We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically driven System Analyst to join our Product & Operation group at Aristocrat Interactive content & Aggregation BU.

This is a key role that bridges product strategy and technical execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and define software systems that scale, comply, and perform under the demands of a global aggregation platform.

Our platform provides an aggregation of games to the iGaming industry including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and multiple 3rd-party integrations.

As a System Analyst, you will contribute to the logical architecturedata flow, and integration design that power these experiences across regulated markets.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone who excels in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and translating product ideas into structured, scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to analyze and break down requirements into actionable, high-fidelity system specifications.
  • Define and document high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
  • Design and maintain logical component modelsmodule interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs), including process flow or UML diagrams.
  • Create and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries to describe entities, relationships, and data flow between modules.
  • Define UI screen flows and navigation logic at a logical level, including optional mockups or wireframes to aid clarity.
  • Design and document security layers including authentication and authorization flows, and access control models.
  • Lead the logical integration design for internal modules and external systems—documenting APIs, data contracts, and integration touchpoints without committing to protocol-level details.
  • Maintain a clear traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.
  • Lead grooming and system analysis workshops with development teams, ensuring alignment with architecture and solution vision.
  • Evaluate system impact for feature enhancements, changes, or third-party integrations, and document interdependencies and trade-offs.
  • Support QA teams and UAT processes by clarifying system behavior and data expectations.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • 3 years of experience in system analysissolution design, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
  • Proven experience with:

  + High-level system architecture

  + Logical components/modules and their interactions

  + DFDs, process/UML diagrams

  + Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams and data dictionaries

  + Data flow mapping between services

  + Logical UI flows and screen navigation diagrams

  + Security design (auth flows, RBAC models)

  + Integration design (interfaces, APIs, data contracts)

  • Strong grasp of microservices, client-server systems, distributed architectures, and API-based platforms.
  • Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other real-time, high-availability environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps pipelines and deployment models.

The DBA team leader will be responsible for all DB aspects in the production environments.

Responsibilities:  

· Manage a DBA Production team, manage tasks, and set priorities.  

· Provide consultation on SQL Server for System Architects, Security Officers, Development DBAs, Tribes, and Product Owners.  

· Responsible for new team’s employees' onboarding and training, and for the ongoing training and learning of the team  

· Responsible for the team off hours response to critical issues on production.  

· Perform as a production DBA.    

  

Production DBA:  

· Performs performance tuning, Query optimization, database installations, configurations, updates, backups and monitoring.  

· Provide support for multiple environments — development, test and production.  

· Anticipates, mitigates, identifies, responds and resolves problems affecting database performance, efficiency, and availability.  

· Improve and support processes to ensure zero application downtime on critical issues or during DB deployment of new application releases.  

· Work according to documentation, guidelines and policies of working procedures.  

· Clearly communicates problems and resolution process to customers and/or management.  

· Demonstrates commitment to outstanding customer service by continuously striving to provide the highest possible customer service; makes recommendations for improving service and efficiencies.

· Provide support for the operation teams 24/7 — on call in off work hours only for critical issues (one week a month).

You’re experienced, but still growing. You have 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering roles. You’ve worked in production environments, solved real incidents, and shipped platform improvements—but you’re also eager to learn and grow alongside a thoughtful, distributed team.

You know the cloud—and how to keep it healthy. You’re familiar with cloud-native architecture and services (we use AWS). You’ve helped teams build and maintain reliable workflows using tools like Terraform and you understand the tradeoffs behind infrastructure decisions.

You’re observability- and incident-driven. You know how to detect issues before customers feel them. You believe in rich metrics, structured logs, and smart alerting. You’ve contributed to incident response processes and helped teams learn from failure.

You bring an automation- and AI-first mindset. You’re not afraid to write code (Python, TypeScript, or Bash are all great) and believe deeply in Infrastructure as Code.   • Level up reliability for our modern data stack – Help support and evolve our data platforms (including Databricks, Airflow and our LLMOps tooling) with reliability best practices and clear operational standards.
  • Improve observability and alerting – Partner with engineering teams to implement monitoring and alerting that supports ownership, reduces noise, and improves incident response metrics like MTTD (Mean Time to Detect) and MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve).
  • Automate and optimize operations – Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, job orchestration logic, and internal tooling that reduce manual intervention and improve system resilience.
  • Participate in on-call and incident response – Share in our on-call rotation (~one week per quarter) and work alongside others to improve postmortems, retrospectives, and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to security and compliance readiness – Help evolve our access controls, auditability, and deployment practices in support of growing needs like sensitive Data security compliance.
  • Be a partner, not a gatekeeper – Work closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Backend Engineers to ensure platforms are reliable and empowering to use.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer on the New User Experience team, you will own strategy and execution for crafting a seamless and engaging journey for users from the moment they sign up through their first few orders. You’ll get to work on problems like onboarding, creating a frictionless first order experience, and kicking off milestone campaigns among other exciting bets. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130382 - $243073 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $204,000 - $256,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We believe that compensation reflects the expected impact you will have at the company, relative to the market value of your role. We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome. The Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is offering a limited number of exciting internships to qualified college students. Summer internships are full-time paid positions that start in May/June and typically last 10 to 12 weeks.

Position: Software Engineering Intern

The Software Engineering Intern will work alongside our experienced engineering team to develop and enhance our cutting-edge software applications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
