Aristocrat is in search of an experienced Associate Specialist in Accounts Payable Vendor Management to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for maintaining our vendor records meticulously and consistently improving our internal processes. You will be part of a world-class organization that values precision and collaboration, working closely with our key collaborators to improve the Accounts Payable experience. What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain vendor records for all regions, including the Americas, ANZ, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of global payment methods and VAT groups and rates.
  • Set up bank templates for manual payments.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets and respond promptly within 48 hours to email inquiries.
  • Assign and monitor tickets to the Fraud Prevention team for bank verification.
  • Conduct weekly reviews on vendors on payment hold.
  • Update vendor information such as tax IDs, W9s, addresses, and contact details.
  • Perform quarterly ABN checks for vendors in Australia.
  • Review data for vendors with no transactions in over 15 months and deactivate as needed.
  • Support payment runs by correcting vendor bank information if discrepancies are found.
  • Perform data cleansing, including reconciliation of data from ERP to Concur.
  • Maintain Concur data, including vendor owner and default expense type.
  • Contact vendors to gather additional information for setup or changes.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid Model: Minimum three (3) days in-office each week (Gurugram location), unless assigned to a flexible shift
  • Flexibility to work in various global time zones depending on team or process requirements:

o   US Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

o   Europe Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

o   ANZ/APAC Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent experience in an accounting-related or similar field.
  • Experience with ERPs like D365, Max, SAGE, and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Concur Invoice/Vendor Management experience is a bonus.
  • 10-12 years of applicable experience in a comparable position.
  • Previous involvement in an international company with teams and procedures spanning multiple regions.
  • Outstanding attention to detail to support compliance and control practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables to tight deadlines.

The Director of Account Operations–North America will lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of all account management activities across the region. This role oversees a team of Senior Account Managers and is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer success, operational excellence, and long-term growth of the iLottery program.   • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Account Managers across North America.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in the iLottery or gaming industry, with direct oversight of Lottery partnerships.
  • Consistent record of leading large teams and handling complex customer relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of contract management, SLAs, and regulatory environments.

$163,963 - $304,502 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

As a strategic business partner to the Product Madness General Manager, the Vice President, Finance plays a crucial role as a senior leader in the Aristocrat Finance organization. This role is accountable for ensuring strong financial stewardship, shaping the company’s growth strategy, and enabling smarter, faster decisions through insights and analysis.

The VP Finance will coordinate all aspects of financial planning, reporting and decision support, with particular emphasis on:

  • Strategic: shaping long-term value creation, resource prioritisation, and growth investments.
  • Operational: ensuring robust reporting, compliance, governance, and scalable processes in a regulated, matrix environment. Delivering focus on revenue drivers, risk management and effective cost management.

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Aristocrat with a dotted line to the General Manager, Product Madness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and leadership team, driving commercial outcomes and long-term shareholder value.
  • Evaluate and prioritise new games, partnerships and  licensing opportunities using robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and forecasting.
  • Provide insights and due diligence support for M&A opportunities.
  • Represent Product Madness within Aristocrat’s senior finance leadership community, contributing to group-wide strategy.

Financial Management & Governance

  • Own the Annual Plan, rolling forecasts, and reporting cycles, ensuring agility, accuracy  and actionable insights.
  • Be responsible for weekly and monthly performance reporting, embedding automation and modern analytics to deliver timely, relevant business intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, audit, and group governance standards in a listed, global, regulated environment.
  • Monitor spend by game, function, and initiative, ensuring resources are effectively deployed.

Data and Efficiency

  • Leverage data and sophisticated analytics (including AI-enabled tools where relevant) to improve forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Partner with BI and Data Science teams to drive operational indicators and financial insights.
  • Lead finance system adoption and enhancements (planning, BI, ERP) to support scale and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Business Intelligence.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within Product Madness and across Aristocrat Finance.

  • Analyze and offer recommendations to sales staff on denomination mix, model types, and game types to ensure maximum revenue.
  • Accompany the Sales Account Manager as requested to customer locations, including but not limited to routine visits and annual account reviews.
  • Manage relationships with other departments is vital in achieving company goals.
  • Follow State and Tribal Gaming Regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship to Finance & Data Analysts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Business. Or a minimum of five years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

$64,214 - $119,255 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
