Job Summary
The Director of Business Applications is responsible for the effective management of daily operations of the IS Business Applications department; BI & Analytics, Business Applications-ERP, and Application Development & Collaboration. Administrative responsibilities include development and management of financial operating and capital budgets, JCAHO information management compliance, recruitment, staffing, productivity, performance reviews, quality customer service, education and team leadership. Has ongoing interaction with CHOC management, SJH management, outside consultants and vendors. Promotes and facilitates a teamwork environment at all times. Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Works with Sr. Leadership and Executive Management to grow the company through the use of application acquisition, leveraging existing technology investment and the use of technological resources. Job Summary
The Field Services Support Specialist II is responsible for maintaining daily operations for CHOC Children’s end user computing environment. This includes the independent triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents, fulfillment of hardware/software requests, identifying and documenting problem tickets, creation of Knowledge Articles, and operating as a project resource where applicable. Support Specialists will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through all forms of customer communication, including, in-person, remote, email, phone, text, and chat. Support Specialist 2 will achieve almost all their operational duties with small amounts of oversight. At times, Support Specialists will need to participate in an on-call rotation and participate in after hours or weekend shifts. Job Summary
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position is responsible for designing, supporting, managing and maintaining all aspects of the network infrastructure. This includes LAN/WAN, wireless technologies, network security, VoIP, and datacenter switching. The Network Architect engages in architecture definition, planning, technology direction, project management as well as mentoring of network engineers. This position works closely with clients, vendors, carriers and other technical and non-technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements and develop options, recommendations and associated cost benefits, while providing engineering design for implementations. This position will research, evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for data, video and voice networks. Assess emerging technologies and make recommendations to information technology management. Oversee, certify and assist in implementation and support of the enterprise wide network.

Qualifications
Required:
- Five years' experience designing complex networks configured with high availability
- Managing Cisco routers & switches, wireless technologies, cabling systems, firewalls, UPS power systems, SNMP
- Experience in designing network infrastructure, working with all aspects of configuring routers & switches, hardware & software upgrades, network protocols, LAN/WLAN/WAN based networks
- Network design, Cisco routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless access points, IDS, CiscoWorks, WLSE and High Availability redundant designing
- Skills in working with desktop devices (PCs, printers, VTs) & windows operating system
