About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Construction Management to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our data center construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction management planning and execution, providing strategic direction and oversight.
  • Develop and implement construction management processes, standards, and best practices.

You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while establishing and implementing accounting policies, controls, and procedures coordinated between the Accounting and Data Center Operations teams.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work closely with the AP, Purchasing, and Data Center Operations teams to identify fixed asset purchases, establish a reliable in service date, capitalize them in a timely fashion, record accurate depreciation, and report fixed assets’ transfer or disposition.
  • Review vendor invoices to ensure proper capitalization of expenditures of FA.
  • Track FA by location and category to ensure that all required FA metadata is reflected accurately in CoreWeave systems.
  • Design and conduct periodic FA cycle counts to guarantee that physical reality on the DC floors agrees with the Accounting team’s fixed asset ledgers.
  • Support the Fixed Asset team lead in reconciling the fixed asset sub-ledger balances to the summary-level accounts in the general ledger.
  • Own the monthly and yearly roll-forward of fixed assets.
  • Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
  • Prepare FA schedules for the tax provision footnotes and tax returns, as well as for sales and use / property tax calculations in various jurisdictions.
  • Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets and possible write-downs or write-offs.
  • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing and Governmental Relations teams to align purchases with active tax incentive programs.

As a member of our Analytics team, we'll work together to curate our data, uncover insights, and create dashboards. By helping stakeholders across our team understand how each element of the business is operating, you'll help us move smarter and faster.

A bit about how we work...

We get data into our Snowflake warehouse though a mix of scalable SaaS ETL tools (Stitch, Customer.io’s Data Pipelines) and engineering-managed data pipelines for data originating from our production systems. We curate that raw data into an analytics layer using dbt and then build charts and dashboards on top of that layer in Sigma or build Mixpanel dashboards based on product usage events. Sometimes we'll take that data into Sheets to build a forecast or pipe it into a specialized tool for more exploration. We're always interested in exploring new ways to unearth insights.

As our new Senior Product Data Analyst, you will...

  • Own our Product Analytics data catalogue and work with various EPD squads to ensure we’re tracking the right things in the right way to generate valuable insights.
  • Review our PLG customer journey, the data we have available, inclusive of quality, and make a plan to improve data quality and comprehensiveness to deliver a clean PLG channel dashboard and funnel.
  • Study our existing product analytics and usage data to align the team around specific “aha” moments that drive desired outcomes and metric definitions for those outcomes. You would then use these findings and metrics to, for example, work with our Growth squad to devise a series of experiments to decrease time to aha for newly onboarding self-serve customers.
  • Work with our Growth squad to create a framework for managing experiments within the PLG funnel and provide recommendations around the team’s experimentation calendar and specific experiments.
  • Work with various EPD squads to understand the impacts of changes to the product experience on outcomes like retention and customer experience or input metrics that drive those outcomes.
  • Solve other data problems for the company as-needed.

About the role  

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee both our Starburst Enterprise and Galaxy products. The Sr. Director of Global Outbound will report directly into Movable Ink’s Global Chief Revenue Officer as part of the global sales leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a predictable (forecastable) and consistently-growing new and horizontal global sales pipeline for the Movable Ink sales team
  • Lead the strategic direction of the outbounding team, identifying opportunities to define roles and responsibilities to optimize team effectiveness as we mature into a multi-product outbounding philosophy
  • Build consistent career paths for our outbounding organization so that they can grow into salespeople (or into other departments at Movable Ink) by proactively partnering with leadership across departments to identify opportunities for skill development and progression
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business & Revenue Operations teams on analysis, systems selections & systems best practices - including the implementation and execution of new initiatives based on the analysis
  • Partner with front-line sales management and executive sales leadership to understand organizational priorities and getting ahead of personnel movements
  • Lead a monthly global pipeline meeting with everyone who contributes to generating the pipeline - from outbound leadership to partner sales to events - clearly communicating our analysis of current progress and new initiatives
  • Ensure we have the proper tech stack, and in partnership with GTM enablement ensuring that the team is properly enabled to use the tech stack and that the tech stack is fully adopted for all of its relevant capabilities
  • Partner with product marketing on content strategy and messaging of what the outbound team should be sending

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in sales, marketing and/or direct outbounding
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct experience hiring, developing and promoting global business development leaders at scale
  • Proven track record of delivering an impact across all outbounding functions in all regions

This role is responsible for leading the use of data to make decisions. The Role

As a machine learning scientist at Arity, you will lead the development of machine learning algorithms primarily on geospatial data. You are expected to make key technical decisions about how to implement machine learning models including both traditional and deep learning models on large volume of geospatial data. You have chances to influence the business for the entire cycle of the ML solution including data collection, processing, aggregation, modeling, and visualization. You will personally prototype the solution development for these projects and work with product owners, data/software engineers, and other partners for productionization and client delivery. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strong background in application security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading our security strategy, with a specific focus on securing our applications and software development lifecycle. What You’ll Own

  • Leadership and Strategy:

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.

+ Lead the Information Security team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success.

  • Application Security:

+ Oversee and enhance the application security program, ensuring secure software development practices are integrated throughout the SDLC.

  • Hands-On Security Operations:

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

+ Prepare and present regular reports on the status of information security to executive management and the board.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education and Experience:

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

+ Proven experience in application security, including secure coding practices, code reviews, and vulnerability management.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational and financial audits at a public accounting firm, consulting firm, or within Internal audit at a public company.
  • Exposure to business process risks, control procedures, IIA standards and COSO framework, SOX, etc
  • Experience with walkthroughs and testing of business and financial controls under the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
  • Well-versed in project and time management and a demonstrated ability to flex between being an independent contributor and a collaborative team member based on project needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, problem-solving, and working with business stakeholders.
  • Working towards or having obtained a CPA/CIA is beneficial
  • Experience at HR, Tech, and SAAS companies would be useful.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the CK Ads team as well as the ConvertKit Sponsorship Network which partners creators with brands who love their work and want to reach their audience. As the CK Ads Leader, you will play a pivotal role in building our Ads team, driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with brands and agencies.
