The Manager Strategic Enablement – Sourcing and Supplier Excellence will support the development and execution of strategic programs that drive efficiency, risk management, and supplier excellence across Aristocrat Gaming’s global Sourcing & Supplier Excellence (S&SE) chain.

This role will partner closely with Sourcing & Supplier Excellence (S&SE) leadership to deliver critical projects, analyze large data sets into actionable insights, and implement process improvements that align with corporate priorities.

What You'll Do

Strategic Support

  • Perform market research and benchmarking to guide procurement and vendor efforts.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out new processes, methodologies, and tools for the S&SE organization.
  • Support executive workshops and program deliverables through high-quality materials and effective follow-through.

About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Growth Products to join the AdTech Revenue team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the in-app advertising revenue performance and the promotion's performance of your region(s): setting the ambitions, aligning on final targets, and following up on performance to maximize value generation.  The Global VP of HR Shared Services is responsible for leading and overseeing the HR shared services function across multiple regions.

A strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing how HR delivers high-impact, data-driven, and technology-enabled solutions to the business. What You'll Do

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Architecture as a Service (AaaS) team within our central Solutions function. In this role, you will design robust, scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions across diverse projects, while upholding the technical standards necessary for platform performance, compliance, and sustainability. Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collaborators, Technical Product Owners, and development teams to define and detail the system's architecture. 

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear designs and technical requirements covering all aspects of a full-stack Solution. 

• Produce solutions that can be delivered incrementally and thoroughly testable. 

• Create detailed diagrams to communicate system architecture, behaviors and interactions (e.g., sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and high-level designs). 

• Work collaboratively within a team of architects, sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback. 

• Adhere to regulations, standards, and guidelines while providing valuable feedback on internal governance and processes. 

• Document and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to capture significant architectural decisions, including the context, options considered, decision rationale, and outcomes. 

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet the needs of our solutions. 

• Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance and ensure the implementation of designs aligns with architectural specifications. 

• Identify and address technical risks, challenges, and dependencies in the architecture and design process. 

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our architecture and solutions. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Solution/Software Architect specializing in web technologies.
  • Experience with system modelling tools and diagrams (e.g., C4, UML).
  • Practical development experience in web application development.
  • Proficient in software architecture principles, patterns, and standard processes.
  • Knowledge of how to incorporate design concepts into software development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, PubSub).
  • Familiarity with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for defining APIs, and exercising the APIs through appropriate tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Knowledge of data modeling, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and database normalisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Preferred Skills and Experience
