What you'll do

You have the opportunity to make a career-defining impact while still having the fundamentals of the business de-risked (e.g., market, funding, traction).

  • Take the foundation that we have, and work with our cofounder/CTO to build out the vision. This includes not just how things work under the hood. Getting developer experience right, for instance, is a key ingredient to winning the market, and you will help us get this right too.

  • Recruit the absolute best engineers – engineers who want to lean into product and talk to users, who can build a highly technical and complex solution, and who are ready to do whatever it takes. We're still early enough that you will help shape the culture.

  • Lead the engineering team by setting ambitious goals and inspiring the team to deliver.

  • Get your hands dirty and jump in on whatever else it takes to build the company.

  • Work with the founder/CEO and other execs (e.g. marketing, sales) to make Oso wildly successful.

The starting salary for this role is between $195,000-$240,000/year plus equity. Your exact offer will vary based on a number of factors including experience level, skillset, market location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.

We are on the lookout for aSystem Administrator I to join the IT Service Delivery team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be our next Hero! - Join one of the leading global online food ordering and delivery platforms!

This role focuses on managing IT services, resolving complex technical issues for our end users, and supporting video/audio conferencing technologies for onsite and remote events.

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support (Windows/Mac, accounts, workstations, software setup).
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents across hardware, software, networking, printers, and audio/visual setups.
  • Support advanced audio/visual setups for large-scale meetings and events (2000+ hybrid participants), ensuring reliable connectivity and sound/video quality.
  • Manage IT assets and deployments (MDM: JAMF, Intune), access management (Okta, SailPoint IIQ), and contribute to governance/compliance.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, and maintain KPIs/SLAs for IT service performance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and senior IT team members on projects, process improvements, and automation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in helpdesk or 1st-level support, with hands-on experience managing workstations (Windows & MacOS) and endpoint devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and enterprise IT software.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AV systems (e.g., Logitech, Poly, Crestron) in large meeting spaces or auditoriums.

Typical Tasks

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

In collaboration with the Town Manager’s Office, the Information Technology Director serves as a key contributing member of Cary’s management team and leads the overall operations of the IT Department. The IT Director aligns technology strategy with organizational goals—ensuring that all IT systems, services, and innovations effectively support the mission, operations, and growth of Cary allowing us to remain at the top of the arc!

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who builds trust, delivers exceptional operational results, drives innovation, and empowers staff at all levels. They will balance strategic vision with deep technical expertise to deliver high-impact solutions to both employees and the community. Proactive and adaptable, they tackle challenges head-on, assess operations for both efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure technology creates measurable value for residents and staff—always evolving to keep Cary moving forward.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Participate as a key member of the Town’s management team offering leadership and collaboration on initiatives spanning all aspects of local government.

  • Collaborate with the security team to safeguard Cary’s systems, data, and community trust; Partner with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to review and ensure timely updates occur to the Cary’s Business Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery planning; Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure best value and alignment with Cary’s mission; Leverage partnerships with technology providers, regional partners, and community stakeholders to expand capabilities.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The selected candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees in related fields and professional certifications such as ITIL (service management), PMP (project management), TOGAF (enterprise architecture), CISSP or CISM (cybersecurity), or Cloud Architect credentials in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus. Candidates must have a minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government, public sector, or complex enterprise environments.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about software testing, working on diverse platforms like desktop, web, mobile etc. and delivering high quality software products. You will be part of the Customer Experience Solutions team, responsible for testing and certifying Casino Management Software Solutions, touching every possible aspect of Aristocrat user functionality and internal infrastructure.

What you will do:

  • Write and implement test cases ensuring complete coverage of the functionality under test.
  • Build automated test scripts, mapped to manual test cases, using the frameworks as defined.
  • Report issues discovered through manual testing or via automated tests and supervise them to closure.
  • Verify the fixes/new features and analyze the impact to identify the modules needed to be regression tested.
  • Set up and configure test environment, fixtures and games as the need arises by the test plans or standards.
  • Build and maintain Modification Documents for submission to regulators.
  • Estimate testing tasks for projects.
  • Build test plans in Team Foundation Server/JIRA and supervise the progress
  • Support Accredited Test Facility as well as Regulators, assisting in testing features and help maintain their test environments.
  • Identify potential areas for automation and develop automation scripts..
  • Identify and resolve product issues/queries with Engineering, Compliance, and regulatory agencies.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases from functional specifications, use cases and business rules.
  • Hands on experience of Behavior Driven Development on Selenium-Cucumber framework.
  • Experience on SoapUI/Ready API will be a plus.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in communication - both verbal and written.
  • Experience in Casino Gaming/Digital Gaming will be an advantage.
  • B.Tech/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).

We are looking for a true collaborator with a hands-on, proactive approach who can work effectively across teams to drive privacy initiatives forward.

  • Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • Provide expert, risk-based privacy advice to the business on new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • Provide guidance on employee data protection (Beschäftigtendatenschutz), including policies and processes for handling employee personal data in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Support the data mapping process and documentation of data processing activities conducted by the business and staff functions, including the performance of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).

  • Certified expertise on EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills. German is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses, across multiple jurisdictions is a plus

As a Payment Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the payment experience for our global rider community. Your role will involve owning the definition, calculation, and optimization of rider payments metrics, as well as managing the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints. As our Director, Investor Relations, you'll be a core player in a high-performing team committed to delivering an exceptional IR experience. Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with the global investment community, helping them gain a deep understanding of Delivery Hero’s business model, strategic direction, and equity story.

Your mission: Drive our Global Narrative

  • You will act as direct representative for Delivery Hero in all external communication with investors and analysts to elevate their understanding of our operating business, winning strategy, cutting-edge product & tech initiatives and financial results.
  • You will deepen and expand relationships with equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and stock exchange representatives globally and share the Delivery Hero equity story to the financial community. This includes traveling and participating in investor conferences around the globe.
  • You will analyze research reports, investor commentary, and industry trends, and translate these external views into actionable, relevant insights for the IR team and our executive leadership.

  • You will work cross-functionally to develop all high-stakes investor-facing materials including quarterly results, investor presentations, annual reports, speeches, and regulatory filings.

  • You will take ownership of communications surrounding major company events.
  • You will drive Delivery Hero’s investor engagement strategy by owning regular analysis of our shareholder base and executing focused investor targeting exercises.

  • You will partner closely with the Head of IR to continuously evolve and sharpen our equity story. You'll also be actively identifying and championing new ideas for the ongoing improvement of our IR strategy.
  • You will enjoy significant exposure to global senior management and collaborate closely with teams across the organization on internal and external communications.

  • You will contribute to the rigorous process of evaluating and approving product, business, and operational statistics to be shared externally.

  • You hold a strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 8 years of professional experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research, or investment banking.
  • You demonstrate exceptional business acumen, with advanced analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and valuation know-how. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear, concise messages.
  • You possess outstanding planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • You have proven project management experience, including active involvement in preparing annual reports and organizing key events such as the Annual General Meeting or Capital Markets Day.

Technical excellence & mentorship

What You'll Do

Customer & Technical Service

  • Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
  • Conduct equipment installation, removal, upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites, including during off-hours when venues are closed to the public.

  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements.

  • Accurately collect and report all activities using Aristocrat’s field service management tools.
  • Ensure real-time data entry and 100% accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.
  • Record all part usage and ensure returns are completed as per ATA's SLA and compliance standards.
  • Assist with internal service reporting and respond to departmental requests when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Australian driver's licence.

Pay Range

$206,023 - $382,614 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
