We are hiring an experienced QA Manager (Mobile and Automation) to join us.

This is a hybrid position based in Krakow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week. 

What you will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end QA strategy for native mobile apps (iOS and Android), covering both manual and automated testing
  • Define and implement a long-term automation architecture and roadmap using Appium, evolving it into a robust, production-ready framework
  • Oversee all QA activities for multiple customers, ensuring coverage, consistency, and high-quality delivery
  • Establish and monitor quality KPIs, test coverage metrics, and release-readiness gates
  • Design and review functional, regression, and exploratory tests
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure robust testing for new features, integrations, and performance
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage QA engineers, with a mix of hands-on support and team enablement.
  • Coordinate manual and automation efforts, ensuring coverage and alignment for each release
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and proactively contribute to planning and quality reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app testing (native iOS and Android) – Required
  • Proven experience building and scaling mobile automation frameworks from the ground up - Required
  • Strong experience with Appium for mobile automation – Required
  • Proven experience in automation testing of native mobile apps - Required
  • Strong proficiency in Java – Required
  • Strong understanding of Client/Server applications - Required
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills - Required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with cross-functional teams and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a multi-customer / multi-tenant product or B2B environment
  • Deep knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures, as well as overall QA practices
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
  • SOLID development habits and practices
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong learning ability and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent English: for daily communication

  • Prepare for and support future multi-cloud adoption (AWS and Azure).

CI/CD Pipeline Automation

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate software delivery for mobile game platforms.
  • Ensure seamless deployments across all environments by managing automated testing, artifact storage, and environment promotion workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD failures quickly to ensure continuous delivery.

Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using Grafana Cloud.
  • Analyze and respond to system performance metrics, ensuring optimal resource utilization and application stability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement preventative measures.

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce access control policies using Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Regular patch management across cloud resources should be applied to align with the NISA security framework.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards.

On-Call Support (1 Week per Month)

  • Participate in a 7-day on-call rotation once a month, responding to critical cloud infrastructure incidents.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Sécurité et conformité

  • Appliquer les politiques de contrôle d’accès au moyen de la gestion des accès privilégiés et du contrôle d’accès basé sur les rôles.
  • Appliquer la gestion régulière des correctifs dans l’ensemble des ressources infonuagiques afin de les harmoniser avec le cadre de sécurité NIST.

Soutien sur appel (1 semaine par mois)

  • Participer à une rotation de soutien sur appel de sept jours une fois par mois pour répondre aux incidents d’infrastructure infonuagique critique.
  • Documenter les incidents majeurs et les transmettre à un niveau supérieur, au besoin, afin de réduire au minimum le temps d’arrêt des applications critiques pour les revenus.
  • Effectuer le dépannage après les heures de travail et appliquer les correctifs d’urgence pendant les interruptions de production.

Collaboration et amélioration des processus

  • Collaborer avec les développeurs de jeux mobiles pour comprendre les besoins en infrastructure et fournir des solutions DevOps personnalisées.
  • Suivre le cadre de travail Kanban pour gérer et hiérarchiser les tâches, en veillant à la clarté des flux de travail et au respect des délais de livraison.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et la fiabilité du système

Product Madness is searching for a QA Lead who will be responsible for fronting the quality of our mobile applications. You will work with both internal and external global teams to support regular feature, content and technical releases from concept through to launch, all the while retaining the utmost levels of quality using a variety of tools and processes.

  • Drive the creation, maintenance, and implementation of dedicated test suites and associated test cases

Audio Engineers working for Biggest Little Studio are responsible for all audio content required for the games they are assigned; this includes music, sound effects, voice over, ringtones, and any marketing material requests. This position requires a high degree of flexibility as it crosses several traditional audio disciplines and often requires multi-tasking all disciplines to meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with artist and programmers.

As audio implementation is completed by Technical Artists (TA's), the Audio Engineers are required to communicate very specifically to TA's and programmers as to how and where audio should be implemented. This is accomplished through a standard implementation document. Once the audio has been implemented, the Audio Engineer checks to make sure the files are functioning properly and the overall audio mix and feeling for the game are appropriate.

  • Music composition in diverse styles such as but not limited to: Chinese, Japanese, Caribbean, Mariachi, Middle Eastern, African, Indian, Native American, European Ethnic Folk Music, Epic Fantasy, Vintage American 50s-60s
  • Strong knowledge of music theory

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support services for internal and external entities according to contractual SLA obligations – Be a Subject Matter Expert for technical support in the company

This Infrastructure Engineer role supports Aristocrat Interactive Gaming Systems products. The primary work environment will be with customers' infrastructure environments.
