Spanx
Atlanta
251-1000

SPANX founder Sara Blakely was getting ready for a party when she realized she didn’t have the right undergarment to provide a smooth look under white pants. SPANX has secured its place in women's hearts and in pop-culture with daily mentions everywhere from CNN to SNL.

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA and opening retail shops across the United States, SPANX can now be found worldwide in more than 50 countries. Company Description

Overview

SPANX isn’t your average company. We revolutionized an industry by challenging the status quo and putting the customer first. You might know the story: our founder, Sara Blakely, who needed the right thing as a base layer to feel 100% in white pants, so she cut the legs off a pair of tights and Spanx was born. The spark of that origin is the fuel for our future. We grew up in shapewear. But we’ve graduated. For 25 years (yep, we're old enough to rent a car now), we've been experimenting, innovating, and occasionally banging our heads against the drawing board. And we will never stop obsessing about what women who are out there doing their thing deserve. Because we are those women. And we’re honored to create on behalf of us all.

We make elevated essentials with confidence built in. Essentials for layering underneath or wearing out loud, for “just-between-us” and “where'd you get that?” For everything you've got planned (and don't). Because what you put on can change how you show up. And if its' not working for you, it's got no place in your closet. Or on your body. Creating items that’ll make you feel great is a matter of the heart—and the lab. In every Spanx product is technology we design and build to highlight, complement, and form your look, just the way you like it. SPANX design and technology help make sure what you see in the mirror reflects that feeling of feeling your best (you know the feeling?). We are a high-growth, innovative and ambitious company and we are embarking on an exciting trajectory of both digital and international expansion.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Post-Purchase & Platform Enablement to own and elevate the Spanx experience after checkout—while also supporting the underlying tools, systems, and integrations that power it. This is a strategic and highly cross-functional role spanning customer-facing journeys and platform infrastructure. You’ll shape critical touchpoints like returns, order tracking, and transactional communications while also building tools and integrations for logistics, fraud prevention, and customer support.

This role requires a balance of empathy and technical fluency—you’ll need to move confidently in ambiguous environments, make decisions with incomplete data, and drive alignment across stakeholders with varying priorities. If you're energized by building scalable systems that make a meaningful difference for both customers and internal teams, this role is for you.

Job Description

You’ll love it because you will…

  • Lead the post-purchase customer journey, including returns, order tracking, account pages, and transactional emails—ensuring a seamless, branded experience.
  • Own logistics and fraud tooling integrations, collaborating with operations and engineering to improve reliability, visibility, and security.
  • Drive platform enablement work, including reusable tools, backend services, and custom logic using Azure and Shopify Functions.
  • Design and evolve internal tooling for the CX team, helping them better serve customers with speed and context.
  • Prioritize a roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term scalability and user experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer experience teams to launch high-impact solutions.
  • Set success metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.

Qualifications

We require…

  • Lead the post-purchase customer journey, including a branded experience for returns, order tracking, account pages, and transactional emails.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer experience teams.
  • Set success metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.
  • Creativity and Innovation - Embraces new ideas; seeks out diverse perspectives; reassesses, experiments, and brainstorms to generate ideas and insights; thinks in new and different ways to create innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Decision Making Process - Problem Solves; proficient in identifying root causes in a problem, generating effective solutions with teams, using facts and data for prompt decisions, and takes responsibility for results.
  • Collaboration - Accepts and appreciates other people; demonstrates courtesy and compassion; supports, encourages, and thanks others; consults, listens, and understands others; promotes diversity and builds morale, team cohesion, and collaboration.
  • Adaptability - Adapts well to ambiguity, change, and different cultures; finds positive opportunities in these circumstances.

Additional Information

Spanx is proud of our continued Progressive People Practices…

  • Company Healthcare Plan: $0.00 out of pocket (Employee only benefit) Fertility testing and treatment are included in Spanx’s medical plans, even without the diagnosis of infertility.
  • Parental Leave Policy: Primary caregiver receives 16 weeks AND will have the option to work a half-time schedule (20 hours per week) for up to four additional weeks with full-time (40 hours per week) pay.
  • Mental Health Days: 10 days

About Anthropic

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

About The Role

As a designer at Anthropic, you’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to shape experiences that transform Claude from a tool into a trusted collaborator:

  • We design products that solve real problems by combining deep understanding of user needs with our unique perspective on LLMs
  • Design plays a critical role in building transformative AI systems that feel reliable, interpretable, and trustworthy
  • Designers give shape to our vision for tremendous human progress through AI. We leverage unique skills like storytelling and prototyping to communicate ideas and their feasibility
  • We execute on interaction and visual details with a high degree of polish, focusing on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement

