As part of the Gaming Finance Decision Support Center of Excellence (DSCOE), this role enables Aristocrat’s growth by providing financial insights, analytics, and decision support across the Gaming business. What You’ll Do

Data & Analytics

  • Source, validate, and analyze data using SQL, Snowflake, and other platforms
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Excel / Power BI to deliver actionable insights
  • Build financial models and provide objective analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Experience with SQL, with exposure to Snowflake, Python, and other analytics tools preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Microsoft D365 ERP, Salesforce, or TM1 is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment with strong influencing skills

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Service Agent Tooling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this role, you will  lead the product strategy, roadmap and development of OneView, our internal Agent resolution tool, used daily by thousands of agents across 70 countries. You’ll be able to directly shape the Agent-facing experience to ensure Agents can efficiently resolve millions of daily customer, rider and vendor contacts. You will work collaboratively with engineering, data science, analytics, design/UX research and product ops to deliver functionality that improves Agent productivity and ensures we solve our customer’s issue the first time, every time.

Your Mission

We are on the lookout for a Data Engineer- Fixed Term to join the Tech foundations vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we build world-class platforms that power millions of orders every day. As a Data Engineer in the Identity Management team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support authentication, authorization, fraud detection, compliance, and user identity analytics across our global ecosystem.

You will work closely with security engineers, product managers, analysts, and platform teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions using Google BigQuery, Apache Airflow, Looker Studio, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), and other modern cloud-native tools.

As a member of the Tech Foundation Team, you’ll support Delivery Hero’s rapid innovation and growth. You’ll work on foundational systems that enable faster feature development, security, and reliability across our global engineering community. Every enhancement you make will contribute to our teams' ability to build, scale, and deliver quality features—ultimately impacting millions of users worldwide.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for identity and access management use cases.
  • Develop and optimize ELT/ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Model, transform, and optimize large-scale datasets in Google BigQuery for analytics and operational reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, observability, and reliability through monitoring, alerting, and automated testing using Monte Carlo, BigQuery Data Quality, Cloud Logging and Grafana.
  • Collaborate with Security, IAM, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  • Implement privacy-by-design and security best practices in all data workflows.

Qualifications

--------------

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data and Analytical Engineer or similar role in a cloud environment.
  • Deep experience with GCP data services, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage, including performance optimization, cost control, data modeling, and secure access patterns, Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM) is also valued.
  • Solid experience building and orchestrating pipelines with Apache Airflow as well as proven ability to design and build complex data modeling in DataMesh.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Looker Studio. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI solutions is also valued.
  • Strong Python skills for production-grade data engineering, including experience with Pandas, PySpark, Apache Beam, pytest, and Google Cloud client SDKs for BigQuery and Cloud Storage
  • Familiarity with event-driven or near-real-time data processing using messaging systems (e.g., Amazon SQS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security principles (PII, access control, audits).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with identity, authentication, security, or compliance data is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with GCP streaming and data processing services (e.g., Pub/Sub, Dataflow) is a plus.
  • Experience working with AWS services (such as S3, Lambda, or IAM) is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD for data or Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.

You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Able to acquire a gaming license as required (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location). Upon hire, Aristocrat will assist with application, payment, and renewal.

Your Mission:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for reporting across Display Ads – from data tracking and aggregation to dashboards and downloadable reports.

  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Engineers, and the UX/UI team to design intuitive and scalable dashboards that surface key campaign insights.

As Senior Health & Safety Specialist (Germany & Global Support), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our workplaces (offices, Dmarts, Distribution Centers, Kitchens and other facilities)  meet the highest legal, operational, and human-centric standards. Health & Safety Governance (Germany)

  • Act as the local operational owner for all Health & Safety (H&S) matters across the Berlin campus (FSA, HTA, THO).
  • Ensure full compliance with ArbSchG, ArbStättV, DGUV, ASR, BetrSichV, and SGB IX
  • Collaborate with the Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FASI), Betriebsarzt, and Works Council (WoCo) to maintain a transparent, compliant H&S management framework.
  • Prepare and support ASA (Arbeitsschutzausschuss) meetings; track and document all actions and risk assessments.
  • Maintain and update Gefährdungsbeurteilungen and safety documentation in coordination with Facilities and Real Estate.
  • Coordinate all legally required trainings (workstation, general safety, fire safety, first aid) with accredited partners
  • Manage appointment, onboarding, and engagement of Safety Officers (Sicherheitsbeauftragte), ensuring their inspections and feedback loops are systematically integrated.

  • Coordinate the  GREM’s Global Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) by sharing local best practices, templates, and documentation models.

  • Provide feedback on global H&S policy development and contribute to playbooks, training frameworks, and procedural templates.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Performance to join our Service product line in Logistics on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

The Service product line is responsible for all customer support-related products across Delivery Hero’s global brands — including both our AI-powered support agents, our in-house human agent-facing tools for customer issue resolution, and our Self-Service engine applications. Pay Range

$102,410 - $190,190 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As part of your employment with Aristocrat, you may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities.

Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment and holds licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide. To meet our global compliance obligations, you will be required to provide the disclosure of relevant personal and background information to government agencies, sovereign nations/tribal regulators, and other applicable gaming regulatory bodies. This is a condition of Aristocrat’s gaming licenses. The specific information required may vary depending on the jurisdiction and project assignment.
