We are seeking a strategic and analytical Regional Vendor Growth Specialist. This role combines performance management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize promotions and drive adoption of new product  features and initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between local markets and central teams, ensuring consistent execution while adapting strategies to local market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Strategy

  • Support local markets on performance management and provide guidance on improvement strategies
  • Own target setting and OKR development for regional promotion initiatives
  • Analyze promotion performance data to support markets with actionable improvement recommendations

Knowledge Management & Best Practices

  • Create comprehensive playbooks and best practices documentation to share learnings across markets
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with local markets and product teams to improve product features, facilitate rollout of new features, and drive adoption

Product Integration & Adoption

  • Own the adoption of promotions and their mechanics through tech integrations and internal tools
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions in areas such as new product feature rollouts & adoption, campaign execution, and assortment expansion sprints

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Work with content, marketing, and product functions to drive promotion discoverability by establishing standards for promotion visibility on the app
  • Provide campaign management guidelines to markets including campaign creation protocols and calendar coordination with marketing support

Qualifications

--------------

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or strategy roles
  • Excellent project management skills with proven experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking ability with demonstrated skill in identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Excellent communication skills (fluency in English) and interpersonal abilities, with proven capacity to influence and effectively communicate with regional,  internal & external stakeholders

Good to Have:

  • Experience in technology sector, preferably with experience working in fast-moving companies
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong interest in ecommerce platforms, online promotions, and consumer behavior in the online retail sector
  • Strong understanding of product processes (sprints, feature requests and tool interactions)
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, and data analysis tools (Looker)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL with willingness to progress to intermediate level

We are on the lookout for a Senior Visual Designer, Design System - (Logistics, Service)  to make an impact within our global ecosystem. Join us on our journey to shape the future of local delivery!

Your focus will be on developing and evolving the design system foundations, components, and visual language that power these critical support experiences across our global platforms. This includes the unique challenge of building and integrating a design system solution that connects nine different brands’ design systems, creating a seamless and compelling experience at scale. The solutions you design will need to work globally—supporting more than 70 countries and ensuring consistent, accessible, and delightful interactions for millions of users worldwide.

You’ll be joining our Logistics Service Product Line design team as part of the Self Service Tribe. This team is responsible for building and scaling the Help Center and Customer, Rider, and Vendor help center experiences that help our users solve their problems quickly and easily.

  • Promote, evolve, and maintain our global design system: Advocate for the system internally, run workshops, refine and expand components, patterns, micro-interactions, and visual language to support diverse product teams.
  • Lead visual design efforts: Drive the creation of visually stunning, consistent, and accessible UI components that work across multiple platforms and markets.
  • Define and document guidelines: Create clear, thorough, and user-friendly design documentation in Figma to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
  • Drive visual and interaction quality: Conduct design reviews, audits, and refinements to maintain a high standard of visual and interaction design across all products, while mentoring and supporting other designers on best practices.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and support strategic initiatives: Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment with user needs and business goals, and contribute to design system roadmaps and planning.
  • Balance consistency and flexibility while championing user-centered design: Ensure the system meets the needs of our diverse brands while maintaining a cohesive global experience, conducting and leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design system decisions.

Qualifications

--------------

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI or Product Designer with a strong focus on design systems and visual design.
  • Deep expertise in visual design, UI patterns, typography, color, spacing, and motion/micro-interactions.
  • Solid experience creating and maintaining design systems in Figma (or equivalent tools).
  • Track record of delivering well-designed, polished, scalable, and accessible components across web and mobile.
  • Understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Ability to balance visual craft with practical engineering feasibility.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain ideas, advocate for design decisions, and provide constructive feedback.
  • User-centric mindset with experience conducting or applying user research and usability testing insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or familiarity with design system implementation.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or languages.
  • Knowledge of design system tooling (Storybook, Zeroheight, etc.).
  • Experience mentoring junior designers.
  • Familiarity with accessibility auditing tools and processes.

We are on the lookout for a hands-on Sr. AI Engineer to join our Vendor Data Team as we push the boundaries of content understanding in real-world scenarios. This role focuses on building AI systems that can see and understand, going beyond text to tackle complex visual inputs — from everyday photos to noisy, low-resolution images captured in uncontrolled environments.

Voice is the most natural modality for human interaction with machines. However, current sequence modeling paradigms based on jointly scaling model and data cannot deliver voice AI capable of universal human interaction. The challenges are rooted in fundamental data problems posed by audio: real-world audio data is scarce and enormously diverse, spanning a vast space of voices, speaking styles, and acoustic conditions. Even if billions of hours of audio were accessible, its inherent high dimensionality creates computational and storage costs that make training and deployment prohibitively expensive at world scale. We're looking for an expert (Senior/Staff-level) Platform Engineer to build and operate the hybrid infrastructure foundation for our advanced AI/ML research and product development. You'll architect, build, and run the platform spanning AWS and our bare metal data centers, empowering our teams to train and deploy complex models at scale. The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key contributor within the treasury function and plays a pivotal role in overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury operations globally. The VP Finance - Product Development and Technology has the global responsibility to partner with the business to ensure sound financial capital allocation decisions for investment in the design and development (D&D) portfolio are made, as well as leading financial planning and analysis for D&D spend.   • Facilitates and supports the processes and analysis required for investment decision-making for global D&D spend, including developing business cases to support investment choices in line with Aristocrat investment frameworks. This will initially require embedding global standard processes. Works cross-functionally to determine when key assumptions have changed and when further leadership dialogue is needed.