Read more here for the type of features we build.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our tools, rooted in deep user empathy
  • Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency of broader flows
  • Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps
  • Rapidly prototype ideas using code and other methods to communicate concepts and build excitement
  • Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment

Example Scope

  • Design intuitive ways to help people work with Claude to manage relevant information from documents, databases, tools, personal preferences, etc.
  • Pioneer new ways for Claude to be a true partner in people’s day to day lives that can access your tools, ask for feedback, help you prep for your day, and more.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 8+ years of product design experience (experience designing complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms
  • Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products or a series of products in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Passion for crafting scaled, highly impactful, safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies to enable new possibilities
  • Experience with prototyping, especially using front-end code (e.g. HTML/CSS/JS) preferred

Strong Candidates May

  • Ship opinionated products and make things customers want
  • Model a builder mindset to explore and communicate through prototyping and design
  • Build trust with users through craft and connection
  • Be proactive and make things happen in a startup environment
  • Have a technical understanding of LLMs and can build on top of them
  • Design new, functional and easy to use interaction design conventions that are on the frontier

Annual Salary

The expected salary range for this position is:

$260,000 - $305,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How We're Different

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Come work with us!

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Freed

Doctors are overworked, burnt out, and are quitting in masses.

At Freed, we combine clinician love with the latest AI tech and intense execution to create products that make clinicians happier.

Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation.

Since May of 2023, we have:

  • Acquired 20,000 paying and loving clinicians
  • Generated 70,000 patient notes daily and over 2 million monthly
  • Made thousands of clinicians happier

With the backing of Sequoia Capital and other world-class VC’s, we are rapidly expanding our product offering. Patient-facing assistants, patient insights, EHR integrations, and other products are being built and used by thousands of clinicians every day.

We are looking for entrepreneurs. Fast, ambitious, and smart individuals who want to take care of the people who care for our health. Expect intense, clinician-focused, and interesting co-workers who want to win.

With offices in both San Francisco and New York City, we embrace a hybrid schedule that brings out the best in teamwork and innovation. Our teams come together in person three days a week to collaborate, connect, and have a little fun along the way.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work.

You’ll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who is highly autonomous, user centric, and thrives in 0→1 environments.

You’ll help us go from fast-moving MVPs to polished, scalable product — all while deeply rooting your work in clinicians needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Lead design for core product areas — from problem framing to polished execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap
  • Bring the clinician voice into the room — through research, usability testing, and systems thinking — and advocate for their needs across product decisions
  • Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity
  • Work scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters — sweat the details, but know how to move fast
  • Help us evolve our design system and shape design culture

You’ll thrive if you..

  • Have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products
  • Can navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences
  • Are a strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design — to product and business direction
  • You value clarity and precision in both your design and your communication
  • You’re excited about the potential of AI and eager to explore new UX paradigms in AI-first products
  • Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving teams

Nice to haves

  • Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must.
  • Experience working closely with LLMs or AI-driven features

What we’ll bring

  • Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth company
  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Company-sponsored annual retreats

Compensation Range: $160K - $220K

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts based on usage patterns and business needs

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles with at least 3 years in management
  • Strong technical foundation in software implementation, experience in SaaS platforms and workflow automation

  • Data-driven approach to measuring implementation success and team performance
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes of implementation challenges
  • Coding experience in Python or JavaScript preferred but not required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies including practical application of prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and AI workflow design
  • Demonstrated understanding of LLM limitations and how to design solutions that mitigate these challenges

What Sets The Right Candidate Apart

  • You understand the AI landscape and can effectively navigate the rapidly evolving capabilities of LLMs
  • You can design AI workflows that balance automation with appropriate human oversight
  • You're a builder at heart who understands both the technical and business sides of AI implementation
  • You recognize that successful implementations must be measured by business outcomes, not just technical completion
  • You can strike the right balance between standardization and customization in AI solutions
  • You're passionate about AI's potential but pragmatic about how to apply it to real business problems
  • You have experience transforming technical AI capabilities into repeatable workflow templates
  • You understand that each vertical has unique needs that require tailored approaches to AI implementation
  • You can navigate the line between being too technically focused and not technical enough

Our Guiding Principles

  • Extreme Ownership
  • Quality
  • Curiosity and Play
  • Make Our Customers Heroes
  • Respectful Candor

Benefits

  • Equity in a fast-growing startup
  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

Today, Topsort has 5 major hubs worldwide, and employees in 13+ countries, including Menlo Park, Boston, Santiago Chile, Sao Paulo Brazil, Barcelona Spain, and Sydney Australia. Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? Do you like seeing your work create real-time impact, being part of a rocket ship from the very beginning? Let's do the unimaginable - let's make ads clean and cool again, with AI and modern technology.

