We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and enable the development of a Core Platform and drive the evolution of our Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering, including the associated frontend applications. You will also play a critical role in facilitating the migration of legacy systems to the new architecture.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will have a key role in shaping the platform, services and SDKs that power a wide range of mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions while establishing and maintaining the technical standards that ensure the platform's performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.  

Collaboration is central to this role. You will engage closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Your ability to present well-reasoned recommendations, grounded in solid engineering principles and data-driven analysis, will be critical. Maintaining a proactive, open, and assertive approach will be essential to navigating complex decisions and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts and development teams to define and document the system's architecture.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear designs and technical requirements covering all aspects of a full-stack Solution.

  • Create detailed diagrams to communicate system architecture, behaviors and interactions (e.g., sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and high-level designs).

  • Lead architectural and design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Document and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to capture significant architectural decisions, including the context, options considered, decision rationale, and outcomes.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet the needs of our solutions.

  • Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance and ensure the implementation of designs aligns with architectural specifications.

  • Identify and address technical risks, challenges, and dependencies in the architecture and design process.

  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our architecture and solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions and the gaming sector.

  • Expertise in system modelling (e.g., C4, UML).

  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and its application in software development.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.

  • Experience within the Mobile Application development industry and a deep understanding of the inherent challenges.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.

  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, PubSub).

  • Experience with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for defining APIs, and exercising the APIs through appropriate tools (e.g., Postman).

  • Solid knowledge of data modeling, databases (SQL and NoSQL), database normalisation, and data flow architectures.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A software development or technical background, preferably in the gaming industry or a SaaS solution

  • Knowledge of real-time systems, multiplayer game architectures, and player data analytics.

  • Experience with security best practices and compliance standards in software development.

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.

  • Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and monitor the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.

  • Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and monitor the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.

  • Communicating regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life-cycle.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat’s strategic objectives with Product Madness’s project portfolio. As a product lifecycle management (PLM) product owner at Aristocrat Gaming, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the PLM/ERP ecosystem (Currently “Manage 2000” (M2K) transitioning to Siemens Teamcenter). $82,263 - $152,774 per year

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.

You will join Product Madness, a global mobile gaming company as our new Senior Data Scientist who will work with our Customer Support and VIP Management teams. You will enhance our understanding of the player journey and make recommendations to improve player retention. You will work with tabular and text data, using statistical analysis, causal inference and

What will your role involve?

  • Use simple analytics, causal inference, machine learning or any other

  techniques to understand user experience within the apps and their

Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Workday Senior Developer to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Aristocrat.   • Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads).

  · Good understanding of API concepts - communication protocols, payload types, HTTP Methods, authorization, encryption.

  · Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL.

As an Electronics Repair Technician you will be responsible for repairing a wide range of electrical parts for our gaming machines. Summary

The Deployment Administrator is responsible for scheduling deployments and maintaining records for Victorian & South Australian jurisdictions. This position will ensure all required documentation for deployments is prepared before installation, customer records are maintained and updated in Salesforce, and liaise with customers where needed.

The purpose of this position is to ensure that data about scheduled works is reflective of real-life actions and that it remains correct from end to end, from works being scoped to their completion in the field.

What'll You Do

The following is a list of typical duties of the Deployment Administrator:

Scheduling Deployments (pre-deployment)

  • Receive and review incoming request forms, product manifests, sales orders, monitoring system extracts etc, and act accordingly
  • Determine the scope of work with the Deployment Manager to efficiently allocate a variety of jobs across days and weeks
  • Liaise with the deployment prep team to ensure all required materials are available for scheduled works
  • Creation of deployment “Cases” in the Salesforce application using customer documentation (work orders and SWF’s) to ensure the accuracy of Salesforce-scheduled works
  • Ensure that all products entering and leaving the venues are accurately tracked and captured within Salesforce Cases for database integrity and accurate billing
  • Oversight and frequent follow-up of customer paperwork, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and correctness. Initiate changes to plans to optimise resourcing, efficiency, and execution.
  • Escalate to venues and management groups as required when customers have failed to follow the correct process and provide deliverables.

Warehouse & Logistics Liaison

  • Using the Deployment Planning Schedule to oversee the status of readiness for each deployment, in particular, the critical function of prep line production. Action shortfalls with required stakeholders, including engagement with external suppliers.
  • Follow up timely and accurate updates of Stock On Hand reporting by the team to ensure correct insights into the status of multi-vendor product deliveries and overall readiness.
