We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative UI Animator to help bring our Innovation Lab titles to life—adding motion, clarity, and expression to the player experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, game artists, and developers to transform static mockups into engaging, polished in-game animations that enhance usability and elevate visual appeal.

You’ll be responsible for animating UI elements, 2D characters, and environments, and for ensuring smooth implementation in Unity. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and tech—where performance, aesthetics, and gameplay meet.

Technical art experience is a strong plus and will directly support your ability to optimize, prototype, and implement animations across the product. You’ll also begin exploring generative AI tools for motion concepting and creative acceleration.

Experience with tech art or generative AI tools is a strong plus, offering extended scope to prototype, optimize, and expand the creative toolkit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Animate UI elements and transitions that bring clarity, responsiveness, and delight
  • Translate static designs and motion comps into fully functional, in-game animations
  • Collaborate with UX, UI, and development teams to ensure consistency, usability, and performance
  • Animate 2D characters and environments to support narrative and gameplay moments
  • Create prototypes using tools like After Effects, Animate, or Spine
  • Work within Unity’s 2D animation system to implement assets directly in-game
  • Partner with technical artists to optimize assets for performance and platform requirements
  • Maintain clear documentation, animation libraries, and motion guidelines
  • Explore and prototype using generative AI tools to support animation concepting and conceptualisation
  • Contribute to a performance-focused culture where polish, feedback, and iteration are key

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience animating UI and 2D elements in a game development setting
  • Strong grasp of animation principles: timing, easing, flow, and visual feedback
  • Solid understanding of UI animation and implementation in Unity
  • Artistic eye for motion, design, layout, and composition
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Animate, Spine, or similar for rapid prototyping
  • Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization
  • Experience with Unity timelines, shaders, or light scripting is a plus
  • Generative AI skills are a strong plus—especially in prototyping or expanding animation concepts
  • Professional-level English and excellent interpersonal skills

Relevant du directeur des technologies, tu géreras un groupe de développeurs sympathiques et motivés (deux ou trois subordonnés directs) basés à Montréal. Ton équipe devra créer et maintenir des systèmes de base et des caractéristiques novatrices, optimiser le code pour les objectifs de haute performance et créer des outils incroyables pour permettre aux développeurs de jeux de donner vie à leur contenu afin que des millions de joueurs puissent en profiter.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain an automation-testing framework in Python, ensuring robust and reliable testing processes.
  • Develop and implement automated test cases to improve the efficiency and coverage of our testing efforts.

  • Develop backend test cases for APIs and backend services, applying tools like Postman.

What We're Looking For

  • Validated experience in QA Automation Testing, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skill in continuous integration and Jenkins.
  • Experience with performance testing tools, with knowledge of JMeter and Gatling being a plus.
  • Expertise in Python and Java programming languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation testing for both front-end and back-end parts of web applications.

Serás responsable de animar elementos de la interfaz de usuario, personajes 2D y entornos, así como de garantizar una implementación fluida en Unity. Esta función se encuentra en la intersección de diseño, narración y tecnología, en los que se reúnen el rendimiento, la estética y el juego.

We are seeking a strong Senior/Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development of Tier 1 systems in the Navigation team, positioned within QC Merchandising value stream in the Commercial Tribe. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams, to define, prioritize, and deliver highly technical product solutions that directly impact user experience and business metrics related to category browsing and item discoverability within curated collections. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical architecture, data models, and API approaches for our core navigation systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and future-proof.   • Drive the Technical Strategy & Roadmap for Navigation Systems: Define the vision and strategic roadmap for highly technical, data-driven systems that power category listings, curated collections, and other navigational assets across various real estates within the QC space. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives, merchandising opportunities, and customer experience goals. This includes identifying technical dependencies, anticipating future needs, and making informed trade-offs.
  • Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics related to navigation usage, item discoverability within categories, and conversion, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. You will co-define key performance indicators (KPIs) for system health, latency, and throughput, collaborating with engineering to ensure monitoring and alerting are robust.
  • Partner with Engineering & Data Science: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science to implement scalable navigation systems and leverage data pipelines that support adaptive data strategies for displaying collections and categories. You will be expected to participate in technical design discussions, understand system architecture, challenge assumptions, and provide clear technical requirements.
  • User-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys for discovery, identify opportunities to improve item discoverability within categories and collections, and translate user insights into actionable navigation strategies.

