What You'll Do

• Collaborate with other Game Designers on new ideas and game concepts tailored to various global markets.
• Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as

• Develop code that implements the functionality of game concepts in order to verify and/or develop mathematical calculations and obtain important data and statistics to validate that the underlying mathematics meet all game design requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a game designer / developer working primarily on slots.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or higher) with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

Qué Buscamos

• Más de 5 años liderando o gestionando artistas en el desarrollo de juegos móviles.
• Experiencia comprobada en la entrega de arte para juegos móviles desde el concepto hasta el lanzamiento.
• Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, mentoría y construcción de equipos.
• Experto/a en flujos de trabajo artísticos, herramientas de producción y técnicas de optimización.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
• Familiaridad con el desarrollo iterativo, pruebas de mercado y creación de prototipos.
• Apasionado/a por los juegos móviles y la innovación, con un enfoque en garantizar la calidad y mejorar la experiencia del jugador.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical artist to help shape the future of our Unity based mobile title. In this role you will be the go-to expert leading the implementation of visual features, bridging the gap between art and engineering. You will play a key role in evolving the tech art team’s tooling and workflows, demonstrating your deep understanding of the graphics pipeline, mobile optimization, and software development principles.

What you'll do

​

• Be the go-to person for addressing any critical technical art implementation to ensure that asset creation follows accurate guidelines.
• Identify the opportunities for, and create the custom tooling required to empower the technical art team.
• Drive technical solutions to achieve high visual fidelity while balancing the hardware limitations of target mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers and artists to implement new game features and UI designs.
• Support Junior TAs on boarding and training

What we're looking for

​

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience using Unity.
• Advanced knowledge of the real time graphic pipeline, shader programming and the Unity Engine.
• Extensive experience authoring GLSL shaders in shaderlab.
• The ability to make targeted optimisations from analysis using profiling and benchmarking tools.
• Strong proficiency in C#, with the ability to create custom components and tools for automation and expanding the capabilities of the Unity UI system.
• An expert understanding of the Unity UI system.
• Solid knowledge of 3D/2D art asset creation software.
• Mobile game development experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented, collaborative attitude.
