Trabajarás junto con otros analistas de productos y científicos de datos integrados en nuestro equipo de juegos. Tendrás un papel clave en la definición, extracción y acción de datos de productos a partir de grandes conjuntos de datos, cubriendo así todo el ámbito de la minería de datos hasta la presentación de informes. Este puesto tiene como objetivo fortalecer la práctica de análisis en Product Madness y garantizar que los equipos de juegos tomen decisiones informadas basadas en ideas prácticas. Tus responsabilidades clave serán:

  • Colaborar con equipos de productos y de juegos para integrar el seguimiento de juegos, capturando datos de jugadores para obtener mejores perspectivas.
  • Formular nuevas ideas y perspectivas que asesoren decisiones y nos ayuden a seguir encantando a quienes juegan nuestros juegos.
  • Elaborar informes y proporcionar ideas que impacten en la dirección estratégica de nuestros juegos y en la hoja de ruta de estos.
  • Trabajar con equipos de juegos y DWH para producir flujos de datos de extremo a extremo que empoderen a los usuarios finales.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos responsables del desarrollo de productos y juegos para desarrollar informes y supervisar los objetivos diarios.
  • Investigar problemas en el entorno de producción, analizar y optimizar las características existentes del producto y las pruebas A/B.
  • Aplicar el pensamiento creativo hacia la creación, prueba, verificación e implementación de soluciones.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia previa en un puesto de analista de productos o de datos
  • Fuertes habilidades en SQL y Excel
  • Experiencia con herramientas estándar de informes como Looker/QlikView/Tableau/Power BI, etc.
  • Experiencia trabajando con la configuración y análisis de pruebas A/B sería deseable
  • Sólidos conocimientos en matemáticas y análisis cuantitativo con pasión por los números y datos
  • Interés en los juegos y la industria de los juegos móviles; cualquier experiencia en estos sectores sería útil
  • Dominio del inglés

We are looking for a Game Operations Specialist to join our small and dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring live game features and monetization strategies for an exciting new game. You will play a key part in the live operations process, directly engaging with our audience and ensuring the best possible player experience. This is a phenomenal opportunity to be part of a small, friendly, and encouraging team within an expert GameOps department. You will have access to industry-leading tools and the chance to work on a high-profile intellectual property (IP). Additionally, you will contribute to the development and optimization of internal tools, helping to improve efficiency across our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and adjust live game features based on GameOps planning
  • Work closely with Development, Art, Game Design, GameOps Managers and Product teams to build processes that bring new features from testing to production
  • Investigate and troubleshoot live game issues by collaborating with developers and QA testers
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve player-facing issues
  • Explore new ways to automate manual and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with LiveOps (CRM) management or QA in a relevant industry (ideally F2P mobile games)
  • Understanding of client/server applications and release management
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, or equivalent formats for configuring game features
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis
  • Knowledge of market testing processes, including A/B testing and market segmentation
  • Understanding of feature rollout strategies and their impact on player engagement
  • Experience with LiveOps tools (e.g., Braze, Airship).
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of player engagement and monetization strategies
  • Diligent, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to take initiative
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

We are on the lookout for a Manager, AdTech Revenue to join the Global AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.

As a Manager in the AdTech team, you will bring structured problem-solving and deep analytical rigor to help define strategy, design playbooks and generate insights that directly shape our vendor monetization engine. The role is highly data-driven and requires strong stakeholder management across product, data, regional commercial and central leadership teams.

  • Help shape the commercial strategy for deal monetization (vendor-funded and monetized deals), balancing growth, vendor ROI and platform profitability
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, forecasts and business cases that enable data-driven decisions
  • Design frameworks and playbooks that guide how markets adopt, price and scale deal monetization
  • Partner with regional, Product, and Data teams to set revenue targets, shape feature development, and ensure successful go-to-market and performance tracking of monetization products
  • Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure and solutions to complex monetization challenges

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategy, or highly analytical roles (tech, food delivery, mobility, e-commerce, or AdTech preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills required; Python/R/advanced analytics tools are a plus
  • Strong analytical toolkit: large-scale data handling, business modeling, forecasting, and visualization
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Independent, pragmatic, and proactive; thrives in a fast-moving, global environment
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field

We are on the lookout for a Director, Pricing (APAC & Europe)to join the Marketing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Pricing & Subscription.

