What You'll Do

  • Write and maintain all generic documentation for Premium games - Working Papers and Games Rules, clearly describing game features and functionality.
  • Determine the documentation needs of different end users
  • Study product samples and gather information from product managers and developers
  • Analyze, organize, and compile the information into different document types (Working Papers, Games Rules)
  • Use games screenshots that increase users’ understanding
  • Standardize content across the Studio
  • Gather usability feedback from customers
  • Revise documents as new updates and issues arise

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field- Advantage
  • An ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail within given time.
  • Excellent written and verbal English level
  • Games Industry experience - Advantage

Senior Analyst – Payment & Audit Team is responsible for the accurate and timely payments using three (3) ERP systems and multi global banks. This role guarantees that all invoices undergo auditing before payment following company controls, policies, and procedures. The role is essential for ensuring detailed and punctual payments. This role may also be required to support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process which includes Invoicing PO & Non-PO, Vendor Management and Employee expenses.

What You'II Do:

  • Handle and review payments across various global regions: Americas, ANZ, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Prepare, schedule, and complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs using D365, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAGE.
  • Process domestic and international payments, including EFT, ACH, wire transfers, cheques, and SEPA.
  • Maintain and handle payment inclusion spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking and completeness.
  • Verify payment proposals, ensuring all payments have proper supporting documentation and approvals.
  • Reconcile payment batches and bank reports to confirm successful processing and posting.
  • Monitor due dates and ensure timely vendor settlements in compliance with agreed payment terms.
  • Handle urgent and manual payment requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate payment records to support audit readiness and compliance reviews.
  • Respond to and resolve vendor payment issues and discrepancies in coordination with internal collaborators.

Banking & Systems:

  • Implement automated payments across multiple banking platforms.
  • Troubleshoot payment failures, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure payments align with regional financial regulations and company-specific policies.

Reporting & Month-End:

  • Support month-end close processes, ensuring payments are recorded in the correct accounting periods.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of payment accounts, comparing payments to invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and submit relevant payment reports as part of financial reporting cycles.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for vendor payment inquiries, delivering prompt updates and resolutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Invoice Processing, ServiceNow, Vendor Management, and Fraud Prevention.
  • Maintain and manage the AP shared mailbox, addressing queries and payment-related communications efficiently.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, compliance policies, and standard operating procedures related to payments and audits.
  • Maintain well-organized electronic records for payment approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Continuously analyze and improve existing payment processes, systems, and platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid Working Model – Minimum Two (2) Days in the Gurugram office (unless working flexible shift)
  • Should be adaptable and willing to operate in various time-zones as needed by the process requirements.

  + US Hours                        2.30pm to 11.30pm IST

  + Europe Hours                1.30pm to 10.30pm IST

  + ANZ APAC Hours           6.30am to 3.30pm IST

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 - 7 years demonstrated expertise in a comparable position.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data processing.
  • Experience in a global organization with multi-regional teams and processes.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAGE, and relevant banking platforms.
  • Good understanding of regional tax regulations including GST, VAT, and withholding tax.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

  • Ph.D. in Economics or a similar field with an emphasis on quantitative research methods including forecasting, causal inference, machine learning and experiment design.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles, ideally in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Monetization Analytics in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or AdTech
  • Experience with marketplace pricing dynamics, multi-modal optimisation, and revenue forecasting models, plus deep understanding of economic concepts such as price elasticity, contribution margins, ROI metrics, rebate mechanics, and segmentation analyses

You are not a traditional CSM. You’re a Customer Success Engineer, someone who thrives at the intersection of APIs, customer outcomes, and business growth. You have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable running demos, guiding architecture discussions, and helping customers integrate AI-driven solutions into their workflows. You’re equally skilled at reading a room, building trust with executives, and uncovering growth opportunities that come from technical adoption. You’ve likely been a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Support Engineer, and you’re excited to bring that blended experience to help customers realize value from day one and scale it over time.

As a Partner Success Engineer, you will nurture and grow relationships with strategic customers and technology partners, leading initiatives that drive joint adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes. You will own the lifecycle for assigned partners from onboarding and enablement through engagement, performance analysis, and expansion.

You will be pivotal in aligning partner strategies with Deepgram’s roadmap and strategy, ensuring both Deepgram and our partners achieve shared success.  

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, engaging directly with developers, engineers, and executives to align business goals with technical solutions.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain customer relationships across all personas interacting with Deepgram (from developers, program managers to CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level stakeholders).
  • Conduct regular on-site visits with customers to partner closely, work hands-on to drive adoption, and actively embed Deepgram into their workflows. Frequent travel may be required.
  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Focus on making Deepgram successful in the customer’s environment; ensuring products are integrated, enabled, and adopted effectively, applying best practices, reference architectures, and creative solutions to drive outcomes.
  • Continuously operate in discovery mode, surfacing customer issues, deeply understanding their complexity and business impact, and translating them into actionable requirements for internal teams.
  • Confidently run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot L1-style issues, bridging the gap between technical support, solutions design, and commercial growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram APIs, integrations, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Leverage AI to amplify your impact; be an expert in how Customer Success can apply AI to drive customer outcomes, surface insights, and improve internal systems.
  • Proactively identify & scope opportunities for expansion (cross-sell, upsell, multi-product adoption), partnering with Sales.
  • Develop and execute structured customer success plans that align business outcomes with Deepgram’s product capabilities.
  • Proactively initiate and lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops to stay ahead of risks, ensure alignment, and surface opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, GTM strategy, and even the internal tools and processes we build to support customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (adoption, usage, health, satisfaction, expansion, and overall revenue impact).

