The Counsel – White Label, iGaming, and Sports is responsible to assist with providing legal support to all aspects of the White Label, iGaming, and Sports businesses, including but not limited to the working on commercial transactions. The successful individual will provide best-in-class legal services efficiently, timely, and in a cost-effective manner by anticipating, addressing, and creatively resolving legal issues and providing counsel in a manner that optimizes business results. The position is based in Malta.

Business Unit Support:

  • Serve as a legal partner for the White Label business as directed by the Senior Counsel – White Label.
  • Serve as a legal partner for the iGaming and Sports business as directed by the Assistant General Counsel – iGaming & Sports.
  • Provide accurate and timely legal services to business partners, including analyzing, researching, reviewing, interpretation, dispute resolution, drafting, and negotiating.
  • Assist with the assessment of proposed transactions and the development of deal structures to minimize legal and business risks.
  • Interpret and advise applicable business units concerning relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote seamless teamwork and become an essential partner to the business by aiding in their goals and objectives, making internal customer experience a competitive advantage.

General Support:

  • Work on special projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Compliance, Finance, and People & Culture, to address legal issues and support company objectives.
  • Provide support for general commercial matters and additional gaming matters as assigned.
  • Analyze legal issues impacting the business, evaluate options and assist on mitigating actions.
  • Support and role model the Legal Team’s strategy.
  • Deliver timely and solution-focused legal services.
  • Operate as a sustainability champion by providing advice and counsel to our business clients and ensuring that all initiatives meet legal requirements and advance our reputation.
  • Work with external counsel resources.
  • Champion a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior by fostering a compliance culture within the organization where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct
  • Consistently demonstrate a commitment to the values of the Legal Team.

  • Maintain organized records of legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
  • Provide administrative and legal support to the Aristocrat Interactive legal team.
  • Assist in litigation matters including the management of player claims.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master of Advocacy
  • Malta Warrant to practice law, or other evidence of good standing.
  • 2 years minimum experience as a commercial attorney either with a law firm, corporation, or both.
  • Basic understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally with other teams and to influence and build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

TikTok UX team is responsible for the product design of the core TikTok app. Our key vertical ownership areas include Product Infrastructure, Social, Creation, Photo-Text and Design Systems. Providing professional design methods and practices, the team helps improve user experience and working efficiency of these products and areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design AR Creation Tools: Lead the design of Effect House, TikTok’s AR creation platform. Craft intuitive, powerful tools that enable designers to build, publish, and share high-quality augmented reality effects with a global audience.
  • Framework & Interaction Design: Apply systems thinking and strong logical reasoning to define scalable interaction frameworks and usability guidelines. Aim to lower the barrier to entry for creators and support long-term product evolution.
  • Own Execution: Independently drive end-to-end design for key projects—delivering high-quality UI with a strong focus on visual excellence, usability, and technical feasibility.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137000 - $286200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

Reporting directly to the director of design for Growth, you will join a tight team of talented designers working on high impact projects for the company. Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $168,000 - $210,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

In 2021, Aristocrat committed to setting science-based emissions reduction targets, and these targets were endorsed by the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) in 2024. This role will be responsible for collecting, configuring, and validating climate-related data to support our SBTi and mandatory climate reporting commitments. The role will also assist in collecting ESG data from across the company, as we expand audited sustainability reporting beyond climate data. Additionally, you will collaborate with our automation team to identify key areas for automation and support them in their automation strategy. You will excel in data acquisition, analysis, review, and visualization.

What You'll Do

  • Understanding business needs and showing flexibility in answering multiple types of questions with data. Ability to interpret and summarize complex data succinctly into high-level presentations
  • Extensive experience pulling and massaging data from multiple sources and analyzing it with a variety of tools.
  • Extensive experience in writing SQL scripts to validate database systems and for backend database testing.
  • Expertise in writing complex relational database queries and technical analysis
  • Experience with backend database and data migration testing.
  • Excellent understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL testing concepts.
  • Assist in the implementation of QA processes to ensure the correctness of data flowing through each stage
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and data tools like RDMS, Flat file, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Dataflow, or similar, Talend, or similar, etc.
  • Strong Project Orientation with excellent Team Involvement, client coordination, and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or an analyst role
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, ability to aggregate, gather, and manipulate data. Python/R is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • 3-5 years of experience with Google Cloud, Azure, or Snowflake
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analytical results effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a technical and/or non-technical audience. Excellent presentation development skills
  • Sharp analytical and statistical skills. Attention to detail
  • Proven record of being able to work in a team environment.
  • Results-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of testing methods, standards, and common software failures/faults
  • Experience working with multiple projects/tasks and supporting multiple teams within a business.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ESG data and reporting standards
  • Fully conversant with the use of testing management and defect management tools.
  • Able to report progress and quality outcomes.
  • Able to maintain the up-to-date issues log, track defects clearly, and manage to resolution and closure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically

$85,542 - $158,865 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
