The Opportunity

Deepgram is expanding globally and building a true follow‑the‑sun model. We are hiring a Solutions Architect in EMEA to own complex post‑sales engagements, guide customers to production, and strengthen our technical support coverage for the region. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, with a primary focus on architecture, implementation, and Tier‑3 technical problem solving. You will also contribute to pre‑sales validation when deep technical credibility is needed, partner with Product and Engineering on feedback and roadmap, and help mature our global operations.

About Applied Engineering at Deepgram

Applied Engineering combines functions that other companies split across Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting, and Senior Technical Support. We are the technical interface from first discovery through successful production and beyond. The team partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and DevRel to deliver an enterprise‑grade experience that is fast, clear, and outcome‑oriented.

What You’ll Do

--------------

  • Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments that use Deepgram’s speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, and voice‑agent capabilities.
  • Own post‑sales technical success for assigned accounts. Unblock integrations, optimize accuracy and latency, and guide customers to stable production.
  • Serve as the Tier‑3 escalation point for complex issues. Drive root cause analysis, propose mitigations, and write durable fixes or automation when possible.
  • Design reference architectures and implementation patterns for common EMEA customer use cases including contact centers, voice analytics, QA, and AI agents.
  • Build high‑quality samples, internal tools, or scripts that make repeatable tasks easier for customers and for our team.
  • Contribute to pre‑sales discovery and POCs when deep technical direction is needed. Translate business goals to a concrete plan with clear success criteria.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features. Bring crisp customer signals that improve our roadmap.
  • Contribute to knowledge systems. Capture runbooks, playbooks, and docs that scale your expertise across regions.
  • Participate in an on‑call or incident rotation appropriate for the region and customer support tier. Help us meet or outperform regional SLAs.

Regional Expectations

  • Based in an EMEA time zone with reliable overlap to customer business hours.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy expectations, and enterprise security reviews common across EMEA.
  • Ability to travel within the region for critical customer milestones, estimated 10–20 percent.

Your First 90 Days

------------------

First 30 days

Ramp on Deepgram’s platform, APIs, SDKs, self-hosted deployments, and support practices. Shadow calls across pre-sales, post-sales, and support. Begin owning low-risk technical tasks for an active account and contribute improvements to runbooks or sample code.

By day 60

Own two to three customer workstreams end-to-end. Lead discovery for one new implementation or migration. Publish one reusable asset such as a deployment guide, Helm example, or troubleshooting playbook.

By day 90

Act as primary technical owner for several EMEA accounts in production. Close at least one complex investigation with measurable customer impact. Present a short readout on a repeated regional pattern and the automation or content you created to solve it.

Minimum Qualifications

----------------------

  • 5 or more years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
  • Professional software engineering experience in at least one language such as Python, Rust, or JavaScript. You can build POCs and tools that real users run.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern cloud platforms. Comfortable with containerization and orchestration, for example Docker and Kubernetes, and with secure network design for API‑driven systems.
  • Proven ownership of complex post‑sales work such as production deployments, migrations, performance tuning, and incident response.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

------------------------

  • Experience with speech recognition, TTS, or building voice agents that orchestrate LLMs.
  • Familiarity with WER analysis, model selection and tuning, and accuracy‑versus‑latency tradeoffs.
  • Experience operating self‑hosted systems, including Helm‑based deployments and observability for production services.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data residency, and compliance topics that appear in EMEA enterprise reviews.
  • Fluency in an additional European language such as German, French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish.

The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will report to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for the management of the Cyber and Technology audit plan, including leading and executing Cyber and Technology-related audits across the organisation to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and technology resilience. We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Logistics - Payments team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Payment Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the payment experience for our global rider community. Your role will involve owning the definition, calculation, and optimization of rider payments metrics, as well as managing the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that meets business objectives, improves the rider experience, and optimizes the Cost per Order (CPO) efficiency.

  • Develop and enhance payment algorithms to accurately calculate rider payments based on dynamic variables such as location, distance, delivery volume, and time factors.

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in logistics/ride hailing/food delivery businesses
  • Ability to write queries (e.g., SQL) and work comfortably with data, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • High standard for execution; track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive prioritization on initiatives
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, push back on stakeholders, and evaluate product requests and opportunities

Gestion de l’infrastructure

  • Concevoir, déployer et maintenir les environnements infonuagiques GCP tout au long du développement (Dev), des essais d’acceptation par l’utilisateur (EAU), de la préproduction (PPROD) et de la production (PRD).
  • Mettre en œuvre et optimiser l’infrastructure en tant que code (Infrastructure as Code ou IaC) à l’aide de Terraform, en assurant une infrastructure uniforme dans tous les environnements.
  • Préparer et prendre en charge l’adoption future de systèmes infonuagiques multiples (AWS et Azure).