  • Product & Domain Expertise: 5+ years in product management with a strong focus on highly technical data products that power search, category listings, collections, and navigation structures—ideally within Q-Commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace environments. You should demonstrate a proven ability to lead technical product initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Technical Acumen & Leadership: Proven ability to build products that leverage large datasets and rigorous experimentation (A/B testing) to optimize discoverability and engagement within navigation paths. You should be comfortable driving technical conversations with engineering teams, understanding system architecture, API design, and data flow. Experience defining technical specifications and working with distributed systems is highly valued.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of data pipelines and content aggregation logic; comfortable working closely with engineers, data scientists, and backend teams.   • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.

We are on the lookout for a Director, Pricing (APAC & Europe)to join the Marketing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Pricing & Subscription.

The Pricing team at Delivery Hero is at the forefront of shaping our global strategy and growth agenda. We are a dynamic, analytical team of pricing analysts and experts who work hand in hand with product managers, data analysts, and data scientists in our product organization. We partner across the organization, including teams in marketing, product, logistics, commercial, and finance, to define and execute pricing strategies that balance profitability, affordability, and market leadership across our diverse global operations.

As the Director of Pricing at Delivery Hero, you will be responsible for defining and executing pricing strategy across 3 of our brands in APAC and EU, owning the fee structure for millions of our users. You will lead the development of our pricing roadmap, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, data/analytics, and management teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Hero's price perception. You will also play a central role in crafting the global strategy for the group, leveraging strong operational experience to inform scalable global solutions. This is a key leadership role for Delivery Hero with high exposure to C-level and significant opportunity to impact the overall business. You will:

  • Define and execute the pricing strategy for 20 markets across our APAC and EU businesses, covering our Foodora, Foodpanda, and Yemeksepti brands
  • Drive new strategic and innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall global pricing strategy, operations, experimentation, and tooling
  • Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive price perception
  • Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross functional teams and local markets
  • Guide user-facing product feature developments required to communicate our fees in the consumer app
  • Own accurate target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L line items
  • Manage a team of pricing managers and analysts, ensuring strong cross functional alignment with other global and regional teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consultancy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proven experience with SQL and Python/R with the ability to deliver quick and efficient solutions in a complex environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and manage multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.

We are looking for a Vice President of Developer Platform to lead our Developer Platform tribe within the Tech Foundations vertical. The position will be based in Berlin. Your mission is to improve developer productivity and experience, and ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations of our services across the Delivery Hero group. You will be responsible for our developer infrastructure and tooling that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate software. Qualifications

Technical Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years in platform engineering.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a developer platform in complex organizations.
  • Deep experience in application development and platform engineering in large-scale tech companies.
  • Fluency in coding languages such as Go, as well as experience with infrastructure tooling, is expected.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud-native microservice landscapes and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps and SRE is crucial.
  • A strong grasp of concepts related to resiliency, containerization, security principles, and observability practices is necessary.
  • Robust experience with AWS and GCP platforms

Leadership Experience

  • 5+ years in senior leadership positions (Director level or above) with experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

