We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, People Partner (all genders) to join the Delivery Hero’s People Partner Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In July 2024, Delivery Hero SE merged its market-leading food delivery businesses, namely foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia to create the organization known internally as Pandora. Powered by Delivery Hero's Pandora platform technology, the newly formed organization will continue to be known by the respective brands to customers, vendors and partners.  

  

Key responsibilities:

  • Support High-Impact Teams: Collaborate with various functions to drive Delivery Hero’s People Agenda, enabling employees to do their best work.
  • Strategize Across Functions: Partner with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and your Business Unit to design and implement programs and processes that enhance the employee journey—from onboarding to development and exit.
  • Coach and Develop Leaders: Provide guidance on organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic talent processes to managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead Change Management: Act as a change champion, driving organizational transformations and crafting effective communication strategies during restructures and re-organizations.
  • Promote Organizational Efficiency: Collaborate with leaders to achieve healthy levels of employee engagement (eNPS), attraction, retention, diversity & inclusion metrics, and ROI.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Use people analytics and insights to make informed decisions and shape talent strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team of ICs and provide leadership and day to day support and coaching

Qualifications

  • Extensive HR Experience: 10+ years in People Partner roles with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to integrate People and business strategies seamlessly, in combination with hands-on people leadership experience.
  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in HR principles and best practices, particularly in delivering high-impact programs in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Change Management: Expertise in navigating complexity and ambiguity while implementing successful organizational changes.
  • End-to-End HR Knowledge: A deep understanding of reward & recognition, career development, talent management, and retention strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in people analytics and statistical knowledge, with a focus on actionable metrics.

As part of our Vendor team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach.   • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for search ads and sponsored vendor discovery experiences globally
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading search advertising solutions
  • Leverage expertise in machine learning and data science to guide technical product decisions and drive innovation in search relevance, query understanding, and recommendation systems
  • Own end-to-end search advertising product development, from ideation through launch and optimization, focusing on performance metrics, analytics, and regional needs
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, conducting user research and collaborating with various teams
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge search technologies and mentor technical product management capabilities

Qualifications

--------------

  • 10+ years in search, personalization, recommendations and data science, building commercially viable products in those spaces and owning product strategies
  • Strong technical background in data science, ML, and statistical analysis, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, ranking models, recommendation systems, NLP) and modern search architectures (vector, semantic, hybrid retrieval), with a proven track record
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical methods for product optimization, including search advertising evaluation metrics (relevance, precision, recall, NDCG, MRR)
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills in English, capable of navigating complex organizational environments. Experience with modern AI/ML technologies (transformers, large language models, neural information retrieval) preferred

We are on a lookout for a hands-on Senior Data Scientist-Generative AI & Agents to join the Vendor Data Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences  and go beyond prompt engineering into autonomous orchestration: designing agents that generate their own prompts, tools that empower AI with real-world actions, and judge models that validate outputs. Your work won’t sit in research notebooks — it’ll ship.

The Agentic AI team is building the next generation of AI-native products — intelligent systems that reason, act, and adapt. We combine the power of large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to move beyond static prompts and chatbots into dynamic AI systems that solve real problems at scale. We don’t treat LLMs as tools to micromanage — we treat them as collaborators. Our products are designed to build and evolve themselves, leveraging AI to orchestrate workflows, make decisions, and continuously improve. If you’re ready to stop building brittle bots and start building AI that builds AI — this is your playground.

  • Architect and deploy agent-based systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom frameworks
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines — from smart chunking to embeddings and vector search - Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for reliability, relevance, and factuality
  • Design evolving prompt and memory systems driven by LLMs and user feedback

Qualifications

  • Machine learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) - Data wrangling and preprocessing (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

  • Prompt engineering & fine-tuning
  • Knowledge of tokenization, embeddings, and attention mechanism

We are on the lookout for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Antitrust and Trade Law team  on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Antitrust and Trade Law team is responsible for Delivery Hero's competition and trade law matters globally, covering the 70+ jurisdictions where we operate. We are involved from the start on exciting M&A transactions, develop strategies in relation to competition investigations, and foster compliance efforts with competition and sanctions laws throughout the entire group. We are a dynamic team, regularly dealing with novel questions and coming up with innovative solutions to address both legal risks and business needs.

  • Overseeing and advising on all aspects of competition law arising in the context of Delivery Hero’s global operations, including merger control, antitrust investigations and commercial agreements, across 70+ jurisdictions;
  • Providing pragmatic advice in relation to the structuring and risks of potential M&A transactions, including running multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign direct investment filing assessments, advising on due diligence processes, transaction agreement clauses as well as post-merger integration processes, and overseeing filing processes;
  • Leading on antitrust investigations, including developing strategies and updating senior management on these investigations;
  • Guiding local legal teams on a wide range of competition law matters including on investigations and compliance questions across our jurisdictions and developing best practices;

The Developer Platform team is responsible for Delivery Hero's internal developer platform. It  creates solutions that empower our internal software development community to efficiently manage their applications from inception to deployment and beyond.

Qualifications

Must Have:

Voice is the most natural modality for human interaction with machines. However, current sequence modeling paradigms based on jointly scaling model and data cannot deliver voice AI capable of universal human interaction. The challenges are rooted in fundamental data problems posed by audio: real-world audio data is scarce and enormously diverse, spanning a vast space of voices, speaking styles, and acoustic conditions. Even if billions of hours of audio were accessible, its inherent high dimensionality creates computational and storage costs that make training and deployment prohibitively expensive at world scale. We believe that entirely new paradigms for audio AI are needed to overcome these challenges and make voice interaction accessible to everyone.

The Role

Deepgram is currently looking for seasoned Data Scientists with demonstrated experience solving hard data problems while exploring research frontiers to join our Research Staff. Conversational audio presents incredibly rich scientific, engineering, and infrastructure challenges that are orders of magnitude harder than working with text. As a Member of the Research Staff, you will help us to build an industrial “data factory” that will be used to power the next generation of Voice AI systems - unlocking the creation of models that go beyond basic transcription and comprehension, capturing nuanced meanings in complex conversations, adapting robustly to diverse speech patterns, and generating empathic responses with human-like, contextualized speech. Opportunity

Deepgram is expanding across APAC and operating a follow-the-sun model. We are hiring a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in APAC to win complex technical evaluations, design clear solution paths, and drive repeatable adoption for strategic accounts. Our strategic Account Executives do not hand off their customers after the first sale, so you will partner long term across discovery, POC, production launch, and expansion. Ramp approach for this role Ramping mirrors the Solutions Architect plan, with explicit ticket work and earlier support for strategic Account Executives. In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active evaluations.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls across APAC time zones.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common APAC pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.

We are hiring a Solutions Architect in EMEA to own complex post‑sales engagements, guide customers to production, and strengthen our technical support coverage for the region.
