The position of Paralegal - Trademark & Intellectual Property is responsible for providing day-to-day paralegal support to in-house counsel in multiple jurisdictions regarding legal issues with different levels of complexity, including, but not limited to, drafting, reviewing, processing, revising, tracking, and filing of legal documents as well as providing assistance with litigation, corporate governance, special projects and performing other operational assignments for the Company and its subsidiaries. The role is based in the U.S., at our Las Vegas, Nevada office or our Franklin, Tennessee office, with hybrid schedules currently available.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct basic and intermediate clearance analysis of trademarks, artwork, and marketing materials, maintain trademark and copyright portfolio and records, and prepare reports to internal business clients under the direction of in-house counsel
  • Prepare and file trademark and copyright applications and related maintenance submissions
  • Coordinate with foreign counsel on trademark prosecution and maintenance outside of the U.S.
  • Work on low and medium-effort legal documents that require minimum independent drafting (primarily by utilizing Company approved templates or modifying same)
  • Ensure priority and rush assignments are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Assist with due diligence investigations in connection with Company transactions
  • Communicate consistently to in-house counsel, business clients, vendors, and the USPTO and WIPO
  • Demonstrate intermediate professional skills and business acumen
  • Demonstrate a consistent commitment to the values of the Legal Team
  • Process IP correspondence and draft response documents
  • Data entry into the global IP database

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an intellectual property paralegal either with a law firm, corporation, or both
  • Background in trademark clearance and prosecution
  • A paralegal certificate, or equivalent country certification, is required
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with good business judgment and analytical skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage workload and react promptly to multiple deadlines while meeting personal and team key performance objectives
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Pay Range

$34.38 - $63.86 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

As a Games Mathematician, you will be responsible for designing math models, writing simulations to verify game models and contributing to overall game design for our online RMG slot games. The role requires a keen interest in gambling games, combinatorial mathematics, statistics, coding and an aptitude for creative problem solving. We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically driven System Analyst to join our Product & Operation group at Aristocrat Interactive content & Aggregation BU.

This is a key role that bridges product strategy and technical execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and define software systems that scale, comply, and perform under the demands of a global aggregation platform.

Our platform provides an aggregation of games to the iGaming industry including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and multiple 3rd-party integrations.

As a System Analyst, you will contribute to the logical architecturedata flow, and integration design that power these experiences across regulated markets.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone who excels in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and translating product ideas into structured, scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to analyze and break down requirements into actionable, high-fidelity system specifications.
  • Define and document high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
  • Design and maintain logical component modelsmodule interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs), including process flow or UML diagrams.
  • Create and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries to describe entities, relationships, and data flow between modules.
  • Define UI screen flows and navigation logic at a logical level, including optional mockups or wireframes to aid clarity.
  • Design and document security layers including authentication and authorization flows, and access control models.
  • Lead the logical integration design for internal modules and external systems—documenting APIs, data contracts, and integration touchpoints without committing to protocol-level details.
  • Maintain a clear traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • 3 years of experience in system analysissolution design, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
  • Proven experience with:

  + High-level system architecture

  + Logical components/modules and their interactions

  + DFDs, process/UML diagrams

The technical writing team develops robust documentation for regulatory and field use, manages a technical communication library, and helps define global publication standards. In a high-pressure environment, we endeavor to enhance company-wide communications initiatives in a range of areas. Additionally, we work with a global community of practice to develop standards for information content, format, and delivery that adhere to the latest industry standards and practices.

What You'll Do

  • Write and accurately maintain a library of software technical documentation.
  • Edit technical content for unified, consistent content
  • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end users
  • Deliver all content promptly with high-quality results.
  • Ability to learn and work with our structured authoring tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical writing and document preparation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Snagit, and Confluence.
  • Able to provide a portfolio or samples of written work.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with structured authoring, DITA, and using a CCMS.
  • Background in technology development.
  • Basic XML knowledge is a plus.

Pay Range

$49,000 - $91,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Game & Configuration Management:

  • Manage Game Releases: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of game releases to ensure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Configuration Management: Handle the configuration of game settings, metadata, and other digital prerequisites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • BAU (Business As Usual) Operations: Maintain regular operations for game and configuration releases, ensuring that updates and patches are applied seamlessly.

Market & Operator Support:

  • New Connection Support: Coordinate the integration of new market and operator connections, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to operators and markets, addressing any issues that arise during the connection process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with market and operator stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.

Content Management:

  • Content Enablement: Enable and distribute third-party, Ignite, and in-house content according to the established release schedule.
  • Configuration of Stakes and Features: Configure stakes, features, and other settings for in-house content to ensure it meets the desired specifications and provides a high-quality user experience.
  • Release Coordination: Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure that all content is properly configured and ready for distribution.

Collaboration:

  • Task Distribution: Collaborate with GO coordinators to distribute tasks effectively and ensure that all team members are aligned with the roadmap.
  • Internal Requests and Escalations: Serve as the focal point for internal requests, escalations, and issues, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure smooth and coordinated releases.

Maintenance:

  • Script Maintenance: Maintain and update distribution scripts for in-house and Ignite content to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor systems and processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during content distribution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement improvements to distribution scripts and processes based on feedback and lessons learned from previous releases.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Experience in game operations or a similar role within the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Experience with content management and distribution is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate effectively with various teams.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with build systems and release automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and programming languages (e.g., C#) for tool development is preferable.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