  • Strategic Impact & Product Leadership: Act as a key strategic data partner to product leadership, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions through deep analytical insights and foresight. Proactively identify high-impact analytical opportunities to drive significant customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Advanced Experimentation & Causal Inference: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B tests and other experimental designs (e.g., multi-variate, quasi-experiments) with a strong emphasis on advanced statistical methods for robust hypothesis validation, accurate impact measurement, and understanding causal relationships. Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of our experimentation framework across multiple brands.
  • Metric Framework & OKR Ownership: Define, establish, and own comprehensive product metric frameworks and quarterly OKRs. Drive alignment on "what good looks like" across product teams, ensuring clear, measurable goals that align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Data Integrity & Tracking Excellence: Take ownership of tracking definition and work closely with various Delivery Hero brands to significantly improve the reliability, consistency, and completeness of user behavior tracking for our discovery tools. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues at scale.
  • Scalable ETL & Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and self-service dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Deep Dive & Exploratory Analysis: Conduct complex, end-to-end exploratory analyses on large-scale user behavior data (transactional, clickstream, etc.) to uncover non-obvious insights, identify root causes of trends, and directly inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Technical & Mentorship Leadership: Contribute significantly to the growth and development of fellow product analysts through knowledge sharing sessions, best practice dissemination, workflow optimizations, and active participation in hiring and onboarding processes. Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in product analytics or a related data-focused role, preferably within rapidly growing and dynamic environments, and with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Search & Recommendations systems.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Experience with BigQuery and large-scale cloud data warehousing concepts is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in statistical methods applied to experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate tests, etc.), causal inference, and robust hypothesis validation. You should be able to navigate complex statistical challenges and explain methodologies clearly.
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale user behavior data (e.g., transactional, clickstream, app usage), including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool such as Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, with a proven ability to create compelling and insightful dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior product managers, engineers, and business leaders. You can clearly communicate complex analytical findings and successfully drive large-scale analytics projects end-to-end (e.g., defining success metrics for a tribe, standardizing measurement across brands, or implementing new experimentation methodologies).

  • Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities. Map business goals to measurable technical success criteria and an evaluation plan.

In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active opportunities and engagements driven by Account Executives or partners.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common EMEA pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection handling packs.
  • Take point on higher signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.

We are hiring a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in APAC to win complex technical evaluations, design clear solution paths, and drive repeatable adoption for strategic accounts. Our strategic Account Executives do not hand off their customers after the first sale, so you will partner long term across discovery, POC, production launch, and expansion. You will focus on pre-sales, and you will often step into post-sales style work when the stakes are high and continuity matters.

  • Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities. Map business goals to measurable technical success criteria and an evaluation plan.

  • Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost. Cover cloud, self-hosted, hybrid, and data residency needs.
  • Run security and compliance threads common in APAC. Prepare crisp responses for Singapore PDPA, Japan APPI, Korea PIPA, Australia’s Privacy Act, and India’s DPDP Act.
  • Triage and debug issues during evaluations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to unblock customers quickly.
  • Create reusable assets that scale. Turn repeated requests into working samples, reference architectures, runbooks, and field guides.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and Support for seamless continuity after initial wins. Stay involved through expansion phases when needed.
  • Enable the field. Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and partners on positioning, demos, and technical validation for priority use cases.

Regional Expectations

  • Based in an APAC time zone with strong overlap to customer business hours across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional Asian languages are a strong plus, especially Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Hindi.

Your First 90 Days

Ramp approach for this role Ramping mirrors the Solutions Architect plan, with explicit ticket work and earlier support for strategic Account Executives. In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active evaluations.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls across APAC time zones.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common APAC pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection-handling packs.
  • Take point on higher-signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver one live demo that becomes a reusable asset for the region. Pair with a Solutions Architect on a production launch to learn handoffs and escalation paths.

By day 90

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.
  • Close at least one complex technical win with a measurable impact on revenue.
  • Lead one customer architecture workshop that documents a reference plan for production rollout or expansion.
  • Convert repeated ticket patterns into a runbook, sample, or accelerator and present a short readout on the impact.

  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms. Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, networking fundamentals, and secure API design.
  • Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers and earning the technical win.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with speech recognition, TTS, voice quality analysis, or AI agents that orchestrate LLMs.