  It’s Important To Us That You Have

  • 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success (with strong technical focus), at innovative, API-driven technology companies (developer-first, developer tools, or emerging AI/tech)
  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshoot basic L1-style support questions (no coding required, but must be fluent in technical conversations)
  • Experience engaging across technical teams (developers, architects, support) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including executives, technical teams, and sales).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and contribute to high-priority design initiatives — from discovery through delivery — while mentoring designers across the team.
  • Set a clear, compelling vision for design and user experience across our products, and guide teams toward it through critique, collaboration, and craft.
  • Work directly with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Research to shape strategy and roadmap decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in financial services or fintech with a deep understanding of consumer credit
  • A balance of customer focus and technical and data prowess - diving deep into critical systems while thinking broadly about product strategy and the customer experience
  • Strong reputation for managing the product development processes with discipline and efficiency

We are looking for a Vice President of Developer Platform to lead our Developer Platform tribe within the Tech Foundations vertical. The position will be based in Berlin. Your mission is to improve developer productivity and experience, and ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations of our services across the Delivery Hero group. Qualifications

Technical Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years in platform engineering.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a developer platform in complex organizations.
  • Deep experience in application development and platform engineering in large-scale tech companies.
  • Fluency in coding languages such as Go, as well as experience with infrastructure tooling, is expected.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud-native microservice landscapes and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps and SRE is crucial.
  • A strong grasp of concepts related to resiliency, containerization, security principles, and observability practices is necessary.
  • Robust experience with AWS and GCP platforms

Leadership Experience

  • 5+ years in senior leadership positions (Director level or above) with experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully leading large-scale software development teams and complex software projects.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management at the executive level
  • Strong financial and business acumen will be beneficial in managing budgets and aligning platform initiatives with business goals.
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure costs and driving operational efficiencies is highly valued.
  • History of driving organizational change and adoption of new technologies

  • Experience operating in a global environment with multiple subsidiaries.

We are on the lookout for a Staff Product Analyst to join the Consumer Product Analytics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Consumer Product Analytics Team drives product strategy and innovation by providing actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the experience for millions of users across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Woowa, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo), directly impacting customer satisfaction and driving growth. Our diverse team of data professionals is based in Berlin, working closely with product directors, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to directly influence product direction. We collaborate with a larger data team, including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to share knowledge and expertise.

At Consumer Product Analytics, you will have the opportunity to access high volume, rich user behavior data, engage in end to end product development cycles, work on complex product problems, and learn from many experienced data professionals.

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

  • Strategic Impact & Product Leadership: Act as a key strategic data partner to product leadership, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions through deep analytical insights and foresight. Proactively identify high-impact analytical opportunities to drive significant customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Advanced Experimentation & Causal Inference: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B tests and other experimental designs (e.g., multi-variate, quasi-experiments) with a strong emphasis on advanced statistical methods for robust hypothesis validation, accurate impact measurement, and understanding causal relationships. Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of our experimentation framework across multiple brands.
  • Metric Framework & OKR Ownership: Define, establish, and own comprehensive product metric frameworks and quarterly OKRs. Drive alignment on "what good looks like" across product teams, ensuring clear, measurable goals that align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Data Integrity & Tracking Excellence: Take ownership of tracking definition and work closely with various Delivery Hero brands to significantly improve the reliability, consistency, and completeness of user behavior tracking for our discovery tools. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues at scale.
  • Scalable ETL & Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and self-service dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Deep Dive & Exploratory Analysis: Conduct complex, end-to-end exploratory analyses on large-scale user behavior data (transactional, clickstream, etc.) to uncover non-obvious insights, identify root causes of trends, and directly inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Technical & Mentorship Leadership: Contribute significantly to the growth and development of fellow product analysts through knowledge sharing sessions, best practice dissemination, workflow optimizations, and active participation in hiring and onboarding processes. Champion and drive analytical excellence within the team and broader organization.

Qualifications

--------------

  • 9+ years of experience in product analytics or a related data-focused role, preferably within rapidly growing and dynamic environments, and with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Search & Recommendations systems.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Experience with BigQuery and large-scale cloud data warehousing concepts is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in statistical methods applied to experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate tests, etc.), causal inference, and robust hypothesis validation. You should be able to navigate complex statistical challenges and explain methodologies clearly.
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale user behavior data (e.g., transactional, clickstream, app usage), including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool such as Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, with a proven ability to create compelling and insightful dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior product managers, engineers, and business leaders. You can clearly communicate complex analytical findings and successfully drive large-scale analytics projects end-to-end (e.g., defining success metrics for a tribe, standardizing measurement across brands, or implementing new experimentation methodologies).
  • Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Snowplow, Segment, Tealium).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Airflow, DBT, or other data pipelining tools
  • Familiarity with recommender systems, ML models, or ranking algorithms
  • Experience scaling analytics processes or experimentation programs across multiple teams or brands.

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for search ads and sponsored vendor discovery experiences globally
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading search advertising solutions
  • Leverage expertise in machine learning and data science to guide technical product decisions and drive innovation in search relevance, query understanding, and recommendation systems
  • Own end-to-end search advertising product development, from ideation through launch and optimization, focusing on performance metrics, analytics, and regional needs
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, conducting user research and collaborating with various teams
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge search technologies and mentor technical product management capabilities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in search, personalization, recommendations and data science, building commercially viable products in those spaces and owning product strategies
  • Strong technical background in data science, ML, and statistical analysis, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, ranking models, recommendation systems, NLP) and modern search architectures (vector, semantic, hybrid retrieval), with a proven track record
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical methods for product optimization, including search advertising evaluation metrics (relevance, precision, recall, NDCG, MRR)
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills in English, capable of navigating complex organizational environments. Experience with modern AI/ML technologies (transformers, large language models, neural information retrieval) preferred