Pipelines et automatisation de l’intégration continue/du développement continu :

  • Créer et entretenir des pipelines d’intégration continue/de développement continu en utilisant GitHub Actions pour automatiser la livraison de logiciels pour les plateformes de jeux mobiles.
  • Assurer des déploiements fluides dans tous les environnements en gérant les processus automatisés d’essai, de stockage des artefacts et de promotion de l’environnement.

Surveillance et intervention en cas d’incident

  • Mettre en œuvre et assurer la maintenance des systèmes de surveillance, d’alerte et de consignation à l’aide de Grafana Cloud.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance du système et agir au besoin, afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des ressources et la stabilité des applications.
  • Effectuer une analyse des causes fondamentales pour les incidents et mettre en œuvre des mesures préventives.

Sécurité et conformité

  • Appliquer les politiques de contrôle d’accès au moyen de la gestion des accès privilégiés et du contrôle d’accès basé sur les rôles.
  • Appliquer la gestion régulière des correctifs dans l’ensemble des ressources infonuagiques afin de les harmoniser avec le cadre de sécurité NIST.
  • Veiller au respect des politiques de sécurité interne et des normes réglementaires externes.

Soutien sur appel (1 semaine par mois)

  • Participer à une rotation de soutien sur appel de sept jours une fois par mois pour répondre aux incidents d’infrastructure infonuagique critique.
  • Documenter les incidents majeurs et les transmettre à un niveau supérieur, au besoin, afin de réduire au minimum le temps d’arrêt des applications critiques pour les revenus.
  • Effectuer le dépannage après les heures de travail et appliquer les correctifs d’urgence pendant les interruptions de production.

Collaboration et amélioration des processus

  • Collaborer avec les développeurs de jeux mobiles pour comprendre les besoins en infrastructure et fournir des solutions DevOps personnalisées.

  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.

We are seeking a DevRel leader who will strategically position Deepgram as the trusted and preferred platform for voice and real-time AI developers. You will work closely with Marketing to create and deliver an authentic, compelling technical brand narrative and experience that resonates with the global developer community, growing Deepgram's technical presence and influence. This role requires a strong technical background, creating credibility and authenticity within the developer community.   • Strategic Brand Advocacy: Elevate Deepgram’s technical brand through strategic outreach, thought leadership, and authentic community engagement.
  • Developer Evangelism and Thought Leadership: Serve as Deepgram’s lead developer community spokesperson, proactively participating in conferences, podcasts, webinars, and industry forums to grow our technical reputation.

The Senior Global Integrated Planner is entrusted to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external planning partners. This position is charged with making independent and high-impact decisions in complex situations. Communicate decisions to customers, identify and resolve forecast variances, ensure inventory availability considering internal and external capacities, and support inventory allocation for business impact on demand planning. This person will be highly analytical and quantitative and have a keen ability to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. The role is responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, developing, and communicating recommendations that support supply chain planning and operations. The Senior Global Integrated Planner role includes leading and participating in S&OP processes, as well as chipping in to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives. This person is an experienced, well-rounded individual who encompasses strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The individual can quickly identify deviations from anticipated results and other disruptions and can promptly respond and resolve any issues.

What You'll Do

  • Establish a broad and depth of knowledge and relationships across different parts of the organization, including commercial sales, finance, manufacturing, and others.
  • Develop supplier, industry, technology, and manufacturing process understanding to support planning and analysis strategies.
  • Enhance depth of knowledge of the total planning process, including demand planning, supply planning, new product introduction, material planning, and the S&OP process.
  • Lead and influence business unit leadership to generate a consensus demand plan, assist in the development of annual plans, reconcile them with monetized demand plans, and communicate any gaps between the plans. Address input gaps identified by forecast error, bias, and volatility.
  • Explore and interpret relevant data to determine efficient demand and supply strategies, build and deliver timely coordinated plans, investigate challenges, conduct root cause assessments, and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate buying patterns for key products and predict how the company should react to product phase-in, phase out, warranty, availability, demand shifts, promotions, events, and driven products.
  • Assess the impact of promotions and events on demand, using what-if analysis to create scenarios and recommendations.
  • Define and drive an out-of-cycle demand variance realignment process if required.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams on supply and demand impacts such as new product launches, demand shifts, promotions, end of life, and other events.
  • Develop and support regular performance and metric reporting for key collaborators.
  • Direct supply delivery timing and collaborate on inventory expedited requirements.
  • Lead demand and supply strategies and respond to changing forecasts to maintain inventory targets, improve efficiencies, and maintain/improve forecasted costs.
  • Lead discussions and develop presentations for internal and external collaborators.
  • All other duties as assigned, such as training of other team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Analytics, Business, or a related field, or its equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience with deep proficiency in predictive analytics and handling large data sets
  • Improve depth and complexity by applying sophisticated forecasting tools and predictive modeling.

$110,938 - $206,027 per year
