Create innovative game concepts and lead game development from inception to release. Generate high accuracy and computational efficient program for simulations at the order of trillion cycles and perform theoretical proofs whereas applicable. Document game rules, pay profiles, and math summaries prior to formal submission. Participate in team concept brainstorming sessions. Provide guidance for engineering/art/QA teams on game math related joint efforts. The ideal candidate will: have experience in slot game design, be able to draw conclusions and drive game design decisions from analyses and be able to work effectively with teams across the organization.

  • Independently come up with new game concepts and convert them into game math without assistance
  • Full knowledge of the development process, the interdependencies, the stakeholders from concept to submission to regulators
  • Resolve and/or answer queries from the game development team with minimal support
  • Recognize trends within the global marketplace towards the development of next generation games
  • Review game software during development to verify gameplay and ensure that all game elements are of high quality
  • Create and maintain all documents and files required for game development and submission to external regulators

Summary:

The role of a Technical Artist is to act as a bridge between creative and engineering teams in game development. We’re looking for a Sr Technical Artist role to develop/update artwork and animation for gaming projects. Able to focus on Content implementation pipeline, manage time efficiently, close tracking, raise dependencies proactively, deliver assets on time to specification with thorough and complete attention to detail. Ensuring relevant processes in regard to asset management, file organization, and output configuration are clearly and correctly executed.

The Manager, Enterprise Risk will play a key role in driving enterprise risk management and resilience activities across Aristocrat. What We're Looking For

You will have a strong background in end-to-end integration management, management consulting, investment banking, business planning, or equivalent experience, preferably within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in M&A integration or large-scale business transformation programs

As a CXS Call Center Operative, you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role focuses on efficient case handling, proactive customer outreach, and accurate call and email logging using Salesforce. The position requires consistent collaboration across teams (primary weekends including weekends), active participation in training programs, and strict adherence to performance metrics such as response time, abandon call rates, and case resolution follow-ups.

  • Provide prompt and professional service to all incoming calls and emails with a maximum average wait time of less than 2 minutes.
  • Maintain an abandoned call rate of less than 3%, ensuring 100% follow-up on all abandoned calls with cases logged in Salesforce.
  • Action all voicemails as soon as possible and create corresponding cases in Salesforce.
  • Respond to inbox emails within 15 minutes of receipt and create relevant cases.
  • Monitor all open cases in Field Service Lightning, flagging and escalating exceptions and delays as needed.
  • Perform approximately 25 proactive callback engagements per week, focusing on customers inactive for over 3 months or as directed by the Services & Support Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer who is passionate about testing and delivering high-impact casino games to our global customers. You will be part of a Studio with a talented team of Artists, Game Designers, Game Developers, and Test engineers. What you will do:

  • Work with SIT Manager and SIT Team Leads in preparing Test plans and executing test plans.
