We are looking for a Software Development Manager to join our team developing an upcoming and exciting mobile game. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will be leading a group of friendly and motivated engineers (2-3 direct reports) based in Montreal.

The goal for your team is to build and maintain core systems & innovative features, optimize code for high-performance targets, and build outstanding tools to enable game developers to bring their content to life to be enjoyed by millions of players.

This position comes with a high level of ownership and influence, working with a small team of highly effective and hardworking developers. The role will have a mix of hands-on development and management responsibilities.  

  

What You’ll Do

  • Write efficient, reusable & maintainable code
  • Provide technical analysis and documentation for new systems
  • Mentor and guide game developers, providing technical direction, career development support, and opportunities for skill growth.
  • Coordination & negotiation with external team members (engineering, production, design, art, QA)
  • Support sprint planning, technical scoping, and roadmap execution
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure standard processes are followed across the engineering team
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development cycle
  • Champion quality, scalability, and performance across systems
  • Partner with production to supervise and deliver engineering deliverables on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science

In this role, you will  lead the product strategy, roadmap and development of OneView, our internal Agent resolution tool, used daily by thousands of agents across 70 countries. Seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to optimize warehouse layouts, slotting strategies, and handling systems. This role is crucial for improving operational efficiency, supporting fulfillment perfection, and driving continuous improvement across our warehouse network globally. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain optimized warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring logical flow, space utilization, and process efficiency. Develop and establish VMI (Vendor managed inventory) principles for incorporation into warehouse construction and practices.
  • Develop and audit slotting plans based on ABC classification and usage data. Maintain accurate PFEP (Plan for Every Part) documentation.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate storage and handling solutions including pallet racking, storage containers, conveyors, forklifts, wrappers, VLMs, and other automation technologies.
  • Develop current and future-state value stream maps (VSMs) to identify improvement opportunities and quantify operational savings.
  • Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Applications teams to evaluate, select, and implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Collaborate with operations team for implementation of WMS processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and guidelines in warehouse construction and operations.
  • Possible travel to U.S.-based warehouse sites for project implementation, audits, and collaborator involvement.
  • Create work instructions and train the trainer and other frontline staff as need for responsible areas as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating factory layouts.
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems applicable to inventory management and storage strategies. Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Strong command of Lean Six Sigma, MODAPTS, DFM/DFA, and time/motion study.
  • Knowledge of Kanban, JIT, pull systems, and material replenishment strategies.
  • Understanding of ergonomics, OSHA standards, golden zone definition, and safety risk assessments for warehousing pack/ship operations, equipment travel, and other functional work areas.
  • Experience supporting NPI launches with experience in PFEP, space planning etc
  • Familiarity with ISTA standards, NFPA-13 regulations as applicable to warehouse racks, and high pile storage
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in automotive, heavy machinery, industrial electronics manufacturing & assembly or 3PL warehouses.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and distribute EGM reports based on predefined schedule.
  • Responsible to grow and develop a team of analysts

  • Analyze and offer recommendations to sales staff on denomination mix, model types, and game types to insure maximum revenue.

We are seeking a strong Senior/Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development of Tier 1 systems in the Navigation team, positioned within QC Merchandising value stream in the Commercial Tribe. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams, to define, prioritize, and deliver highly technical product solutions that directly impact user experience and business metrics related to category browsing and item discoverability within curated collections. This includes identifying technical dependencies, anticipating future needs, and making informed trade-offs.
  • Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics related to navigation usage, item discoverability within categories, and conversion, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will report to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for the management of the Cyber and Technology audit plan, including leading and implementing Cyber and Technology-related audits across the organisation to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and technology resilience. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will also partner with the Enterprise Technology, Global Information Security, and Product Technology (A-Labs) teams to provide advice on key risk and controls matters and deliver ad hoc advisory reviews.

The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit will lead the co-sourced provider to implement relevant reviews. The Senior Manager, Cyber and Technology Internal Audit is expected to interact with the executive and senior management and advise upon and provide an opinion on critical business matters and priorities, including policy, processes, and controls. The ability to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, and complex and abstract situations/problems to identify issues and required solutions in partnership with management is key.

A primary focus of the role is to also support continuous improvement of the Internal Audit program, by pursuing contemporary methods and techniques, including the adoption of enabling technology, reviewing the Cyber and Technology scope of coverage, and reviewing our ways of auditing. The role may require some international travel.

What You'll Do 

Internal Audit

  • Partner with management to shape and implement the annual Internal Audit Plan, with a strong focus on cyber and technology, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Risk Profile, strategic objectives, and key business priorities.
  • Lead cyber and technology audits delivered by co-sourced partners, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong business engagement, and seamless collaboration on hybrid audits.
  • Handle all aspects of internally led cyber and technology audits, using internal and/or external resources as needed.
  • Deliver clear, impactful audit reports with balanced, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of agreed management actions.

General

  • Chip in to the Group Risk and Audit strategy and roadmap, identifying ways to improve relationships, service levels, insights, delivery methods, and the skills of the function.
  • Promote a data-driven, continuous auditing culture using automation and analytics tools.
  • Lead and mentor staff and support their career development.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with management, learning and understanding the business to better provide beneficial services, and establish credibility as a key advisor.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Technology, Global Information Security, Product, and Product Technology (A-Labs) teams to implement control enhancements and remediation plans
  • Prepare reports for and present to the Board Audit Committee and Executive Steering Committee (ESC).

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in internal audit, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a global, multi-regional organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, IT project management, or data privacy) are highly valued.
  • Deep knowledge of technology and cybersecurity governance, controls, and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001), with the ability to stay current on evolving threats, regulations, and industry risks, particularly in gaming.
