This new role will lead the pricing strategy, analysis, and processes for land-based gaming for all Eastern Region and OK (this includes CIII, CII, and several tertiary markets such as HHR, IL VLT, Georgia COAM, and lottery games). What We're Looking For

• Experience managing pricing at a strong plus – either in a pricing-specific, finance, manufacturer, or product marketing role.
• Strong experience implementing and using value-based pricing concepts and practices. Additional pricing training, such as a Certified Pricing Professional certificate or Pragmatic Institute pricing training a plus.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

The Games Design Manager plays a critical role in integrating land-based and social-first games into our iGaming portfolio. Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $157,600 - $197,000.
