As a Manager in the Global Support organization, you play a critical role in both the day-to-day excellence and long-term evolution of how we support our customers at Zapier. You'll lead and mentor a team of Individual Contributors (with future potential to manage Team Leads), ensuring the delivery of world-class support and a consistently positive customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic contributions that align with both departmental and company-wide goals. Key Responsibilities

As a manager, your ability to adapt and allocate time effectively to different areas will be critical to your success and the success of your team.

  • Team performance: Leading and mentoring your team to provide exceptional support, with a focus on high performance and team member development. This includes coaching, performance tracking, conducting regular one-on-one sessions, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Customer Connection: Spending a minimum of 2 hours in customer facing queues each week to maintain product knowledge and hear from customers directly, ensuring you stay connected to the customer experience.
  • Operational excellence: Ensuring smooth operations and collaborating with other teams (such as Support Operations and Engineering). This involves optimizing processes and making sure your team is appropriately trained and following best practices.
  • Evolving Support as a business operator/owner: Driving and overseeing support projects aligned with company goals and strategy, and evolving your team’s workflows as Support scales. This includes planning, coordination, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on strategic projects.
  • Company strategy and business awareness: Understanding the company’s strategy and how your team’s efforts contribute to the overall mission. Keeping your team aligned with company goals and providing relevant updates and guidance as business priorities evolve.
  • Communication, Collaboration & Change Management: Building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting a “first team” approach to problem-solving. Hosting team meetings, encouraging feedback and participation, and effectively leading your team through change initiatives.
  • Leader accountability & growth: Set aside time to track your impact, seek feedback, and regularly reflect on how you’re showing up as a leader. Demonstrate follow-through on your goals and actively develop your leadership craft.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer on the New User Experience team, you will own strategy and execution for crafting a seamless and engaging journey for users from the moment they sign up through their first few orders. You’ll get to work on problems like onboarding, creating a frictionless first order experience, and kicking off milestone campaigns among other exciting bets. You will work closely with partners across Product, Data, and User Research to understand the customer's problems and define a high crafted, customer-first solution. Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Garnish Global is a quiz-based, mobile training platform that partners with clients in emerging markets to increase their employee knowledge and engagement for companies  based in those fast-growing, emerging markets like South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Mozambique.

Garnish delivers rich data reporting to help clients track and improve employee performance. Our platform is driven by a web-based CMS that manages course content, client administration, user management, and reporting.

Originally developed by jācapps  (see case study), Garnish is now seeking a new developer to take over and enhance the platform as we continue to grow.

Role overview

The Assistant Corporate Controller is a highly visible and critical position providing leadership to the company’s accounting and reporting function. This position will report into the Corporate Controller. This role will have a broad scope of responsibilities across the accounting function and have visibility across the organization. Join an internal tools team responsible for multiple applications and databases that provide critical support to Western Digital’s worldwide product engineering teams as they build the next generation of data storage devices. Job Description

In coordination with CTO and other Technology and Architecture leadership, evangelizes the company’s technical vision and app/web/cloud development footprint, and assists to drive certain aspects of the company’s technological development, including assisting in the direction of all system and data development strategies and design in various functional business domains and corresponding projects. Provides guidance of vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to all teams within IT.

Provides primary software and integration engineering oversight and execution guidance for all appropriate projects, POCs and pilots, as well as certain exploratory initiatives as appropriate. Operates in a consultative fashion with executive management and various department heads, such as Marketing and Finance, as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Familiar with evangelizing and implementing a variety of the enterprise architecture concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Evangelize the core strategic technology and software/integration development vision for the company and anticipate, plan and act on shifts in technology
  • Simultaneously lead design and establish software engineering guidance for multiple pilots, POCs and projects across Product, Cloud and Innovation verticals
  • Discover and evangelize the implementation new technologies that yield competitive advantage

  • 10+ years of professional IT, leadership experience delivering enterprise-level application and system solutions; this experience includes, but is not limited to, app/web architecture and engineering, data architecture and engineering

Qualifications

  • Preferred BS in Computer Science or related field and at least 15 years of experience in Information Technology; at least 10 years of management and strategic experience in IT or MBA/MS in equivalent field with 1 years of experience, 7 of which must be strategic in nature
  • 10+ years of professional IT, leadership experience delivering enterprise-level ecosystems of application, data and integration solutions
  • 8+ years leading initiatives that involve complex enterprise integration with operational systems, including, but not limited to, near real-time interface dependencies, multi-level infrastructures and enterprise data impact

Role overview

CarGurus is looking for a User Experience Designer to join our growing Product Design and User Research team. In this role, you’ll help design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across our marketplace and platform.

We’re looking for a designer who can think holistically, iterate quickly, and refine designs with care. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, analysts, content strategists, and researchers to deliver meaningful solutions to real user problems. You’ll be expected to balance creativity with structure - producing work that’s well-reasoned, well-crafted, and aligned to business and user goals.You’ll report to a Senior UX Design Manager, who will support your professional growth and performance and your day-to-day work will be guided by one of our Lead Designers, who provides design direction, mentorship, and helps ensure high-quality, consistent execution within your product area.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering partners to design high-impact, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences
  • Translate research and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished, production-ready UI designs
  • Iterate quickly by exploring multiple directions, incorporating feedback, and continuously improving your work
  • Apply accessibility and responsive design best practices
  • Use data (e.g., usability testing, A/B tests, analytics) to inform and validate design decisions
  • Receive direction and mentorship from a Lead Designer and contribute to team-wide critiques and rituals
  • Contribute to shared design systems, uphold design quality, and help create a cohesive product experience

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/product design, ideally within agile, cross-functional product teams
  • A strong portfolio that showcases polished visual design, user-centered thinking, and clear design rationale
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, and familiarity with prototyping and working within design systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual—able to clearly explain ideas and decisions to different audiences