The Pricing team at Delivery Hero is at the forefront of shaping our global strategy and growth agenda. We are a dynamic, analytical team of pricing analysts and experts who work hand in hand with product managers, data analysts, and data scientists in our product organization. We partner across the organization, including teams in marketing, product, logistics, commercial, and finance, to define and execute pricing strategies that balance profitability, affordability, and market leadership across our diverse global operations.

As the Director of Pricing at Delivery Hero, you will be responsible for defining and executing pricing strategy across 3 of our brands in APAC and EU, owning the fee structure for millions of our users. You will lead the development of our pricing roadmap, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, data/analytics, and management teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Hero's price perception. You will also play a central role in crafting the global strategy for the group, leveraging strong operational experience to inform scalable global solutions. This is a key leadership role for Delivery Hero with high exposure to C-level and significant opportunity to impact the overall business. You will:

  • Define and execute the pricing strategy for 20 markets across our APAC and EU businesses, covering our Foodora, Foodpanda, and Yemeksepti brands
  • Drive new strategic and innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall global pricing strategy, operations, experimentation, and tooling
  • Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive price perception
  • Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross functional teams and local markets
  • Guide user-facing product feature developments required to communicate our fees in the consumer app
  • Own accurate target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L line items
  • Manage a team of pricing managers and analysts, ensuring strong cross functional alignment with other global and regional teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consultancy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proven experience with SQL and Python/R with the ability to deliver quick and efficient solutions in a complex environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and manage multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
  • A proactive and problem-solvers mindset with a passion for data analytics and a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.

We are looking for a Vice President of Developer Platform to lead our Developer Platform tribe within the Tech Foundations vertical. The position will be based in Berlin. Your mission is to improve developer productivity and experience, and ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations of our services across the Delivery Hero group. You will be responsible for our developer infrastructure and tooling that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate software. Success in this role directly impacts Delivery Hero's business objectives by accelerating product delivery, enhancing platform stability and scalability, and improving overall engineering efficiency.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain the robustness, scalability, and security of Delivery Hero's infrastructure.
  • Implement strategies to prevent downtime and effectively manage disaster recovery scenarios, and define best practices for telemetry, service level objectives, alerting, and incident response
  • Manage cloud and infrastructure costs and optimize resource utilization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with senior tech leaders (VPs, SVPs, CTOs) and development teams to understand their specific needs and usage patterns, ensuring the platform effectively addresses their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Global Tech Council (a group-wide CTO organization) to gather buy-in and align on adoption. Communicating the platform initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders is essential.
  • Collaborate with Security to ensure that the platform adheres to all relevant requirements.
  • Drive adoption of the developer platform across the group.

Qualifications

Technical Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years in platform engineering.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a developer platform in complex organizations.
  • Deep experience in application development and platform engineering in large-scale tech companies.
  • Fluency in coding languages such as Go, as well as experience with infrastructure tooling, is expected.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud-native microservice landscapes and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps and SRE is crucial.
  • A strong grasp of concepts related to resiliency, containerization, security principles, and observability practices is necessary.
  • Robust experience with AWS and GCP platforms

Leadership Experience

  • 5+ years in senior leadership positions (Director level or above) with experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully leading large-scale software development teams and complex software projects.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management at the executive level
  • Strong financial and business acumen will be beneficial in managing budgets and aligning platform initiatives with business goals.
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure costs and driving operational efficiencies is highly valued.

The Consumer Product Analytics Team drives product strategy and innovation by providing actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. We collaborate with a larger data team, including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to share knowledge and expertise.

