What You'll Do
- System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, etc.
- Writing features, stories and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy
- Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs
- Working inbound within technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
- Working outbound with customers, to gather and understand business requirements and needs. Presenting and discussing solutions with customers.
- Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Proven experience as a System Analyst / Product Owner
- Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed design documents
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements and needs from customers
- Experience in agile methodology from online or software companies
- Previous B2B customer facing experience

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, Product Solution, Product Designers, CRM, Games and other team members
- Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile app releases.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target users, their needs, and behaviors, and leverage insights to drive product decisions.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and other Product Managers to build intuitive and engaging mobile app interfaces and user experiences.
- Define and supervise key performance indicators (important metrics) to measure the success and efficiency and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through iterative development, A/B testing, and user feedback loops.
- Stay current with industry developments, new technologies, and standard methodologies in mobile app development and product management.

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Game Designer. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to build innovative and exciting gaming experiences. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with other Game Designers on new ideas and game concepts tailored to various global markets.
- Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as appropriate.
- Develop code that implements the functionality of game concepts in order to verify and/or develop mathematical calculations and obtain important data and statistics to validate that the underlying mathematics meet all game design requirements.
- Produce technical documentation to aid in the development and testing of new games.
- Produce regulatory documentation required by all applicable markets.
- Develop tools to aid in the construction of mathematical calculations, documentation and specifications.
- Collaborate with artists, software, and test engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver games to market.
- Peer review of fellow Game Designers’ calculations, code and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a game designer / developer working primarily on slots.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or higher) with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Experience developing game concepts, prototype game math and simulating game software.
Skills and Ability:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to drive projects from concept through to completion.
