MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and troubleshoot new and existing software within time and scope of the integration.
  • Perform tests of the applications and apply remediation as needed to eliminate errors.
  • Ensures smooth process during third-party API integrations.
  • Assist in the development and peer review of plans, technical solutions, and related documentation.
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Optimization of the applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implementation of security and data protection.
  • Design and implementation of data storage solution.
  • Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
  • Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.
  • Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

  • In his/her everyday work the Back-End Developer is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart.
  • Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.

What We're Looking For

**2+ years of experience in .NET Framework – MVC, Web API, Entity Framework  

•    Experience with .NET 6: Strong understanding of the .NET 6 framework and experience in building and maintaining high-performance applications using C#.  

•    Understanding of the Mediator Pattern: Ability to work with the Mediator pattern for managing communication between different components, promoting loose coupling and ensuring that each component focuses on a single responsibility.  

•    Knowledge of CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation): Basic understanding of CQRS principles to separate read and write operations, helping to improve application scalability and organization.  

•    Good understanding of best coding practices  

•    Experience in MS-SQL Server  

•    Basic knowledge in front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular  

•    Experience in C# .NET   

•    Experience in ASP.NET MVC  

•    Experience in API Programming & Integrations  

•    Skilled with all OOP concepts  

•    Experience in MS-SQL Server – Scheme, Stored procedures, trigger, indexes

What we need from you

PhD or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of data science experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing teams in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in clustering, predictive modelling, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian statistics.
  • Experience in reinforcement learning and Agentic systems would be ideal
  • Experience in ML Ops and deploying machine learning models at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka) and/or cloud platforms (e.g., GCP or Azure).

Fraud Detection and Management:

  • Handle all actions following account blocks flagged as ‘Fraud,’ ensuring proper follow-ups and tracking to maintain business continuity and customer contact.
  • Conduct investigations into suspected 1st-party misuse, account compromise, or facility fraud cases.
  • Identify and investigate complex or high-risk fraud cases using advanced fraud detection tools and data analysis.
  • Evaluate daily fraud indicators, alerts, and referrals to distinguish genuine customers from fraudulent activity.

Payments Processing:

  • Process, reject, or approve player withdrawals in compliance with company SLA standards.
  • Address and resolve internal escalations and queries related to missing deposits, withdrawals, or customer payment issues.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party payment providers to enhance investigations and resolve player issues promptly.

Customer Support and Complaints Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve escalated player complaints, ensuring service standards remain exceptional throughout the customer journey.
  • Compile evidence and documents to respond to complaints raised by regulatory bodies like the MGA or UKGC regarding fraud, payments, and risk.

Policy and Process Improvement:

  • Review and propose updates to risk, payments, and fraud procedures to enhance customer friendliness and operational efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to improving internal processes and recommending robust system improvements to prevent fraud.

Compliance and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with both AML and Safer Gambling teams to identify emerging threats and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Raise suspicions of organized crime, syndicates, impersonation, AML/CFT threats, or proceeds of crime to the AML Team/MLRO.
  • Ensure KYC documents submitted by players are properly vetted and comply with company standards and SLA timelines.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in cross-training team members to enhance departmental capabilities.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to promote a unified and effective team environment.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on the latest Payments technologies, fraud trends, tools, and regulatory changes.
  • Actively participate in industry discussions to ensure best practices in fraud prevention and risk management.

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in the iGaming industry working in payments,  fraud or any related position.
  • Knowledge about online fraud prevention, payment systems, AML/CFT regulations and understanding of KYC.
  • Able to work under pressure and within a dynamic multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Efficient and organized

What We're Looking For

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $111,500.00 to $185,800.00.

The Senior Director, Global Gaming Insights, will lead the analytics function within North America, LATAM, and EMEA. The Global Director will be responsible for defining the overall strategy for the team and building out performance data analytics across the 3 regions through our Aristocrat Intelligence program and by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This role will drive key analytics across our product portfolio and focus on developing innovative analytics models and tools to advance our analytics product offerings to external customers and to be leveraged to drive increasing product performance, optimize and streamline operations, and better target and sales execution. This leader also has the responsibility for translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytics needs, and partnering with stakeholders to provide data visualization solutions.   This position requires the ability to be a hands-on advanced analytics leader, translate business objectives to a wide range of stakeholders, and have executive presentation and communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for the team
  • Integrate and define processes to align and drive analytics across multiple regions
  • Lead and further develop our Aristocrat Intelligence program across regions, including additional analytics to optimize product performance and metrics to measure program effectiveness
  • Streamline and automate operational processes to create scalability

What We're Looking For

  • BA / BS
  • Master degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science
  • 8+ years leading an advanced analytics organization
  • 5+ years of experience with building analytic models or algorithms
  • Experience with modern data stacks, languages, and warehouses (Spark, Snowflake/BigQuery, R, Python/Pandas)
  • Expertise with data visualization tools and in developing, maintaining, and managing dashboards (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Outstanding oral, written and communication skills with the ability to present to small and large groups including Global Executives and deal with unexpected questions and challenges while presenting

The P&C Delivery Partner is responsible for the delivery and execution of key People and Culture activities across a designated region or function. The role ensures that regular programs such as performance and reward, as well as project-based work in areas like organisational design, inclusion, and leadership development, are implemented effectively and consistently.

The Service Support Supervisor is responsible for the continuous monitoring and support of all Multi-Site Progressive (MSP) systems operations. MSP operates in a secure facility 24/7 and requires constant monitoring and maintenance due to the critical nature of gaming activities that they support.

This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-performance service delivery while leading and mentoring a team of MSP Service Support Representatives (SSR). The supervisor will serve as an escalation point for technical and operational issues, assisting the MSP Service Support Manager in staff management, project execution, and driving process improvement across the department.

  • Maintain and manage a 24/7 staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Service Support Representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that Service Support calls and tickets are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Ensure that Phone Queue metrics, Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators are met, and problems are escalated appropriately.
  • Handle complaints/escalated issues and investigate, track, and resolve customer concerns; identify trends, partner with device manufacturers, and implement solutions.
  • Manage the setup and installation of new sites and links in the proprietary administration program.
  • Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures; suggest methods to improve department operations, efficiency, and service.
  • Maintains updated Documentation and Procedures for MSP Operations Staff; works closely with other departments to ensure procedures are adhered to for ATI MSP operations.
  • Works with MSP System Engineers and team to identify and resolve networking, database, and/or application problems.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
