We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer who will take a lead role in crafting and delivering scalable software solutions. Develop high-performance applications, craft architectural strategies, mentor implementation of standards, provide team mentorship. Within your responsibilities, you will partner closely with product coordinators, architects, and other teams to convert business requirements into technical blueprints, ensuring secure, efficient, and forward-thinking solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

Software Development & Engineering Excellence

● Define and carry out coding standards, guide architectural decisions, and champion standards

● Lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable .NET applications using C#

● Deliver high-quality, reusable, maintainable code aligned with modern engineering standards

● Integrate third-party APIs with strong focus on reliability, error handling, and data integrity

● Fix and resolve sophisticated bugs, performance issues, and edge-case behaviours across environments

● Guide junior and mid-level developers by providing feedback on their code, offering technical advice, and aiding in Performance, Security & Data Architecture

● Own performance, scalability, and resilience strategies across distributed systems

● Promote the use of cloud-native and microservices-based architectures where relevant

● Ensure consistent application of security guidelines and data protection principles

● Design and maintain secure, efficient, scalable data storage solutions Teamwork & Agile Delivery

● Partner with product managers and QA to translate business objectives into technical strategies

● Lead and actively chip in to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

● Coordinate architectural discussions, user documentation, and ensure cross-team alignment DevOps, Tooling & Innovation

● Own and evolve CI/CD workflows using GitLab, focusing on automation, reliability, and delivery efficiency

● Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and practices that support long-term technical strategy

● Promote continuous improvement by modernising codebases, development practices, and release processes Communication & Accountability

● Act as a conscientious technical consultant for collaborators, aligning architecture and delivery wiinterpersonalnal goals

● Own delivery commitments and lead priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment

● Take initiative on sophisticated projects while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs. What We're Looking For

● Expert-level proficiency in .NET 6+ / C# and the .NET Framework, with deep experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core (migrations, concurrency handling, query tuning). Strong skills in async programming, performance optimization, and API design.

● Proven track record in system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native/event-driven designs. Deep knowledge of DDD, CQRS, Mediator, clean architecture, and microservices.

● Sophisticated hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2017+, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL, including schema design, query performance tuning, and scalability. Practical experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and distributed caching (Redis).

● Strong experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar) in microservices environments; skilled in system integrations and building scalable RESTful APIs (gRPC a plus).

● Main focus on unit and integration testing; experienced with mocking frameworks, automated build pipelines, and designing effective testing strategies (performance and security testing as a plus).

● Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (production-grade deployments). Experience with GCP or AWS services preferred.

● Implements security protocols at scale; skilled in networking concepts, observability (logging, metrics, tracing, OpenTelemetry), and fixing issues in distributed environments.

● Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and making sure coding standards across teams.

● Excellent communicator with the ability to influence architectural decisions, align technical strategy with business goals, and lead cross-team discussions. ● Consistent record to mentor and coach developers, review code and designs, and drive continuous improvement across engineering teams.

● Analytical problem solver, fluent in written and spoken English, with a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and fix new and existing software within time and scope of the integration.

As the Senior Manager leading all aspects of Global Treasury Operations, you will manage daily tasks and strategy. Reporting to the VP, Group Treasury, you will provide leadership and support to team members while ensuring operational excellence and contribute to the effective management of global liquidity, capital, and financial risk. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to partner efficiently with distributed team members.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide direction, mentor, and guidance to direct reports in the Global Treasury Operations team.
  • Set performance goals and support development plans for team members.
  • Nurture a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with Group Finance principles and Aristocrat’s values.

Treasury Operations

  • Review and approve global treasury transactions (within delegation limits), including share buybacks, foreign exchange, intercompany payments, and other credit line transactions.
  • Coordinate and supervise global daily cash positioning and reporting.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of sophisticated transaction issues.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the Treasury month-end process, including cash reconciliations, interest calculations, and reporting to the CFO.
  • Supervise the preparation of the monthly Treasury Report for senior leadership.
  • Maintain and lead all aspects of global bank signatories across 250+ accounts.
  • Drive cash investment activities to optimize returns while handling risk.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of bank fees, interest rates, and earnings credits.
  • Serve as primary administrator for online banking and treasury platforms.
  • Supervise global FX exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risk, including natural hedges and capital optimization.

Capital & Liquidity Management

  • Lead global cash flow forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify and support global cash movements, including documentation of intercompany loans and internal funding.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, and Legal teams on capital management outcomes.
  • Provide support for debt-raising projects and funding initiatives.

Operational Improvement & Governance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead efforts to elevate operations by propelling advancements in efficiency, accuracy, and automation throughout worldwide treasury functions.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX/internal control requirements for treasury processes.
  • Partner with IT, external vendors, and global collaborators on treasury systems and improvement projects.

Banking Relationships & Collaborator Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with global banking partners.
  • Support negotiation of banking contracts and services.
  • Lead global banking structure, including account openings, migrations, and closures.
  • Evaluate and recommend banking products, services, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners, including Controllers, GL, AR, AP, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and IT.
  • Support external and internal audit requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced qualifications (CTP, CFA, or MBA) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in global treasury management, encompassing liquidity, FX, investments, and banking structures. Preferred regions are APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Experience leading extensive global banking relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Proven expertise in international RFPs with banking partners (preferred in EMEA) and integration of bank accounts, currencies, and multiple legal entities.

Curate Data Product Roadmaps

  • Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities and domain-specific data products

Ensure Data Product Quality and Value

  • Champion customer-centric and quality-focused delivery. Measuring business impact and usability of data products.

Coordinate Collaborator Alignment

  • Collaborate with product leaders, data stewards, and governance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical data use standards.

Support Communication and Reporting

  • Develop leadership dashboards, presentations, and steering committee updates, ensuring portfolio visibility, including project health and wins

What We're Looking for

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a program manager position
  • Proven record to define, scope, and manage sophisticated programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability to consolidate, analyse, and report on program health, status, and impact.
  • A consistent record of applying Agile principles to drive iterative progress and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project)
  • Ability to evaluate incoming requests, prioritise based on organisational needs, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work optimally with multiple teams and collaborators, encouraging a collaborative and aligned environment.

Pay Range

$92,660 - $172,083 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
