What You'll Do

  • Having end to end understanding of accounts payable and processes and to deliver results that exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to seek feedback on current AP services, software features, with a view to making improvements to processes as well as facilitate software enhancements.
  • The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and helping our users achieve their desired goals.
  • Identifies and problem solves issues and challenges and works proactively with other departments to put in place sustainable solutions, to avoid critical delays that could jeopardise overall services.
  • Worked with both in house and externally hosted finance systems. Experience in finance system implementations would be an advantage
  • Should be flexible and open to work in different time-zones as per the process requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualification in an accounting related or similar field.
  • Concur Invoice & Expense experience.
  • Working experience of ERP’s D365, Max, SAGE and Service-Now would be a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat’s strategic objectives with Product Madness’s project portfolio. End to end project management will include facilitating and executing project intake and discovery efforts, driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Owning the projects’ outcome, making sure there is tight governance and a driving force is essential for this role. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager in our central  team, working closely with Game Producers in Business Units and with the wider Aristocrat PMO teams will oversee multiple projects within Product Madness.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful operational excellence for strategic project delivery demands critical daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and duties in the role:

·    Collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute project intake and discovery efforts, aligning Product Madness’s business strategic objectives with the wider Aristocrat (ALABs’) project portfolio

·    Having a transparent up-to-date status of the projects and relevant reporting

·    Driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·    Plan and contribute to the development and implementation of PMO capabilities, toolsets and processes aligned with the PMO framework and methodology, driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient project execution.

·    Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess health and effectiveness of the project management practices.

·    Conduct thorough project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies, and define project scope and success criteria.

·    Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues.

·    Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure effectiveness, and adjust as needed.

·    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies related to project management, business case development, and change management.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

·   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

·   6+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, leading strategic project intake, discovery, end to end delivery and change management for multiple initiatives, and overseeing the operational excellence of PMO functions.

·  Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, aligning operational project objectives with the business' goals, delivering tangible results and continuous process improvement.

·   Subject matter expert in project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, with proficiency in both Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)/Waterfall  and traditional project management practices.

·   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

·   Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organisation.

·  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·   Experience in reporting status, risks, issues, and resource utilisation to stakeholders and leadership.

· Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and foster a culture of excellence.

·   Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Reporting to the CFO, Aristocrat Interactive, we are seeking a finance leader to head the Financial Planning and Reporting functions of an exciting and fast growing division of Aristocrat. This role will ensure core financial processes are established and continuously improved. It will provide reporting, analysis, insight, forecasting and budgeting and will support both near term performance through effective use of BI whilst also contributing to strategic initiatives including long range planning, M&A and operational expansion.

The successful candidate will guide senior leaders to prioritize their resources, make informed decisions and optimize revenue initiatives and spending. He/She will collaborate across the different business unit finance teams within Aristocrat Interactive as well as with the Group’s Corporate Finance team and other Finance functional experts to deploy financial systems and processes within Aristocrat Interactive to meet business unit objectives. The role also communicates with and utilizes the resources and support available within Aristocrat Group in other FP&A teams, Tax, Treasury and Accounting Services and contributes to external earnings releases through engagement with Investor Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Annual Plan, Re-forecasts, monthly reporting processes for the division, to Senior Management and to Group Finance. Includes any additional Half Year and Year End external reporting
  • Responsible for creating and managing the weekly and monthly reporting process (KPI report, monthly actuals vs plan, etc.)
  • Run the Long Range Plan process
  • Supervise a team of FP&A and Business Intelligence analysts
  • Evaluate and decide on all material Aristocrat Interactive investments through effective ROI analysis and business partnering (e.g., new development spend, offices, licenses, partnerships, etc)
  • Monitor spending by sub-division, strategic project, function and business. Ensure all aspects of spend have been considered and recorded during the forecasting and planning process
  • Collaborate with the Aristocrat Interactive HR department on workforce planning and reporting
  • Be an active member and contributor to the Group Finance Transformation Program, integrating new acquisitions into our tools, methodology and culture
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new systems (BI tool, planning and budgeting)
  • Foster continuous improvement and look for efficiencies across the group

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in digital or technology sectors.
  • At least 10+ years with 3-5 years’ experience in comparable roles.
  • Experience in a complex international mulit-jurisdiction, multi-division FP&A role.  Working in a publicly listed environment also required.
  • Ownership of a budgeting and forecasting process. Preferably examples of improving tools and reporting as well as scaling the finance / FP&A function in an environment of change and strong business growth plus integrating companies into the group.
  • Technology finance – experience tracking project requirements, delivery and prioritizing investments to align with business goals.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
  • Good understanding of Finance Systems, including BI tools – designing and implementing the right views for business leaders at different levels.
  • Experience in M&A and acquisition integration is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills. In-depth understanding of key business drivers.
  • Experience of rolling out a new ERP solution preferable too.

  • Calculates performance-based pay for studios is accurately calculated and clearly explained.  Ensure return on Enterprise studio investment in people, resources, and regulatory testing is well understood through “Bang for the Buck” reporting.  Collaborate with the Master Data and Product Management teams to centralize Enterprise Game Title revenue, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Facilitates and supports the analysis for D&D investments within business cases to support investment choices in line with Aristocrat investment frameworks in collaboration with Gaming commercial finance for the Gaming Investment Committee.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting on all half-year and full-year audit requirements.
  • Partners with the Finance enterprise reporting center of excellence to enable financial reporting to meet the needs of the D&D function.

$132,773 - $246,578 per year

Summary:

We are looking for experienced software tester who is passionate about testing and delivering high impact casino games to our global customers. You will be part of a Studio with talented team of Artists, Game Mathematicians, Game Developers and test engineers. Summary:

Summary:

The role of a Technical Artist is to act as a bridge between creative and engineering teams in game development. We’re looking for a Sr Technical Artist role to develop/update artwork and animation for gaming projects.   • Must have strong experience in Adobe products (After Effects and Photoshop).
  • Strong knowledge of 2D Graphics.
  • Understanding of animation principles will be a plus.

  • Experience in using Asset control systems (Perforce), SVN/GitHub, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of extend script or any other language will be a plus.
