Summary: -

To administer the Online Gaming platform and monitor and report as part of a “shift-based operations” team on a 24x7 basis, ensuring optimum performance and availability of such platform, provide second-level troubleshooting support, and liaise with all applicable service providers and third parties. Deliver on KPI’s set internally as well as adhere to SLAs and OLAs with regards to service delivery to our customers (both external and internal).  

Reporting to the NOC Manager and Shift manager, the NOC engineer role is a demanding but rewarding role that requires a broad range of skills. We’re seeking a self-motivated candidate with the ability to continually improve and learn.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical support / operational role
  • All-round, with broad scope technology knowledge, both windows and Linux.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of gathering and delivering information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A working knowledge of monitoring tools, both event management and metrics. For example – Grafana, Datadog.
  • Good problem-solving method and approach
  • Evidence of accountability and ownership when managing incidents.
  • Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Docker/Kubernetes experience
  • Virtualisation – Open Stack, VMWare

Summary:-

Art Director will Collaborate closely with stakeholders (including Game Designers, Studio Leaders, Program Managers, Developers, and Artists) to conceptualize new art and animation products, bringing creative visions to life. Define the visual style, direction, and overall quality of the game.  

Create sketches, storyboards, and art layouts based on creative ideas and concepts.  

Gain a clear understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Art Team, overseeing Illustration, Animation, and Technical Art where applicable. Mentor and support both individual and team growth, with a focus on developing innovative and engaging land-based casino games.  

Contribute to all stages of the creative production pipeline, from concept to pre-production and post-production. Foster a creative mindset within the team to rise to industry challenges and meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 12-15 years of experience in a senior art or design role, including at least 2 years in an Art Director position.
  • 4-6 years of experience managing and leading a team of 8-10 artists and animators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in game art, particularly in slot gaming or related industries (e.g., casino games, mobile games).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software (e.g., Blender), and other relevant art creation software.

We seek a self-motivated and engaging Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Operations and Quality Engineering team. If you have a desire to be in an exciting industry, and at a fun place to work where you can apply and implement your Quality career expertise, then Aristocrat is for you!

To be successful as an SQE, you should have excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing multiple Suppliers within Aristocrat’s Global Supply Chain. Commodities managed will include mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical. Supplier selection, and management during phases of New Product Introduction as well as ongoing product lifecycle ownership will form key parts of this function. Identifying and resolving Supplier-related quality issues, managing Supplier non-conformances, managing Supplier Change Requests and ongoing performance activities are primary responsibilities of this role.

  • Provides quality and technical subject matter expertise throughout the product lifecycle
  • Translates design requirements, helps establish Critical-to-Quality characteristics throughout design, works with suppliers, Engineering, Operations and supports Production
  • Conducts on-site vendor audits. Assesses vendor manufacturing, assembly, and quality practices at their facilities as part of Supplier Selection activities. Provides feedback and recommendations to Aristocrat Senior Leadership
  • Performs regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with standards and mutually agreed processes
  • Assists in reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality
  • Maintains detailed reports on supplier quality and performance, including defect rates and non-conforming material. Reports findings to key internal stakeholders and to Suppliers during Business Reviews
  • Provides technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates and optimize processes
  • Serves as a liaison between Aristocrat’s senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and find solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field or experience
  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles within a regulated industry
  • Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing and engineering design
  • Working history/familiarity with mechanical and electrical design, product manufacturing, and associated special processes such as PCBA manufacture, plating, powder coating, injection molding, die casting, machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication

$76,627 - $142,308 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance processes of our applications. Your primary role will involve executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality.  

In this role, you will focus on hands-on testing activities, working closely with the QA team to identify and document software defects. The Global Legal Corporate Center of Excellence oversees corporate matters such as governance, disclosures, transactions, and securities compliance. As a key member of our product team, you'll:

  • Shape the vision for new features and improvements that enhance user experience and drive business growth
  • Guide your development team with care and clarity throughout the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Write thoughtful, high-level business requirements that reflect both customer needs and business priorities
  • Take ownership of the product roadmap and help the team stay aligned, focused, and motivated
  • Collaborate across departments including UX/UI design, development, analytics, CRM, payments, and customer support
  • Use data and user feedback to improve conversion rates and product performance
  • Stay connected to our users by analyzing behavior and anticipating needs across both mobile and web experiences
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrate wins, and communicate risks with transparency and trust
  • Research new trends and innovations in the international Sportsbook and gaming space

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Product Management, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in online Sportsbook or gaming
  • Familiarity with areas like Risk ManagementSports UXRetail Sports Betting, or Feed Integration
  • Confidence using tools like JIRATFS, or similar for product and sprint planning
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • An understanding of UX best practices and how design supports great customer journeys
  • Experience working closely with software delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and an ability to bring people together around shared goals

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and troubleshoot new and existing software within time and scope of the integration.

  • Perform tests of the applications and apply remediation as needed to eliminate errors.

  • Ensures smooth process during third-party API integrations.

  • Assist in the development and peer review of plans, technical solutions, and related documentation.

  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

  • Optimization of the applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Implementation of security and data protection.

  • Design and implementation of data storage solution.

  • Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.

  • Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.

  • Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.

  • Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

  • 1+ years of experience in .NET Framework – MVC, Web API, Entity Framework

  • Good understanding of best coding practices

  • Experience in MS-SQL Server

  • Basic knowledge in front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular

  • Experience in C# .NET

  • Experience in ASP.NET MVC

  • Experience in API Programming & Integrations

  • Skilled with all OOP concepts

  • Experience in MS-SQL Server – Scheme, Stored procedures, trigger, indexes

  • Experience in performance tuning of both C# code as well as SQL queries

  • Understanding in Networks

  • Experience in WinForms development