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Applied Engineering team. While you'll have the opportunity to contribute across the team's various responsibilities (including pre-sales, implementation, and customer support), your primary focus will be driving technical pre-sales engagements with our prospects, customers, and partners. About Applied Engineering at Deepgram

The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team at Deepgram combines the functions that other companies might separate into Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support. We serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and our customers throughout their entire journey. We work closely with our Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams to ensure a positive, growth-focused experience for our customers, as well as with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This unified approach allows us to provide comprehensive technical guidance and build deeper relationships with our customers. As a Senior Applied Engineer, you'll be primarily focused on the pre-sales aspects of this journey while having opportunities to contribute to the full customer lifecycle.

This role is focused on creating a robust, self-service environment using Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and orchestrating high-demand GPU workloads using schedulers like Slurm.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and maintain our core computing platform using Kubernetes on AWS and on-premise, providing a stable, scalable environment for all applications and services.
  • Develop and manage our entire infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles with Terraform, ensuring our environments are reproducible, versioned, and automated.
  • Design, build, and optimize our AI/ML job scheduling and orchestration systems, integrating Slurm with our Kubernetes clusters to efficiently manage GPU resources.
  • Provision, manage, and maintain our on-premise bare metal server infrastructure for high-performance GPU computing.
  • Implement and manage the platform's networking (CNI, service mesh) and storage (CSI, S3) solutions to support high-throughput, low-latency workloads across hybrid environments.
  • Develop a comprehensive observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing) to ensure platform health, and create automation for operational tasks, incident response, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and ML engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and build the tools and workflows that accelerate their development cycle.

Job Description

At Hydrolix, we are revolutionizing the world of data management and analytics with an innovative cloud data platform purpose-built for petabyte-scale datasets. Hydrolix enables organizations to slash their data costs while simultaneously increasing their data retention. We are seeking talented Customer Success Engineers to join our team and help deliver exceptional solutions that meet each customers’ unique requirements. This is a technical, hands-on role, where you will need to understand the Hydrolix ecosystem in depth. Your day-day will be working with customers to help them leverage the Hydrolix platform for real-time stream ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and visualization of data as well as working with the various cloud technologies that support the Hydrolix platform.

You will be focused on delivering best in class support, integration and professional services to Hydrolix’s customers in a fast-paced, diverse environment. You’ll partner with customers and partners, become a trusted advisor to our users, help them realize their data aspirations, and improve their time-to-value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, working closely with them via various channels such as Slack, Hangouts and Email
  • Lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations to meet customer expectations
  • Provide technical guidance, support and best practices to customers on utilizing Hydrolix to achieve their data management and analytics goals
  • Design and develop visually appealing dashboards and reports using Grafana and other tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding and enable self-service capabilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Grafana (or other visualisation tools), including building dashboards, templating, and alerting.
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries, review query optimisation, and work with large datasets
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent listening, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously

Hydrolix is a fast growing startup that is revolutionizing the world of data management and analytics. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking an experienced Director Solutions Engineering, APJ to lead our APJ Solutions Architecture Organization. The Director will have Presales  and Technical Account Manager (TAM) teams reporting to them within the APJ region. This role requires close alignment with the regional sales leader and global peers to ensure that local market, customer, and partner needs are met. As the Director of Solutions Architecture, APJ, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets and growth targets  across the region to a wide variety of customers, partners,  and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using a sales first mindset, work with regional sales leaders and global peers to align presales and TAM teams, prioritizing to meet regional business objectives.
  • Oversee technical validation in sales cycles, including service delivery operations, including presales, implementation, and support. Drive efficiency, quality, and scalability in each of these areas.
  • Understand and address local market, customer, and partner needs and development, tailoring service delivery approaches to address regional nuances.
  • Oversee the assignment and prioritization of customer and partner tasks to ensure timely and successful service delivery, meeting customer requirements.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, support career development for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Design, develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a Presales/field facing organization in a SaaS/MaaS/PaaS environment with a proven track record of growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, passionate for ensuring customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, comfortable working with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast paced environment.
  • Can do attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate development, growth, and expansion of a territory
  • Business-level English skills
  • Willing to commute for business trips in region, and multiple times a year to other regions for company meetings - US, Canada, etc
