About the Opportunity
We are on the lookout for talented Engineer l, Androidto join our 2026 Tech Grad Program, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Our Tech Grad Program offers you a unique environment for you to learn and develop your skills, and to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge tech solutions. You will have some of the most talented and experienced software engineers in the industry as mentors to help you ramp up, and a support group you can go to for help and connection.
Our Engineering organization consists of over 1,500 talented engineers distributed across our major verticals. Our tech employees are divided into different teams across the following areas: Consumer Data Products, FinTech, Logistics, Pandora, Platform, Quick Commerce, and Vendor Tech. They work on a range of major topics from boosting customer acquisition and retention to creating efficient experiences for our vendors, building an excellent logistics ecosystem across the delivery lifecycle, providing financial empowerment to our stakeholders and much more.

Important information about this Position
Please note that we are pursuing a new, pilot hiring model for 2026. We are opening this job opportunity for 4-6 weeks, during which time we will collect your applications.
If we choose to proceed with your application, you will go through our standard interview process (recruiter call, coding, technical concepts interview, hiring manager interview). When overall feedback is positive, we will place you in a pool of offerable candidates and reach out for next steps as soon as an Engineer l, Android role becomes available in the org.
This role will stay open for applications until 15th February, 2026.
What you need to be Successful
To be eligible for our program, you must:
- Have the right to live and work in Germany
+ Candidates within the EU are also eligible to apply as long as you meet the above criteria
- Have (or be graduating from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field
+ If graduated, you may also have a maximum of 2 years of experience in similar job fields
+ Coding bootcamp graduates (recent/upcoming) are also eligible to apply and do not need to meet the degree requirement above; please apply if you have a minimum of 6-12 months’ internship/bootcamp experience
- Have a good understanding of and direct experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (see below), ideally from internships, bootcamps, or open-source projects
- Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach
- Have good communication and collaboration skills
- Be business fluent in English
- Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes
Technical skills we look for:
- SQL, noSQL, cloud services (AWS), data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift)
Generally, we also expect your curiosity in learning/trying out new technologies.
