Senior Data Scientist is responsible for applying a wide variety of statistical and analytical techniques to business problems to glean valuable insights in support of key strategic business initiatives. They use analytical rigor and statistical methods to data and are capable of manipulating and interpreting complex, high-volume, and high-dimensionality data from varying sources. Incumbents are effective communicators capable of resolving issues and sharing insights to non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do

------------------

  • Use inferential and descriptive statistics to interpret data and provide answers to business questions.
  • Apply sophisticated transformations to cleanse and shape data sets.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and application engineers to develop telemetry requirements and validate implementation.
  • Use effective visualization techniques to present findings
  • Understands business problems and translates them into analytical requirements and tasks
  • Write moderately complex to advanced SQL in addition to other programming languages to understand source system data and identify potential issues with it
  • Analyze the results of A/B tests on new features and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Collaborate with other BI teams on the implementation of Data Science and Big Data projects

Qualifications

------------------

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Physics, preferred
  • Data science (or related) experience in gaming, ideally social casino
  • Experienced with either Python or R, for statistical analysis and visualization, and with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • Ambiguity - able to deal with moderate levels of ambiguity by bringitransparencyity to the problem apresentinging plans toward a solution with both technical and non-technical people
  • Self-directed - suggests changes to high value process improvements, drives initiatives on their own, maintains status updates, delivers project work in a timely manner with little supervision.
  • Communication - able to talk, write, and listen effectively with business peers and collaborate with junior members.

Aristocrat is looking for an experienced Warehouse Store person with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement Excellence to focus on managing the efficient Co-ordination of Service Parts Fulfillment, EGMs & Game-Kit Conversions for our Victoria Warehouse.

As a store person, you will be required to facilitate the movement and storage of material with a high degree of accuracy within the Aristocrat Victoria warehouse, including Receiving, Dispatch, Pre-Deployment Preparation, whilst maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards and Inventory Accuracies. Your role will support the field service team, ensuring that they are provisioned to carry out their duties of Preventive Maintenance, remedial maintenance and scheduled Deployment of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and associated products. We seek a great teammate who is motivated, demonstrates initiative, and has an upbeat approach with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

--------------

  • Receive Goods Inward with a focus on Service Parts (Replenishments, Faulty Parts & External Repairers), EGMs, and Game-kit Conversions from various Manufacturers, including Aristocrat Technologies.
  • Prepare and Test EGMs & Game-kit Conversions as per Work Order Requirements, adhering strictly to Quality First policies and ensuring the accurate completion of Quality Assurance documentation.
  • Maintain adequate Inventory levels of Parts to prevent shortages and meet agreed SLAs for Field Technicians and New Installs.
  • Manage Returned EGMs, including the removal of Locks and Sorting EGMs based on Customer Owned Storage or Trade EGMs.
  • Coordinate the Trade EGMs Disposal process, including Disposal Applications to the Regulator and liaising with various Manufacturers for their Trade Disposals.
  • Dispatch Sales Orders, including System Shipping of Aristocrat Sales Orders on Installation of EGMs and/or Game-Kit Conversions, ensuring accurate Revenue recognition for VIC.
  • Fulfill Service Parts Orders, including Picking, Packing, and Shipping of goods to field, AIC, and External Repairers.
  • Manage Inventory to ensure accuracy is maintained in the Warehouse through regular Cycle Counts and timely System Transactions.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles.
  • Apply moderate computer literacy skills with experience in the Microsoft Office package and ERP Systems.
  • Exhibit integrity, responsibility, and strong time management capabilities.
  • Build positive relationships through clear and respectful communication.
  • Maintain 6S lean standards and participate in audits.
  • Thrive both autonomously and in collaborative environments.
  • Follow all reasonable management directives to meet operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

----------------------

  • 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in an electronic service or related industry.
  • Experience with hand tools and Mechanically Minded.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a Victorian Gaming Industry Employee (GIE) license from the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
  • Forklift License with High Reach Experience.
  • Warehouse Management system experience; experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX will be highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel and Word.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

About The Role

This role is directly responsible and accountable for managing the delivery of IT services to support the global business, specifically the EMEA West region of the world. The Aristocrat Global IT team is responsible for the design and development of the architectures to support and enable the global business. This role will champion effective use of IT services and facilities in EMEA West by liaising with key executives, management and staff. This position will be responsible for consolidating the EMEA West On Site IT support team into one Global IT Operational Support organization providing a single point of contact for all service requests and incidents. This team will support the business by delivering the services defined in our Service Catalogue to the business and deliver them within he agreed Service Levels. What We're Looking For

Key functions of this role include:

The Games Design Manager plays a vital part in integrating land-based and social-first games into our iGaming portfolio. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of guiding the creative vision, overseeing the development and validation of mathematical models, and running the end-to-end production process. The Games Design Manager will lead a team of game designers and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality game delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a track record in slot game design, demonstrate the ability to derive insights from data to inform design decisions, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. A deep passion for slot games and a solid understanding of both online and land-based gaming markets are crucial.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of game designers, setting clear, measurable goals to champion high performance.
  • Support project planning and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of the adaptation of land-based and social-first math models and game themes for the iGaming channel.
  • Collaborate with designers to perform and validate mathematical calculations for games.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documentation related to game features and math models.
  • Develop and verify game math and submission materials, including simulations or calculation tools (C++/C# preferred).
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and house style guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on data and industry insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with Aristocrat studios and designers to optimize games for the iGaming market.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in game design and mathematics with a strong focus on slot games (land-based or online).
  • 3+ years collaborating with global, cross-functional teams including project managers, studio leads, product managers, and key partners.

$116,832 - $216,973 per year

The role of this Electrical Engineer II is to build and implement, with Senior Engineering support, high quality electronic components that are part of the gaming machine system. This is a hands-on role and will be responsible for providing suitable output based on the requirements of the product. Responsibilities involve 2D/3D layout, supplier interaction, on-site training, ECO assistance, component documentation, and Mech Eng coordination.

What you'll do

  • Build harnessing applying Solidworks and Solidworks Electrical.
  • Prioritize and maintain harness builds to ensure project schedules are met
  • Provide support to integration partners on solving routing challenges.
  • New or update documentation of new components, cables and off the shelf parts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Engineering and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in electronics engineering support including design validation testing, knowledgeable about harness design and review practices.
  • 3+ years of experience applying harness design software. Solidworks, Solidworks Electrical or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Solidworks Electrical is desired.
  • Prior experience in Teamcenter is desired. • Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and testing complex systems.
  • Proficient at coordinating tasks given by the Senior Engineering staff. • Self-motivated and adaptable to change - can operate within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as it is expected to communicate across different technical and nontechnical teams.
