We are looking for a Figma Slides Deck Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building clean & compelling decks across a range of use cases, from sales and partnerships to internal operations and client facing templates. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple teams, translating content into visually engaging presentations that align with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

​

• Design and build presentation decks in Figma for sales, marketing, partnerships, and operational use
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to translate ideas into clear visual narratives
• Apply existing brand guidelines and templates while also contributing new creative ideas and layouts
• Manage and prioritize multiple design requests, balancing short turnarounds with thoughtful execution
• Support the creation and evolution of reusable design assets for deck building
• Adapt to shifting needs and workflows while maintaining quality and consistency

Skills & Experience

​

• 0–2 years of design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates presentation or layout work
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working within design systems or brand guidelines
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual clarity
• Ability to clearly communicate and receive feedback on design work
• Experience creating decks for sales, marketing, or academic projects preferred
• Motion or animation experience is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
