About The Role

Hipcamp is looking for a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, engineering execution, and real-world impact. This is a hands-on role for product-focused engineers who enjoy owning outcomes end-to-end—from shaping product requirements to shipping and iterating on user-facing features in production. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate closely with business, product, design, and data partners to build software that directly impacts customers and the business.

We value engineers with strong systems thinking, clear communication, and good engineering judgment—especially in how they use modern tools, including AI, to increase leverage while maintaining quality and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Ship end-to-end product features: from idea and scoping through implementation, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Data, and other stakeholders) to turn real user needs into pragmatic solutions.
  • Build and maintain production systems with a strong focus on readability, maintainability, and operational reliability.
  • Review code as a teammate, providing clear, constructive feedback that improves quality and reduces risk.
  • Pair program and collaborate on solutions, balancing speed with long-term technical health.
  • Leverage AI tools intentionally (copilots, assistants, refactoring tools, etc.) to accelerate development while maintaining ownership and judgment.
  • Make tradeoffs explicit, communicate reasoning clearly, and adapt solutions as requirements evolve.
  • Tie engineering work to impact, using metrics and outcomes—not just delivery—as a measure of success.

About You

  • 3+ years of product engineering experience: Building and shipping user-facing features end-to-end, with a highly independent mindset of ownership through launch, iteration, and ongoing maintenance in a real production environment.
  • Full-stack systems fluency: Strong proficiency in at least one primary language and comfort working across frontend, native mobile, backend, APIs, and data flows in a challenging and rewarding environment.
  • Code quality & collaboration: Experience working in a shared production codebase, writing clear, maintainable code and contributing high-signal pull request reviews that improve quality and reduce risk.
  • Problem solving under ambiguity: Ability to break down loosely defined product problems, clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver incrementally without over-engineering.
  • Leveraging AI: Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation and debugging, paired with sound judgment, verification, and personal ownership of outcomes.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer, Java/Kotlin - (Quick Commerce) to join the Local Shops on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

  • Drive technical decisions and architecture design for complex features and systems within the team domain.
  • Own end-to-end design and implementation of distributed services, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor, conduct code reviews, and elevate team engineering standards through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Lead technical initiatives and design solutions for complex problems involving event-driven architectures, data consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver automated, well-tested, production-grade features independently or in collaboration with teammates.
  • Master the problem space and contribute to technical discovery, proposing suitable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle incident management and troubleshooting of complex distributed systems issues.

Qualifications

--------------

  • Strong expertise in Kotlin and  Java, with a deep understanding of the JVM ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot framework and Hibernate/JPA for data access.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven architecture patterns and experience with message brokers (Kafka, SNS/SQS).
  • Demonstrable skills with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Redis for caching and distributed systems patterns (distributed locks, rate limiting).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and gRPC APIs.
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, SNS/SQS, Lambda) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

Quick commerce is a core growth pillar for Pandora, and user experience is central to unlocking its full potential. As a Growth Performance manager, you will own the performance, and strategy of QC user growth across multiple markets, with a focus on QC MAU Penetration and Trials driven through exposure, campaigns, and user touchpoints.

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, and execution. You will define scalable standards for how QC shows up across the platform, partner closely with local growth and campaign teams, and translate performance signals into concrete actions.

We are on the lookout for a Process Analyst (6-month fixed-term) to join the Global People Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The role will focus on process mapping, standardization, and optimization of HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle to support the enhancement of a Global People Operations model.

Working closely with People Operations, People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the People Technology team, the Process Analyst ensures that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards — while supporting automation and digital enablement initiatives.

Ramp approach for this role Ramping mirrors the Solutions Architect plan, with explicit ticket work and earlier support for strategic Account Executives. In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active evaluations.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls across APAC time zones.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common APAC pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.

The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team at Deepgram combines the functions that other companies might separate into Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support. We serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and our customers throughout their entire journey. We work closely with our Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams to ensure a positive, growth-focused experience for our customers, as well as with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Deepgram is looking for a backend software engineer to lead the design and implementation of Deepgram’s internal data and ML training systems. You will design and implement secure, robust, and scalable services for data cataloging, querying, and access; efficient, distributed compute orchestration for ML training jobs; integrations with Research tooling, and more. Your skill at building highly reusable code that overcomes technical challenges will be paired with an intuition for what improves researcher productivity and model quality. The Senior Reward Analyst plays a meaningful role in crafting and delivering the organisation’s reward strategy. This position provides expert analysis, insights, and recommendations across compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes. The role partners closely with P&C, TA and Finance. The role supports the Director and VP of Total Rewards

What you'll do

Reward Strategy & Governance

  • Assist in the build, development, and implementation of the organisation’s reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks.
  • Maintain governance standards across compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Compensation Analysis

  • Lead sophisticated compensation modelling, benchmarking, and market analysis to advise pay decisions.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive plan administration.
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and support remediation actions where required.
  • Evaluate and maintain approaches to job assessment (e.g., Hay, Mercer, WTW).

Benefits & Recognition

  • Analyse the efficiency and competitiveness of benefits programmes and propose improvements.
  • Support the design and delivery of recognition schemes that reinforce organisational culture and values.
  • Partner with external vendors to handle benefit renewals, pricing, and service delivery.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Produce high-quality reward dashboards, insights, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Use advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within reward programmes.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and support continuous improvement of reward-related processes.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., modelling, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of compensation cycles, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) would be desirable
  • Familiarity with reward governance, pay transparency, and regulatory requirements would be desirable
  • Ability to work in our London office 3 days a week