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

  • Strategic Impact & Product Leadership: Act as a key strategic data partner to product leadership, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions through deep analytical insights and foresight. Proactively identify high-impact analytical opportunities to drive significant customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Advanced Experimentation & Causal Inference: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B tests and other experimental designs (e.g., multi-variate, quasi-experiments) with a strong emphasis on advanced statistical methods for robust hypothesis validation, accurate impact measurement, and understanding causal relationships. Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of our experimentation framework across multiple brands.
  • Metric Framework & OKR Ownership: Define, establish, and own comprehensive product metric frameworks and quarterly OKRs. Drive alignment on "what good looks like" across product teams, ensuring clear, measurable goals that align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Data Integrity & Tracking Excellence: Take ownership of tracking definition and work closely with various Delivery Hero brands to significantly improve the reliability, consistency, and completeness of user behavior tracking for our discovery tools. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues at scale.
  • Scalable ETL & Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and self-service dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Deep Dive & Exploratory Analysis: Conduct complex, end-to-end exploratory analyses on large-scale user behavior data (transactional, clickstream, etc.) to uncover non-obvious insights, identify root causes of trends, and directly inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Technical & Mentorship Leadership: Contribute significantly to the growth and development of fellow product analysts through knowledge sharing sessions, best practice dissemination, workflow optimizations, and active participation in hiring and onboarding processes. Champion and drive analytical excellence within the team and broader organization.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in product analytics or a related data-focused role, preferably within rapidly growing and dynamic environments, and with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Search & Recommendations systems.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Experience with BigQuery and large-scale cloud data warehousing concepts is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in statistical methods applied to experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate tests, etc.), causal inference, and robust hypothesis validation. You should be able to navigate complex statistical challenges and explain methodologies clearly.
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale user behavior data (e.g., transactional, clickstream, app usage), including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool such as Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, with a proven ability to create compelling and insightful dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior product managers, engineers, and business leaders. You can clearly communicate complex analytical findings and successfully drive large-scale analytics projects end-to-end (e.g., defining success metrics for a tribe, standardizing measurement across brands, or implementing new experimentation methodologies).
  • Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Snowplow, Segment, Tealium).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in search, personalization, recommendations and data science, building commercially viable products in those spaces and owning product strategies
  • Strong technical background in data science, ML, and statistical analysis, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, ranking models, recommendation systems, NLP) and modern search architectures (vector, semantic, hybrid retrieval), with a proven track record
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical methods for product optimization, including search advertising evaluation metrics (relevance, precision, recall, NDCG, MRR)

Your First 90 Days

In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active opportunities and engagements driven by Account Executives or partners.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common EMEA pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection handling packs.
  • Take point on higher signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver one live demo that becomes a reusable asset for the region. Pair with a Solutions Architect on a production launch to learn handoffs and escalation paths.

By day 90

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.
  • Close at least one complex technical win with a measurable impact on revenue.
  • Lead one customer architecture workshop that documents a reference plan for production rollout or expansion.
  • Convert repeated ticket patterns into a runbook, sample, or accelerator and present a short readout on the impact.

However, current sequence modeling paradigms based on jointly scaling model and data cannot deliver voice AI capable of universal human interaction. We're looking for a CI/CD Architect to drive our platform initiatives as we scale into a SaaS-first, high-velocity engineering organization. You'll partner with product engineering, SRE, and leadership to transform our CI/CD, evolve our repository and service architecture, and embed operational best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD frameworks, developer tooling, and platform enablement using GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and modern deployment strategies
  • Execute the strategy to split our monorepo and evolve our repo & build systems with intelligent caching and microservices CI/CD
  • Create self-service CI/CD platforms that reduce build & deployment time from hours to minutes
  • Manage artifact registries, dependency management, and create secure, scalable build environments supporting our transition to SaaS architecture.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years in engineering roles, with at least 7+ years building/deploying platform tooling at scale
  • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab CI/CD and hands-on experience with GitOps and ArgoCD
  • Proven experience splitting monolithic codebases or moving towards service-oriented architectures
  • SaaS operational experience — understanding of multi-tenancy, deployment automation, and release engineering
  • Experience driving SRE principles like observability, incident management, and operational excellence within engineering teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience mentoring other engineers and working cross-functionally