What it's like to work at Topsort

Our team is all about straightforward communication, embracing feedback without taking it personally, and fostering a super collaborative environment. It's a sports team that's hyper focused on winning, collaborative internally, and competitive externally - never the other way around. We thrive on working in the open, lifting each other up, and getting things done with a sense of urgency. We're the kind of team that loves making bold choices, sharing extraordinary opinions, and maintaining a 100 mph pace. No endless meetings here – if it can be done today, we're all about getting it done today.

What is this role like?

We're looking for a motivated, experienced and smart Product Manager to join the dynamic and growing product team in the US! You'll champion our retail media APIs and products, collaborating with top retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps across the US and Canada. Your focus will be driving market growth, ensuring our products meet partner needs, and leading innovation to stay ahead in the industry.

You will:

  • Have responsibilities throughout the process of successfully integrating new partners; from explaining our processes and aiding with technical integration to managing a positive long-term relationship
  • Manage existing relationships with partners in the marketplace, ads and tech industry, proactively resolving product-related issues by identifying and delivering solutions
  • Identify and communicate partner needs for future product development and deploy the ideas to key stakeholders such as management, product and development
  • Work in a multicultural, global environment! You will report directly to our CEO.

  • Working with platforms, APIs.
  • Manage high volumes of data to drive sophisticated use cases.
  • Talking to executive stakeholders and drive integrations forward
  • Making a difference: We have a very strong technical team that develops really fast, and works on a highly iterative and ambitious roadmap.
  • Engage customers directly to identify and understand their problems and needs.
  • Talk to customers: our customers are complicated B2B customers, and oftentimes executives with years of experience in the tech, marketplace, and ad business. It's important to emphasize with customers, read the room, and act resourcefully to find solutions.
  • Communication: Listening and Talking are both important in communication, especially in this B2B customer facing product management role where you will need to understand their problems and needs.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we're open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, especially complex SaaS and API products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and experience talking to executive level of stakeholders and managing Enterprise customers
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities, familiar with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, SQL and unafraid to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Startup hustle and speed: You're able to work hard, move fast, can adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers
  • Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become the expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
  • Team Player: Lone-wolf style tech is from the past; at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieves goals together.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced tech scale-up;
  • Knowledge of app development and API designs;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.);

Why it's awesome to work at Topsort

  • Direct Feedback and Rapid Growth: We work hard, set aggressive goals and execute flawlessly to accomplish them. We give candid feedback, push each other to set higher goals and produce more impact by always thinking "how do we do this faster and better"
  • Be part of an elite and collaborative sports team: We believe startup scaleup is just like a team sport. It's been written in our motto since day 1 that we are collaborative internally, competitive externally, and never the other round around. You are ultimately surrounded by just different people that are all here to help you get the job done and shine as a team.
  • Intellectual Rigor and Individuality: We were born in the pandemic by Stanford and Harvard alum cofounders who offer remote-working options with coworking memberships and (at least) once a year in person offsite gathering. You'll be welcomed by coworkers in 11 countries that all bring a unique perspective to the company from day 1. From personalized birthday gifts to work anniversaries, and management training program or in-person gatherings or career talks and mentorships, part-time DJs and tik-tok vloggers are also commercial leaders and technical staff at Topsort. We don't take management with a cookie cutter approach - but rather we cherish your quarks and think it makes us stronger.
  • Company Offsite and Industry Exposure: Once a year Topsorters get together as a whole and also meet customers and really spend time to get feedback
  • 401K Matching and Comprehensive benefits: We provide a generous and comprehensive set of health benefits, including vision, dental, and a 3% 401K matching as soon as you join!
  • Working Equipment and Hubs: our team is global and also centered around hubs, that means you're welcome to create a hybrid work schedule, and encouraged to travel to other hubs to collaborate. We provide working devices of your choice and surprise swags for special events.
  • Flexible PTO schedule with floating holidays - we encourage Topsorters to take time off and recharge, and respect different cultural norms so offer floating holidays to accommodate the celebrations you'd like.
  • Meditation App, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations - we like little surprises and remember the key moments to celebrate with you!

Do you sound like the right fit? Let's dive right in!
