As a Senior Field Service Technician at Aristocrat, you'll provide outstanding technical support and service excellence at customer locations. Work closely with the Service Manager and Field Services team to ensure electronic gaming machines operate flawlessly.

• Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.

The Senior Director of AI Quality Innovation will own the transformation of our global quality organization, driving perfection across the Global Land-Based gaming portfolio. This person will develop and apply a new quality strategy using AI for better product reliability and player happiness.

We are seeking an experienced product leader to oversee all aspects of the loan management system (LMS) at Possible! In this role, you’ll serve as the owner of both the LMS and core record systems, developing them into superior products with a forward-thinking vision, ensuring compliance, and creating opportunities for improvement. What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the well-being and strategy of our LMS, with a focus on amortization processes, ledgers, compliance tools, and audit capabilities.
• Transition the LMS from a single product to a multi-product scalable platform, as well as finding opportunities to invest in the LMS that takes it from service to a first-class product
• Develop new payment infrastructure in partnership with other product teams to enable new capabilities and help our customers succeed
• Provide tooling and processes for audit and compliance requirements, ensuring that the health and hygiene of the system is of the highest priority, and externalizing the ability to audit
• Create and execute a product roadmap that sets Possible up for long-term success, delivers compelling customer experiences, and achieves business results
• Communicate our product strategy, product health, business results, customer insights, etc. to Possible’s Leadership Team and the company (i.e., at all hands) consistently
• Partner with Legal & Compliance, Data Science, and Customer Operations to handle state-level audits, health checks, and reviews with our banking partners
• Improve the efficiency of our procedures for developing products by implementing industry standards

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in financial services or fintech; demonstrated ability in platform or system-level product management
• Ability to translate customer insights into product features and coherently communicate detailed requirements to Engineers and Product Designers
• A balance of customer focus and technical prowess - investigating into critical systems while thinking broadly about product strategy and the impact on customers
• Experience building quality guardrails and monitoring tools that ensure intent meets execution in practice, specifically around amortization
• Strong reputation for leading the product development processes with rigor and efficiency
• Deep sense of ownership and accountability for both the failures and successes of a product, with equally well-developed problem-solving skills to calmly address any challenge
• High comfort working in a fast-paced environment (preferably through experience in one or more start-ups)

This is a Hybrid position. We work in our centrally located office in downtown Seattle three days a week (M, T, & TH).

The Senior Analyst, Risk and Audit will be a key member of the Group Risk and Audit team and play a pivotal role in delivering Risk and Internal Audit services across Aristocrat. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise and Third Party Risk.

What you'll do

​

· Support the championing of procedure in governance, risk management, controls and internal audit to help improve the efficiency of risk management and controls across the business

· Aid in coordinating and improving Aristocrat’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools

· Aid the organization in appraising risk oversight and governance while engaging in strategic exploration.

We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

​

What You’ll Do

​

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Estamos buscando un experto e imaginativo Animador de UI para que nos ayude a que nuestros títulos del Departamento de Innovación sean una realidad, lo que sumará movimiento, claridad y expresión a la experiencia del jugador. En esta función, colaborarás con diseñadores de UI/UX, artistas de juegos y desarrolladores para transformar maquetas estáticas en animaciones atractivas y pulidas que mejoran la capacidad de uso y elevan el atractivo visual.

Serás responsable de animar elementos de la interfaz de usuario, personajes 2D y entornos, así como de garantizar una implementación fluida en Unity. Esta función se encuentra en la intersección de diseño, narración y tecnología, en los que se reúnen el rendimiento, la estética y el juego.

La experiencia en arte técnico es una gran ventaja y te servirá de apoyo directo para tu capacidad de optimizar, crear prototipos e implementar animaciones en todo el producto. También comenzarás a explorar herramientas de IA generativa para la concepción del movimiento y la aceleración creativa.

La experiencia en el arte de la tecnología o las herramientas de IA generativa es una gran ventaja, ya que ofrecen un alcance ampliado para crear prototipos, optimizar y ampliar el conjunto de herramientas creativas.

¿Qué harás?

​

• Animarás elementos de UI y transiciones que aportan claridad, capacidad de respuesta y deleite.
• Traducirás diseños estáticos y coamposiciones de movimiento en animaciones totalmente funcionales en el juego.
• Colaborarás con los equipos de UX, UI y desarrollo para garantizar la consistencia, usabilidad y rendimiento.
• Animarás personajes 2D y entornos para apoyar la narrativa y los momentos de juego.
• Crearás prototipos utilizando herramientas como After Effects, Animate o Spine.
• Trabajarás dentro del sistema de animación 2D de Unity para implementar activos directamente en el juego.
• Te asociarás con artistas técnicos a fin de optimizar los activos para el rendimiento y los requisitos de la plataforma.
• Mantendrás documentación clara, bibliotecas de animación y directrices de movimiento.
• Explorarás y crearás prototipos utilizando herramientas de IA generativa para apoyar la concepción y creación de animaciones.
• Contribuirás a una cultura centrada en el rendimiento en la que el pulido, la retroalimentación y la iteración son clave.

Qué buscamos

​

• Más de 2 años de experiencia en la animación de UI y elementos 2D en el entorno de desarrollo de videojuegos
• Sólido dominio de los principios de la animación: timing, easing, fluidez y feedback visual
• Comprensión profunda de la animación de UI e implementación en Unity
• Ojo artístico para el movimiento, diseño, distribución y composición
• Familiaridad con After Effects, Animate, Spine o similares para prototipado rápido
• Comprensión de las limitaciones de rendimiento móvil y optimización
• Experiencia con timelines de Unity, shaders o scripting ligero es una ventaja
• Habilidades en IA generativa son un fuerte plus, especialmente en prototipado o expansión de conceptos de animación
• Nivel profesional de inglés y excelentes habilidades interpersonales
