What if we could take the search out of job search? This is the question

Lensa has been answering since launching in San Francisco, California in

August 2016. Using machine learning, we instantly provide companies with

candidates and match professionals with positions that fit their skills,

goals, personalities, and needs.

How does it work? Lensa applies complex algorithms that identify the

skills needed to succeed on a given job. Candidates can play computer

games that assess their work style, thus gaining insight into their strengths

while unlocking career opportunities.

The result: job search that puts people first while reducing the time and

cost of talent acquisition.

Lensa passed 10 million job seeker registrations in 2019, making the com-

pany one of the premier career platforms.

With teams in multiple U.S. locations and a 60-strong crew of developers

and data scientists at its R & D headquarters in Europe, Lensa is working

every day to share its transformative career technology with the world.

Join a High-Performance Design Team Focused on AI-Driven eCommerce Optimization

At Formula, we don't just design Shopify storefronts—we're revolutionizing the way eCommerce works by creating intuitive, high-converting user experiences that leverage AI for scalable, impactful results. As a subsidiary of WKND Investments, we combine cutting-edge design with deep industry expertise to create dynamic solutions that help brands grow and thrive. Our team pushes boundaries, and we're looking for creative, data-driven designers who thrive in a performance-oriented environment.

Our Core Values

Relentless Pursuit of Excellence

At Formula, excellence isn't negotiable—it's our norm. We foster a performance-first culture where outcomes outrank effort. Whether it takes three hours or three hundred, the objective remains the same: deliver world-class creative solutions that leave a lasting impression. Every member of our team is empowered to think boldly, act decisively, and create meaningful impact. This isn't for those seeking comfort or routine—it's for people who thrive in high-intensity environments and are energized by transformative outcomes.

Innovation at Speed

We strive to outpace the rate of change in our industry. Our work culture is built on a framework of accountability, speed, and continuous iteration. By harnessing the power of AI and automation—paired with the insights of our Formula frameworks—we deliver scalable, data-informed solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

Uncompromising Standards

We operate with a founder's mindset—taking full ownership of our work while holding ourselves to exceptionally high standards. Seamless collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to simplicity define our process. Everything we build is designed to scale efficiently and elegantly, ensuring that each solution is as striking as it is effective.

Customer-Centric Mission

Our mission centers on elevating eCommerce experiences that resonate deeply with audiences. From personality profiling to AI-driven solutions, our goal is to help clients forge emotional, lasting connections with their customers. Every project we undertake is tailored to exceed expectations, driving user engagement, conversion, and lasting brand loyalty.

Visionary Thinking

Formula doesn't just consider the now—we anticipate what's next. We move with foresight, examining how advancements in AI, automation, and eCommerce technologies will reshape consumer engagement for years to come. Our work lays the foundation for brands to unlock new levels of growth through visually compelling, future-proof experiences.

The Power of Communication

At Formula, clear, proactive communication is the backbone of our high-performance culture. We believe in staying ahead of potential issues rather than reacting after problems arise. By sharing insights, challenges, and wins early and often, we maintain transparency, solve complex problems faster, and keep our teams fully aligned. This approach fosters accountability not just within individual departments but across the entire organization—everyone owns their deliverables while working cohesively toward common objectives. As a consultative expert, you will bridge the gap between our internal strategies and our external partners' growth initiatives. This involves active listening—genuinely hearing and understanding each stakeholder's perspective, then offering thoughtful recommendations that drive both short-term impact and long-term success. By practicing intentional thought partnership and close collaboration, you'll build strong, trusting relationships that ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and set up for success. Ultimately, this culture of open dialogue and empathy elevates everyone's contributions—enabling us to deliver world-class outcomes at speed.

Why Join Formula?
