skills and high ability to align targeted marketing plans with priority account  priorities in a matrix environment
  • Exceptional project, time management skills and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in the US begins at $102,244 USD annually + applicable bonus.
