  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries received via email, callbacks, and other channels as needed
  • Classify inquiries based on severity and priority
  • Investigate and/or resolve inquiries according to knowledge base articles and reference materials
  • Escalate issues requiring additional expertise, investigation, or troubleshooting to the Tier 2 / Tier 3 team
  • Accept and retain ownership of requests, providing timely updates to customers until a resolution is reached or an escalation is needed
  • Participate in cross training in order to assist with backup coverage for other areas of Operations as needed
  • Posses a comprehensive understanding our company mission, products, and full range of services offered

The Opportunity

Voice is the most natural modality for human interaction with machines. However, current sequence modeling paradigms based on jointly scaling model and data cannot deliver voice AI capable of universal human interaction. The challenges are rooted in fundamental data problems posed by audio: real-world audio data is scarce and enormously diverse, spanning a vast space of voices, speaking styles, and acoustic conditions. Even if billions of hours of audio were accessible, its inherent high dimensionality creates computational and storage costs that make training and deployment prohibitively expensive at world scale. We believe that entirely new paradigms for audio AI are needed to overcome these challenges and make voice interaction accessible to everyone.

The Role

Deepgram is currently looking for an experienced researcher to who has worked extensively with Large Language Models (LLMS) and has a deep understanding of transformer architecture to join our Research Staff. As a Member of the Research Staff, this individual should have extensive experience working on the hard technical aspects of LLMs, such as data curation, distributed large-scale training, optimization of transformer architecture, and Reinforcement Learning (RL) training.

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing, remote-first organization. This inaugural HRBP role will partner closely with leaders of all levels and employees across the company to support employee relations, performance management, manager effectiveness, and scalable people practices.

Reporting to the Head of People, the HRBP works cross-functionally with leaders, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Recruiting to ensure people programs, policies, and processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs. We serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and our customers throughout their entire journey. We work closely with our Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams to ensure a positive, growth-focused experience for our customers, as well as with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. The IT Specialist will:

In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active opportunities and engagements driven by Account Executives or partners.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common EMEA pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection handling packs.
  • Take point on higher signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver one live demo that becomes a reusable asset for the region. Pair with a Solutions Architect on a production launch to learn handoffs and escalation paths.

By day 90

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.
  • Close at least one complex technical win with a measurable impact on revenue.
  • Lead one customer architecture workshop that documents a reference plan for production rollout or expansion.
  • Convert repeated ticket patterns into a runbook, sample, or accelerator and present a short readout on the impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 or more years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role focused on pre-sales.
  • Professional software engineering experience in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust. You can build POCs and tools that real users run.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms. Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, networking fundamentals, and secure API design.
  • Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers and earning the technical win.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with speech recognition, TTS, voice quality analysis, or AI agents that orchestrate LLMs.
  • Familiarity with telephony and real-time media concepts such as SIP, WebRTC, streaming, and WebSocket integrations.

  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and data residency topics that appear in EMEA enterprise reviews.

Job Description

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and scaling our digital infrastructure. This position combines technical expertise with collaborative leadership, requiring someone who can manage complex systems while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. You'll be responsible for ensuring our platforms remain reliable, scalable, and secure as we grow and evolve our customer and employee-facing technology stacks.

You'll lead key initiatives including cloud infrastructure optimization and management of Courier’s digital properties all while maintaining the highest standards of performance and security.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee current website operations and lead upcoming migration projects, ensuring zero-downtime transitions and optimal performance
  • Cloud Platform Administration: Manage and optimize our production cloud infrastructure footprint, implementing secure, cost-effective scaling strategies while maintaining high availability
  • Automation & DevOps: Design and implement automated environment management systems for publishing workflows and data management processes
  • Monitoring, Observability, & Response: Refine and implement monitoring and alerting of production environments based on service availability and user experience measurement. Diagnose and remediate production impacting issues in a timely manner.
  • Security & Access Control: Maintain comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and security best practices across all enterprise and production platforms
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams, providing transparent communication and exceptional internal customer service to support business objectives
  • Technical Support Liaison: Provide guidance to external MSP to ensure colleagues are receiving consistent high quality technical support
  • Platform Innovation & Enhancement: Research, plan, and implement strategic enhancements to existing platforms and workflows, including emerging technologies such as GenAI solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Infrastructure Configuration Management: Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, servers using a declarative management framework such as terraform or ansible. (Python experience preferred). Possess a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. 
  • Web Infrastructure: Demonstrated success scaling customer-facing websites to handle increased traffic and user demands, wordpress experience is a huge plus. Experience managing and performance tuning web servers & content delivery networks (CDNs)
  • Content Management Systems: Practical experience managing CMS platforms, and associated information architectures (tagging, categories, etc), user/role administration, WordPress expertise strongly preferred
  • SaaS Platform Management: Experience integrating and managing multiple SaaS solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth data flows in fast paced environments
  • Information Security: Possess a strong working knowledge of information security best practices and experience implementing controls and policies in production environments and IT systems

About the Role 

Vidyard is looking for a Software Development Manager to join our Nova team, a pivotal force behind our cutting-edge AI Video Agent feature and experimental functionalities.
