Mission and Vision

Turnstile is the revenue lifecycle management platform that makes quote-to-cash easy, no matter how you price. Today, revenue, operations, and finance teams struggle with everything from billing customers to rolling out new pricing because their commercial data is scattered across a mess of spreadsheets and siloed tools.

Turnstile creates a shared source of truth for your commercial terms and gives you everything you need to manage your revenue lifecycle—from quoting and subscription management to billing and revenue recognition—simplifying workflows so you can scale with ease.

We're a small, fully remote, and proven team with multiple "best places to work" awards to out credit. We have strong backing from First Round Capital, prominent usage-based founders and operators, and other top investors. The last company we started, Second Measure, scaled to 70+ people and tens of millions in revenue, and was ultimately acquired by Bloomberg in a landmark deal.

About Us

Turnstile is the day one revenue platform you’ll never outgrow. We streamline quoting, billing, subscription management, and financial reporting for modern B2B SaaS companies. Our customers range from seed-stage startups to companies scaling to $100M ARR. We are backed by top investors, including First Round Capital, and have recently raised our Series A.

🚀 The Opportunity

We’re looking for our first AE to help us scale our customer base. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales motion—identifying, qualifying, engaging, and closing high-quality prospects across multiple verticals. You’ll run creative outbound campaigns, experiment with messaging, and lay the foundation for our sales efforts. This role is designed for someone who wants to sell a product that delights customers while collaborating alongside a proven team.

📈 What You’ll Do Here

  • Close customers in a high-velocity sales cycle. Most customers buy within 1-3 weeks of initial outreach (many on the first call), so be prepared to win fast!
  • Own the top of the funnel. Source (with help of SDRs), qualify, and engage leads through outbound campaigns that target founders and C-suite execs at venture-backed startups.
  • Run thoughtful outreach experiments. Use CRM and AI tools to test messaging, copy styles, and channels to learn what converts—and build playbooks from what works.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities. Lead demos to understand prospect needs and assess fit across segments—from emerging startups to established SaaS teams.
  • Partner closely with leadership. Collaborate directly with our CEO and GTM leaders to refine positioning and scale outbound strategy.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B. You’re hungry, curious, and excited to thrive in a high-growth startup environment with a huge TAM.
  • Proven winner. You have excelled in selling complex SaaS products.
  • Strong and empathetic communicator. You know how to craft compelling messages and engage executives with confidence.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling. You’re persistent, charismatic, and energized by unlocking tough conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. You take initiative, crave feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Organized and process-driven thinker. You enjoy optimizing how you work, and you’re not afraid to try new tools or strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools and workflows. You've used CRMs, sequencing tools, or AI-based outreach tools in a prior role.
  • SF/Bay Area or NYC-based. We’re open to either, but need someone who can easily meet with customers/attend events in one of these markets.

  • RevOps experience. You have sold or worked closely with products in the quote-to-cash space.
