We’re looking for a talented artist to join as a UI Art Lead on one of our main titles, Cashman Casino, at Product Madness. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.

You will lead and manage a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist's goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals.

You will also work alongside UX designers, technical artists, developers and product managers to ensure the UI supports the game experience. You will partner with production to develop high level execution plans and own the execution strategy.

As UI Art Lead, you are expected to develop the overall look and feel of the game, balancing visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing experiences. You will push art quality where players see it and know when to pull back on quality where they won’t, being hands-on sometimes and contributing to the artwork benchmark.

The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic and electromechanical components down to the component level, including integrated circuits, motors, relays, and sensors. The Manager, Enterprise Risk will play a key role in driving enterprise risk management and resilience activities across Aristocrat. The Mathematician works with artistic, executive producer and technical staff to create the game vision and player experience for video casino games.

This new role will lead the pricing strategy, analysis, and processes for land-based gaming for all Eastern Region and OK (this includes CIII, CII, and several tertiary markets such as HHR, IL VLT, Georgia COAM, and lottery games). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Lead to drive the artistic vision, execution, and team management for our Innovation Lab. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of new games and ensure seamless coordination between internal and external teams while maintaining high artistic and technical standards.  

As an Art Lead, you will play a pivotal role in influencing and shaping the game’s creative vision, art execution, and overall player experience—from early ideation to market launch. Compensation

​

The estimated base salary range for this role is $157,600 - $197,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

• Net full stack developer Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid role from day 1 ) Duration: 12 months Positin type: W2 contract.
•  Our current Personal Line Portal and Engagement Layer are built using Angular 17 on the front-end and a .NET 8 Minimal Web API on the backend.
•  We interact with and contribute to the development of a .NET 6 Web API known as the Policy Domain as well. We utilize Dapr to manage cached data and events using MongoDB and Micro Service side cars.
•  The current Identity Service is built on .NET 8 and ASP. Net MVC with a MongoDB document database on the backend.

Must Haves:

•  Strong C# knowledge or experience. (Java is considered equivalent)
•  Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge or experience.|
•  .NET Web API experience.
•  Front-end JavaScript framework knowledge or experience. (Angular or React preferred)
•  Document Database knowledge or experience. (Ex: MongoDB)
•  Relational Database knowledge or experience. (Ex: MSSQL)
•  Familiarity with micro services, domain driven design, and mediator type architectural patterns.
•  Familiarity with Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) architectural design patterns.
•  .NET 8 Minimal API knowledge or experience.

•  Dapr knowledge (Any micro service framework or solution knowledge is huge plus.)
•  Azure Cloud knowledge, particularly around App Services and Container Apps. AWS equivalent is also a nice to have if no Azure experience.

About the team 

​

Solutions Engineering team members provide technical and strategic guidance to Nayya’s partners on platform interoperability. Our goal is to drive growth through building strong technical relationships, co-solutioning, education, and enablement with our partner ecosystem. The right candidate will be a critical technical liaison to the Product Partnerships Manager (PPM) within the GTM organization. This will involve creating comprehensive technical business plans with partners and their ecosystems, including identifying, incubating, and bringing service/solution offerings built on or with the Nayya platform to market.

What you’ll do

​

A Partner Solution Engineer is intellectually curious, motivated to win, open, and entrepreneurial. As a PSE, you are expected to build highly consultative, trusted relationships with the product partnership manager, product managers, and software engineers at Nayya, the partner, and the ecosystem of enterprise partners. This collaboration aims to provide strategic and technical thought leadership and to become a trusted advisor in solving mission-critical business challenges for Nayya, its partners, and users, particularly within the enterprise space.

Responsibilities:

​

​

• Work with priority Nayya partners, including HCMs, PEOs, and other HR technology partners, to build out their Nayya capabilities and solutions to grow their business and drive non-linear growth in Nayya’s business.

​

• Develop, execute, and project manage technical integrations between Nayya and our partners.

​

• Be at the forefront of technical discussions & solution deep-dives with partners on the value Nayya can provide to their clients.

​

• Engage with the CTOs, product, engineering, and other technical leads at key partners to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate the latest innovations, and define a solution strategy to expand partnership revenue.

​

• Communicate success internally through QBRs, etc.

​

• Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance to PPMs during the partner sales process to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities.

​

• Educate the Nayya GTM selling teams, notably our Product Partnerships teams, on key Nayya integration solutions and capabilities.

​

• Advocate for your key partners within the product and engineering teams to ensure their continued success.

​

• Collaborate on technical content (sample code, demos, etc.) to show partners how to implement specific use cases or best practices.

​

• Provide Partner-focused guidance on Nayya’s products through feedback.

​

Who you are

​

​

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, etc.

​

• Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels.

​

• Practical group facilitation skills and confidence in proposing and leading customer meetings to gain strategic footing and pursue opportunities.

​

• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.

​

• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

​

• Ability to learn Nayya solutions such as Partners API, Accounts & Identity, BenefitsIQ, and more.

​

• Ability to understand how various applications such as Choose, Use, Clams, Leave, and Retire interact in an enterprise technology ecosystem. 

​

• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.

• Experience as a customer-facing domain expert in a healthcare technology company, presenting and architecting solutions for enterprise customers.

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $130,000- $150,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
