Reporting to the Product Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the Senior Director, EPMO Digital Portfolios (North America & Australia) will provide leadership across our Interactive and Product Madness program portfolios in both North America and Australia. This role will ensure transparency into these portfolios, establish disciplined delivery practices, and drive key programs toward successful outcomes that meet business and customer expectations.
The Senior Director will work in close partnership with the SVP EPMO, VP EPMO and other regional leaders to strengthen program governance, enhance portfolio visibility, and embed modern delivery standards and tools. They will also lead processes that support prioritization, customer health assessments, and vendor/contract reviews to ensure programs are set up for delivery success and align to customer expectations. This leader must excel in execution, team leadership, and program oversight, ensuring alignment with broader product strategies while managing timelines, scope, risk, and stakeholder engagement across a complex, fast-paced organization.
What you'll do
Delivery Enablement
• Establish and reinforce best-practice methodologies, tools, and processes that set programs up for success from initiation through completion. • Partner with program managers to ensure delivery discipline, risk management, and readiness for customerfacing outcomes. • Ensure standards, templates, and governance structures are consistently applied across all initiatives. • Optimize resource planning, tracking, and reporting practices to support program portfolio visibility and health.
Program Governance and Risk Management
Lead portfolio prioritization processes in collaboration with the VP EPMO and business stakeholders. • Facilitate customer health assessments, vendor engagement, and contract review processes to support decision-making and governance. • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans to reduce delivery friction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with senior product, technology, and operations leaders across NA and Australia to ensure alignment and coordination in program delivery. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing transparent, actionable insights into portfolio and program health.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Drive awareness of the North America and Australia Interactive & Product Madness program portfolios, ensuring collaborators have a clear view of status, risks, and progress. • Implement and evolve reporting standards and dashboards that link program delivery to measurable business outcomes.
Team Development and Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor program managers and delivery professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance. • Promote knowledge sharing and standard processes across the EPMO as part of its evolution into a lean, modern, and outcomes-focused function..
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level program and project management roles. • Proven track record to lead cross-functional delivery in high-growth or transformation environments, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors. • Deep expertise in program execution, delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and enterprise governance practices. • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred but not required. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. • Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.

Pay Range
$168,420 - $312,780 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
